• Tao (8/5): Great location and amenities - The location is great, very close to Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, etc. It's surprisingly quiet. Well decorated. It has a washing machine, microwave, fridge coffee maker, and an induction stove. Shower works great and the beds are comfortable. It is tight. 3 occupants is the maximum it can hold. They also didn't provide enough coffee pods, toilet paper or washing machine pods for long stays.

• Shaheen (9/5): We had a great time and the hosts did a great job accommodating us. The apartment was very cute & in - The location was perfect. We didn't even use the bus & rail card we bought the whole time we were there. All the main attractions were within 35 minute radius. The interior was very cute, perfect for 3-4 people. The bathroom had a slight flooding issue.

• Rita (8/5): - Localização excelente. Apartamento bom e equipado para um fim de semana em Roma. Equipado com ar condicionado. Pouco barulho e com rápido acesso a mini mercado. Bom apoio por parte do anfitrião. Limpeza do frigorífico e do chuveiro.

• Lucia (10/5): - Mi estancia en YCH-Bright Suite Navona fue excelente. Su ubicación es insuperable: a pocos pasos del Panteón, Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori y otros puntos clave de Roma. El apartamento es moderno, cómodo y funcional: dormitorio, cocina equipada, TV, lavarropas y aire acondicionado. La limpieza fue buena y la relación calidad-precio destacable. El Wi-Fi funcionó perfecto. En definitiva, lo recomiendo sin dudar, especialmente para quienes buscan comodidad y una base céntrica en Roma.
• Takenobu (9/5): The best location with a quiet environment. - Good location. Although the location is the center of the city, we had quiet nights. The staff promptly responded to our request. The drain of the bidet was not smooth. The internet connection is slow.

• Tais (5/5): We were robbed inside the apartment! Windows need to be locked! - The apartment is really beautiful, comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, we were robbed during our first night. We woke up to a man walking inside the apartment, he entered and escaped using the bathroom window. We were on the first floor and he escalated the wall on the street to get in. He stole all our money and got into a fight with my partner. We called the police and the ambulance. Everyone kept saying it never happens in Rome, but the man seemed to know very well what he was doing and the apartment, it felt like he was there before. We got traumatized and it was very hard to remain in the apartment during the rest of our stay. The host was helpful by offering us to leave immediately and refund the rest of the reservation's amount, and supported us with half of the money stolen. At the end, we could not find another place to stay in such short notice so we remained on the same apartment, but we kept the windows locked all the time, and didn't feel safe, but we had no options. The apartment is really beautiful, but we feel it's not safe if you're saying on the apartment on the first floor, since it is possible for someone to escalate the wall, or ask the owner if they added window grilles after what happened.

• Nela (10/5): Great location, nice modern apartment - Great location, nice modern and clean apartment. Theyey need to supply instructions " how to use" - entrance door turn 2 and HALF times with key, stove if it says LO You have to press plus and minus together in the same time( their employee came as we were desperate with door and also asked about stove- took him time to figgure out how stove was working), coffee machine very difficult to use ( their employee tried to guess but machine never worked for us).So just some instructions would be great as we were on our own, no direct contact on arrival.For 4 nights each of us got only one bigger and one smaller towel.I gave best marks for location, we wete helped when needed, nice apartment but this has to be improved.As host in busy tourist place near sea I always leave some dish detergent and paper towels and liquid soap as well, so my guests really don't have to buy it, it is just few bucks and means a lot to us who travel.
