• Benjamin (10/5): This will be our go too when visiting Gran Canaria. The hosts were friendly and super helpful. The apartment was spotles - The porch was lovely to relax with some good food. The property was extremely clean and the hosts looked after us with a great stock of coffees, teas, towels etc Nothing, it was perfect

• Gusta (10/5): - Lovely clean accommodation in a quiet location but very central. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the bottle of wine and coffee pods which our hosts left for us :). Very responsive hosts to any queries. Highly recommend.

• Jóhann Óli (8/5): A nice stay. - Everything was as expected. Usually quiet and calm. Cleaning perfect. All the major kitchen stuff and knives were sharp. Sun on the terrace in the morning and into the day. The cooing of the Collared Doves was friendly and the Ring-necked Parakeet was calling in the evening on their way to roost in the Botanical garden. I could have liked a handrail between floors. A person with bad legs had a little difficulty to climb down the stairs. And the dogs were a bit loudy inbetween.

• Maximina (5/5): - Está cerca de la piscina Que para entrar a la piscina tenías que hacer un maratón ,te cerraban las puerta y te dejaban abierta una puerta ,la nevera no funcionaba bien se me llegó a estropear comida,no se podía descansar bien por el ruido que hacía la nevera ,me alojé una semana y en ningún momento se me cambió toallas, sábanas y no fue el servicio de limpieza así estuve una semana

• Carmelo (9/5): ¡Gran alojamiento! - Increíble alojamiento, no le falta de nada, de los mejores sitios en los que me he quedado en el sur de la isla. El bungalow de 10. Del alojamiento todo perfecto, de lo que si puedo quejarme es de las hamacas de la piscina que están ya para pasar a mejor vida y que no haya sombrillas ni bases de sombrillas. Otro punto negativo es que al ser un tipo residencial pasa lo típico de siempre, gente que vive ahí y se piensa que por ello pueden invitar a todo Dios a ir a congestionar la piscina y las hamacas. Y otro punto negativo por las noches los mismos que no respetan los horarios de descanso.

• Vikki (8/5): Enjoyable first trip to Gran Canaria - wonderful accommodation and facilities! - The property was very clean and in a quiet area but with great bus service. Good location, away from crowds but close enough to the different areas to explore. Hiring bikes was good fun and helped us get around to different beaches. The pool was lovely. The property was kitted out really well - everything you needed was there! Very comfortable mattress. The communication on booking was great but prior to arrival needs to be improved. Questions were unanswered so brought towels when we didn't need to. The transfer service that is offered was left unclear despite my clarification question sent earlier. The automated check in information sent the day before departure was the only way to get the host mobile no, this should be sent sooner. The host had not arranged for the transfer to be there on our arrival so was quite confusing and it transpired that they had what's apped me when I was in the air. Without a signal I couldn't get in touch with them and on arrival without a signal so had to borrow a phone to phone them. They sorted it in the end but was a little bit stressful and really didn't need to be. Suggest the mattress frame is replaced with one that is big enough for the mattress.
• Lodewijk (5/5): Not a place we would come back to - The property was close to the place where our friends stayed and to the beach, shopping and main roads. The property was very noisy. The guest didn’t take consideration of other guests. Loud talking at the pool, music playing on the phone without headphones, letting their dogs drop everything on the paths. Furthermore, the bungalow was very minimal. The bed was uncomfortable with too thin pillows. When two people wanted to shower and shave afterwards, the second person had only cold water. We minimised our shower time to two minutes to have some warm water. The furniture inside and outside were uncomfortable. It was not inviting to sit long outside and enjoy a coffee and reading a book. The sofa was okay but not relaxing. The ‘dining table’ and 3 little stools were not inviting to sit and enjoy dinner. We used the stools as coffee tables for the sofa. The gate door was damaged, the plastic protection on top of some of the piles were gone, which almost caused cuts in our hands. The glassware was minimal, especially when having friends over for a drink. At one point we almost considered to move to another complex.

• Lisa (10/5): Beautiful little terrace directly in front of the pool. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very pleasant and left - The terrace, the location, the little balcony, the kitchen, the comfortable bed, wifi. I could go on and on so in short everything was perfect. I honestly can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.
