• Hannah (7/5): Good value for money, everything we could need! - It was very cosy and spacious. It came with everything we could need. It’s located very close to the DLR and Elizabeth lines so it was easy to get around London. The area felt safe and calm. Security was also always positioned at the bottom of the building. The bathroom could be given a lick of paint as it didn’t match the rest of the property in terms of cleanliness. There was also a mattress in the wardrobe of one of the bedrooms, we put this underneath the bed but it should have been moved prior to our stay as it was blocking the wardrobe and hard to get out.

• thuci (8/5): Das Personal und die Lage sind unschlagbar. - Die unmittelbare Nähe zu Bahnstationen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war sehr angenehm. Das Personal und der Checkin waren ebenfalls sehr einfach und stets bemüht uns zu helfen und entgegenzukommen. Wir hatten in den ersten beiden Tagen Probleme mit der Heizung (die Wärme ließ sich nicht einstellen und als dieses Problem behoben wurde, hatte der Boiler/ Durchlauferhitzer in der Nacht plötzlich laute Geräusche gemacht.) Das Stay Capital Team hat uns aber recht schnell geholfen und kleine Heizkörper zur Verfügung gestellt und am nächsten Tag einen Heiztechniker in die Unterkunft geschickt. Wir sind dem Team wirklich sehr dankbar und können uns nur für die super Betreuung aussprechen :) Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig abgenutzt gewesen. Im Bad war nur Duschgel zur Verfügung und die Fliesenwand im der Baddusche war schimmelig (im dem Fugen war der Schimmel zu sehen). Die Matratzen waren ebenfalls durchgelegen und uneben. Die Küche war zwar gut ausgestattet, aber der Geschirrspüler ist nicht zu 100%ig funktionstüchtig, sodass das Geschirr nicht richtig sauber wurde (wir haben das meiste Geschirr immer nochmal zusätzlich per Hand gewaschen).

• Benjamin (4/5): Great location, below average apartment - Fantastic location just meters from the ExCel centre. Great communication, flexible conditions, and well stocked kitchen. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, pillows were terrible, mould in the bathroom, broken shower handle which was not fixed after notifying the owner. No heating/cooling.

• Sabine (8/5): - Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Flat was pretty hot during warm weather, but we couldn't air because the windows didn't fully open.
• Anas (2/5): A disappointing stay with poor facilities, lack of support, and unresolved parking issues, despite a good location. - The location of the apartment near London Excel was convenient, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Both double beds were uncomfortable, and the cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired—I had to clean the floors myself upon arrival. Additionally, there was no hot water or heating on the first night, which was very inconvenient. Parking was another major issue. Although I was provided with a permit, I received a parking ticket. Despite showing photographic evidence of the permit displayed correctly, neither the management nor the concierge were helpful in resolving the matter. I am now left to pay a £60 fine out of pocket. Overall, the facilities were average at best, and the lack of support in dealing with issues made for a very poor stay. I would not recommend this property and do not plan to return.
• Katelyn (8/5): Great alternative to a pricey hotel room! - Great location for our needs and great value for money. The apartment itself was a very comfortable size for 3 people. Communication from staff during check in, check out and during our stay was excellent. The apartment facilities you could tell are getting a little run down, kettle was a bit leaky, chairs a little wobbly, etc. but nothing major. Sheets and towels were clean but the floors were a bit dirty.

• Emma (8/5): Ideal for attending events in the ExCel - Clean, comfortable & convenient location. Good communication and instructions by the host. Issue with hot water so had mostly cold showers. When we figured out to turn on the heat the water still didn't stay hot and was not easy to control. Curtains were so light they let in all the morning light so an eye mask is recommended.

• Allan (1/5): don't stay in room 38 - area and bed was comfy lack of cleanliness, armchair broke stains every where curtains floor etc. Told them when we went in the room they said they will clean after we check out. shower door in ensuite wouldn't fully close This was room 38, we have stayed at room 3 and what a difference. Tried charging for three full days parking. was told check out was before 10.30 even though its 11am on booking.com
• Lubos (10/5): Exceptional - Property was comfortable, nice, properly equipped. Maybe bit of maintenance would make it even better. Key handover has been the best ever. We came earlier, left luggage at the reception, went sight seeing and receptionist has brought our luggage into apartment and left the key in the safe. Overall it was great stay in this apartment.

• Harshal (6/5): Despite some good aspects of our stay, the check in experience was horrible and difficult. My family and I get extremely - The location, and the apartment was spacious. I had a difficult experience checking- in into the property. In addition, this led to an extremely horrible uncounted with the receptionist at the building. Despite having informed the host of the expected time of arrival at the property, there was nobody at the office to check us in and let us into the property. I was travelling with my family, in which 2 of them were elders. I called multiple times to get a hold of the host and the office, however no one answered our calls. I call many times, and when I had finally gotten a hold of someone, I was told that it would take 15-30 mins for someone to arrive at the property and to get the keys to get into the apartment. My family waited in the lobby of the apartment but were kicked out in a very unprofessional manner. I was threatened that the police would be called if we ever sat in the lobby again. Nonetheless, we got our keys within 30 mins and went into the apartment. I don’t think I would ever book here ever again because of this encounter.

• Andrew (7/5): Had a great short break and easy access to ComicCom - Friendly reception on arrival. Excellent location. Good transport links. Good restaurants within 5 minute walk. We needed to ask for an appartment with a sofabed even though this was what we had booked. Instructions for key pick up were sent whilst we were travelling and unable to access the message. The day before would be better. Some furnishings needed repairing.
