• Javier (5/5): Disappointing as the staff barely respond to any messages. - It was easy to get into central London. There was also plenty of toilet roll. However make sure you go to Kilburn Park station as we were told Kilburn station which is a 23 minute walk. One shower only gave us boiling water and the other only cold water. The property wasn’t completely clean. Some beds were broken. There were barely any plates or cups making it difficult for catering.
• Mohamed (4/5): Very disappointed - Nothing First of all The property was to find , we had to wait on the street pavement with families and children just because we’re not able to check in as the property not cleaned yet and waiting for the cleaner to arrive and we checked in at 7pm ?!! And their excuse was that the previous gust checked out late ?!! Also previous gust was smoking cannabis as the smell was so strong before cleaning the property, furniture was old and smelly, upstairs toilet no hot water, most of the windows handles are broken , everything need to be replaced and refurbished . Very poor place

• Wan (3/5): It's not worth for the price. Lots of things broken and because of that it has disturbed our stay there. The pe ople - The location The cleanliness. The bad condition of the property. Many things are broken (beds, windows, door, toilet, shower). The owner was not that cooperating with us. One day before we get there he said that we could leave our luggage if we arrived early at the property. However, when we reached there, the owner said that the house will be ready in one hour and we cannot leave out luggage there. As we talked on the phone about that the owner finally said that we could leave our luggage inside the house while they cleaning the house. On the second day, we were shocked by the sudden knocked on the door by the people from the restaurant downstair saying that there are some sort of leakage from the house. The staff keeps telling us to stay in the house so that they can do the work. In the evening the owner texted me about the leakage. Literally all these things brought headache to me as I am the one that booked the place and my stay there with all my friends should be something that we cheer of.

• Nicola (4/5): Disappointing - Location was fantastic bus travel was £1.75 everywhere , beds were comfy, great little shopping town and very quiet . We were booked in for 3pm however we got there at 4pm couldn't find the place when we finally found it the young cleaner was STILL cleaning as it looked like the previous people had completely trashed the place and I mean TRASHED we stood outside after we looked around and she took 4 huge rubbish bags away I have never been so embarrassed in my life as I had booked it for family and friends I was very disappointed however when cleaner it was passable , there was no WiFi when said WiFi throughout, no curtains in one of the bedrooms so was unable to use they had been yanked out the wall 1x glass 2x cups cutlery was dirty ,fridge rammy this was for 10 people thankfully there was 7 of us but 1 had to sleep on the sofa due to other bedroom unable to be used , there was a balcony at the back with dirty underwear on the floor, 2 bathrooms they were lovely, enough small shops for your essentials below and the big shops 5/10 mins walk bus stops and train stations 5/10 mins walk too. We did all have a lovely time it was the apartment let it down . This place is on booking.com 2x it's called 13 maida vale and maida vale urban living both the same place different prices my advice don't book either .
