• Scott (5/5): Should have booked at Meriton Suites - Location Check in was laborious and took way too long WIFI was unreliable which meant the tv was unreliable
• Molly (4/5): Great location, responsive hosts but disappointing stay - The location was fantastic. Close proximity to Bondi junction which made travelling around Sydney very easy. The washing facilities and two bathrooms were very hand to have as well as we had a large group. As part of the property description we were told we’d have access to WiFi. Unfortunately there was no WiFi upon arriving to the accommodation the hosts were very quick in getting back to us but unfortunately it all seemed to be about proving that there was no WiFi modem rather than actually facilitating our request for a new one/ any internet connection. There was also a house inspection during our stay which involved us having to vacate our property at 10am one morning to allow for a viewing. This was only a minor inconvenience but frustrating that it wasn’t mentioned prior to our arrival to Sydney. Although due to the scheduling of the house viewing we were disappointed that the property was not in better shape. The windows were quite dirty with the space itself being quite dusty. Similarly the property was booked as it claimed it “slept five”. When we arrived we set up the couch bed ourselves- which was no problem but there was no linen provided and couch itself was quite old and worn which made for an uncomfortable sleep for our friend.
• Cåz (10/5): Absolutely brilliant, fabulous apartment - The property was unreal 🙌 parking space and beautiful x2 ensuit rooms, host was very good, we booked last min we stayed the same evening we booked Air con could be a little better
• Ryannan (9/5): Easy to commute to the city and beach, stylish comfortable apartment with lovely views - The property was clean, stylish and had everything we needed from cooking facilities to clothes washing facilities. Some patio furniture on the balcony would of been nice

• Ellie (7/5): Great apartment, needs more than 1 key - The apartment was beautiful, amazing views (head up to 15th floor for even better views) great facilities There was only 1 key between 4 adults, as we stayed for a 11 nights we requested an extra key via message (they didn’t answer the calls from the numbers provided) had to message multiple times to be told one was ordered but we never received it. This made getting into the flat very inconvenient as we had to leave the key in the lock box in the street down the road.

• Steven (8/5): Was a great get away for a family of 5 to be let down at the end. - Location excellent, modern amenities. Spacious area and balcony with city views was perfect. Minimal linen. Minimal towels. Not enough furniture. 1 tea towel. Booked for 5, only had sheets and towels for 4. Couple of items damaged and was let down by one host.

• Arsh (10/5): Absolutely comfortable and enjoyable. - The property’s cleanliness, the kitchen was perfect especially that I had an infant with me. The bedrooms were absolutely beautiful and the bathrooms were clean and exceeded my expectations. Overall, the location was perfect, literally have to cross the road to get to Bondi Junction train station. The beds could have a been a little bigger in size but then again there wasn’t anything to fault so….
• Sesoon (6/5): Not worth for the money. - The view Not easy to parking. Not easy to get the key and return. Not enough towel (only 4 towels for 5 people and did not exchanged towel during the stay). Not enough tool to cook. Not enough responses from the owner to my questions. The owner asked me to remove trash when I check-out without letting me know where is trash bin. Doona for sofa-bed has no cover. Only 4 dining chairs for 5 people so I had to eat at sofa not at the table. Poor quality amenities. Given Wifi information was wrong so I had to find out myself.

Key access- had to kneel down and touch dirty padlock for key access . Bed and pillows was firm and not too comfortable - had sore neck the day after.

• Pitanu (5/5): Passable - The apartment was clean, well laid out, very spacey and commanded a good location. Obtaining the key was the most cumbersome experience. We arrived in Sydney late because of a flight cancellation, by the time we reached the apartment it was after dark. I had to locate a lock box lying on the pavement chained to a bicycle rack, where there were several others, unlocking the lock box was difficult because it was dark, it was cold, and the combination dial was difficult to turn, in addition to this the lockbox release button was virtually impossible to move because it was weather-worn, we had to force it open with a hard object. Personally, I found this experience downgrades the apartment, having to grovel on the pavement on a dark cold night to obtain the key gives a very bad first impression and spoils the whole experience. The owner also forgot to include the remote for the garage in the lockbox, we ended up having to park on the street, she said she would deliver the remote the next day. Seriously, the check-in process needs to be improved, I run several Airbnb units in Thailand, and I would never think of getting my guests, especially older people, to knee down on the pavement, and potentially get wet, to get keys to their accommodation. Another issue, was during our stay, none of us could find the wifi, but because we were busy all day and tired at night we just couldn't be bothered with another issue. Also, it was too bad the owners couldn't provide coffee sachets for the guests.
