Camila (9/5): We loved our stay! Great location and just as in the pictures :) - The location was amazing! Close to everything, but not in the middle of all the craziness of Puerta del Sol. It's in a busy street but once you are in the apartment you don't hear anything. Also, the apartment was as in the pictures, and very comfortable, we were 3 friends and had a lot of space. It had everything we needed :) The windows overlooked to an interior patio of a building, and it seems there was a restaurant in the first floor. So the food smell from there was coming into the apartment.
Jamie (1/5): DISGUSTING - DO NOT STAY HERE! THE PROPERTY CLAIMED WE HAD A PARRY AND SMOKED. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNTRUE AS WE WENT OUT FOR FOOD AND DRINKS AND NONE OF OUR PARTY SMOKE. WITHOUT ANY PROOF THEY SAID THEY WERE KEEPING OUR DEPOSIT. WE HAVE FOLLOWED UP AND THEY REFUSE TO REPLY AND ALSO HUNG UP WHEN WE CALLED. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. DO NOT STAY HERE! THE PROPERTY CLAIMED WE HAD A PARRY AND SMOKED.
