• Virginia (7/5): Ambiente no seguro y no la mejor zona pero la habitación excelente - La habitación súper completa , muy moderna, bien equipada para estar varios días y poder cocinarte. Hay acceso super fácil a lavandería y a insumos adicionales para tu estadía La ubicación si bien está cerca del casco histórico no fue la más linda ni la más segura , no nos daba tranquilidad salir de noche y en el resto de las habitaciónes de alrededor había movimietos de entrada y salida a toda hora

• Emin Tayyib (9/5): Modern, gara yakın fiyat/performans - Konumu merkez tren garına çok yakın. Bizim için böyle olması çok önemliydi. Mutfak çok kullanışlı ve bütün gereçler mevcuttu. Oda çok ferah ve her şey düşünülerek yerleştirilmişti. Her şey modern ve yeniydi. Bulunduğu muhit çok iç açıcı değildi. Turistik yerlere çok yakın diyemeyiz ancak çok uzak da değil. Bizim için tren garına yakın olması önemliydi, o yüzden tercih ettik. Gezilecek yerlere yakın olmasını istiyorsanız başka alternatifleri değerlendirebilirsiniz.

• Zack (6/5): Good, but cleanliness was an issue - We stayed for Springfest! Super close (about 10 min) to all the festival grounds. There is a grocery store right across the street too which is nice. Bathroom was spacious and super nice; beds were comfortable. There were 4 of us and didn’t feel cramped. The beds were not clean when we got there! There were multiple hairs, stains, and dirt on the beds and pillows, and they smelled used and dirty. I had to chat with a team member for over an hour to get them to change the sheets. They offered to change rooms, but because there is no on person staff (everything is done through the app or key codes), I wasn’t able to actually see the other room. They said they could get someone to changed the bedding the next day, which is obviously not ok. After a long back and forth, I got them to change the sheets. Who knows what else wasn’t clean!

• Kathleen Curtis (10/5): Great apartment for a stay in Munich! - This was a very comfortable apartment and well equipped. It worked out perfectly for our family of four! We loved the manageable walk to the Old Town (Alstadt), the ethnic restaurants nearby, and the grocery store right across the street to stock up on breakfast items. We appreciated the luggage lockers available before check-in and the proximity to the central train station! Although it was quite close to Old Town (approx 20-25 min walk) we had to walk past some "adult" establishments. We never felt unsafe, however, we had to keep our 8-year-old distracted and engaged in conversation so he wouldn't notice the provacative images and ask too many questions!

Unfortunately the location - the district where the hotel is has become very unclean , feels unsafe , lots of homeless and strange people on the street all day and evening too… not the fault of the property of course - but have to be honest , especially because as a woman who travels alone this is very important information.

Very easy and direct, no hassle of physically meeting anyone etc Extremely frustrating talking to the online team everything is automated it’s AI bot. Absolute waste of time going round and round in circles very hard to reach an actual person to talk to. They don’t have enough lockers and when you ask to extend one night its cost the same as the duration of your entire stay.

• Miguel (9/5): Muy buen alojamiento pero necesita mejorar la claridad del check - La ubicación es buena, camas cómodas, buena calefacción y lo necesario para pasar unos días conociendo la ciudad. En principio la ubicación pareciera no ser tan segura, pero nosotros no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. En todo caso caminas 1 cuadra para ir al centro de la ciudad y se va la sensación de inseguridad. Un poco complejo el sistema de check in ya que es todo por una aplicación que en algunos casos no es tan clara (al menos para mi que reservé 2 habitaciones)

• Luca F. (7/5): Comodo al centro e alla stazione, quartiere un po' squallido. - La posizione è in una laterale della stazione di Monaco. Comoda al centro che si può facilmente raggiungere a piedi. Raggiungere la metro alla fine non conviene perchè il tragitto per arrivare al binario, tra scale, sottopassi e trasferimenti equivale praticamente ad arrivare a Karlsplatz. La zona non è delle migliori. Le vie laterali a Schwanthalerstraße dove si trova l'appartamento non sono esattamente un bel biglietto da visita di Monaco. Sporcizia, personaggi ambigui, scarso senso di sicurezza.

Comfortable room with kitchen/coffee facilities. 15/20 min walk into the center and to restaurants/attractions. We were there for a few days and could have done with some additional coffee pods/water/milk if available.
• Ann-Cathrin (4/5): Dreckig und Laut - keine Entspannung / guter Kundenservice - Guter Kundenservice und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auch die Lage war top. Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht. Das erste Zimmer wirklich top, sehr ruhig. Die Dusche funktionierte nicht (Ablauf verstopft und das ganze Bad war geflutet). Zimmerwechsel - laute Geräusche von oben, zur Straßenseite raus, sehr laut. Kühlschrank dreckig, Lampen defekt und die absolute Krönung - am Bett spuren von einem „Mann der wohl vor uns in diesem Bett Spaß hatte“. Wirklich widerlich. Nach langem hin und her und viel Geschreibe, bekommen wir jetzt 15% erstattet. Was wirklich ein Witz ist. Leider keine Entspannung und kann es wirklich nicht empfehlen!!
