• Fanny (6/5): Bon emplacement mais équipement à revoir impérativement - L’emplacement et l appartement est assez grand pour 6 personnes Le canapé est impérativement a changé , les équipements sont vraiment manquants …1 verre à eau pour 6 personnes ça fait peu, 5 verres à vin. Pas d éponges, pas de torchon, pas de capsules de café et thé de bienvenue La communication avec l hôte avant l arrivée était catastrophique. J ai réservé 6 mois avant, envoyé des mails pour poser des questions et jamais eu de réponses. C est scandaleux, après ça la personne qui s est occupée de nous pour l arrivée était très sympa. Mais bon 6 mois sans réponses à des mails c est inadmissible. Le volet dans une chambre ne fonctionnait pas. La télécommande de la tv a besoin de nouvelles piles .

• Nazaret (8/5): - Muy buena ubicación, transporte público cercano, tanto metro como tranvía y otros. Es amplio y cómodo. Los colchones bien. Nada más abrir la puerta, aparecieron 2 cucarachas. No hay microondas y el radiador de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba.

• Margarita (6/5): - Good location near a metro station and a very busy street with lots of stores, restaurants and bars. Good communication with host. Very noisy, even after late hours, both from the street and the upper floor. The pillows were not comfortable, neither the sofa bed. Only one paper roll (!) and we booked the apartment for 3 nights for 5 adults which is obviously not enough. The shower does not drain properly, it easily floods the entire bathroom.

• Lyudmila (10/5): excellent - We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The location is perfect — very convenient and close to Porta Venezia. Check-in was quick and easy with the key box, and everything went smoothly. We stayed in touch with Noemi through WhatsApp — she was very kind, quick to respond, and helpful. She even allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which was a great gesture and made our day much easier. We had a few small remarks, but they didn’t affect our overall impression. Everything else was great — the apartment was comfortable, the location fantastic, and communication excellent. I would definitely rate it a 10/10. Thank you for a lovely stay!
• EwaK (8/5): - We liked the location, which was conveniently situated for Milano Central Station and Duomo Cathedral ( Metro 1) . The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room with a double sofa, and a kitchen The apartment is mainly in the basement (dirty), but big windows give enough light. No possibility to leave the luggage before and after check out; the coffee machine should be cleaned, or rather changed for a new one; tea for non-Italian guests would be a nice gesture :)

• Liliana (9/5): - Apartamento muy limpio, igual que en las fotos, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. El aire acondicionado del salón era suficiente para todo el apartamento.y funcionaba correctamente. Camas de dormitorios cómodas. Cerca hay tranvia, metro, supermercado y restaurantes, en zona tranquila, con conexión al centro Milan y estación central en pocos minutos. Las instrucciones para el acceso a la vivienda fueron fáciles. Hay pequeñas cosas a mejorar pero lo recomiendo 100%. En el sofa cama pueden dormir niños pero no adultos. Hay que tener cuidado con la presion del agua de la ducha, como se acumule se sale, aunque no es problema si tienes cuidado.

Buvo sugedęs oro kondicioniulerius ir šeimininkui nepavykus jo pataisyti- grąžino dalį sumokėtų pinigų Neveikė oro kondicionierius, susisiekus su šeimininku jis jį bandė sutaisyti, tačiau nepavyko...už šį nesklandumą pritaikė nuolaidą mūsų apsistojimo kainai

• Camille (5/5): - It was clean and spacious. The beds are comfy. The air-con on the second room wasn’t working. The shower is completely blocked. Every time someone takes a shower, it floods the whole bathroom.
• Vadim (10/5): Good value for money - Location close to the metro station, very nice cafes and pizzerias around. Apartment is clean, everything you need is there, Noemi is very nice and helpful. Nothing, everything was good
• Paula (4/5): Disappointing - There is one kingsize bed with a big wardrobe. The second bedroom has only a hanging line. There are enough pillows for everyone. There are only 4 chairs to sit in the table. The property manager was very reachable via whatsapp. The dishwasher was not emptied and since it had been closed it was smelly with some things from the previous guests. There were no tablets for using the dishwasher either. The airconditioners were not cooling, only moving air, the house is warm and they are needed. We opened the windows for some air current during the night, and all the bins were bring empied at 5am (including glass), which made a lot of noise. There was only 1 set of keys, even if the house fits 6 people, and the lock where they are stored outside the house is broken. The wifi was not working one of the 3 days. I think these are small things that can be improved easily with some maintenance.
• Natalia (10/5): Comfortable family stay. - It is very spacious and comfortable. We were a group of 4 but could easily have accommodated 6 - 7. The bathroom is very big with a gigantic rainfall shower, by far the best and most comfortable out of our 5 apartment stays during this trip in various cities. Very few stairs (not even a half staircase) to get to the apartment. The distance is a little farther than we usually choose. I like to be 5-10 mins max from main attractions. However, we chose this apartment specifically for its closeness to train station and meeting points for our tours. The walking distance to duomo isn’t bad at all, maybe 15-20 mins depending on walking speed.

Metro/train station, grocery store was close, everything that you need for a nice holiday. We were a party of 6 and the apartment worked really well for our stay. • Etarb (8/5): In general is a good place to stay - Spacious apartment with good location near the metro and the Central Station Difficulties during check-in. We arrived approx 2 hours earlier and we asked the owner if we can enter to the apartment so we can leave our bags there. After the confirmation, we realised that the keys were not in the box so we had to wait for approx 1.5 hours until he came and gave us the keys to the apartment.

• Melinda (9/5): The cosy apartmant in the heart of the cosmopolitan city - The apartmant was near to the cosy restaurants, trattorias and the public transport. The host was communicative and flexible. -
• Glen (9/5): Overall- very pleasant and we would stay there again. - The location, the apartment itself- modern and nice Although the bed and bath linens were clean, the floor itself was very dirty. When we arrived at the time of the check in, 3 pm, the cleaning lady was still there and finishing up. The floors were dirty and dusty, bathroom floors still had hair from Previous tenant and we pointed it out to the cleaning lady while she was still there. Overall the floors only were very dirty.

The location was very convenient - this is one of my favourite parts to stay in Milan, everything is superclose and beds were comfy. Would stay there again with a group of six people! Can't think of anything!
• Nina (3/5): Poor - Good location, generally good equipped apartment. Very noisy at night, huge proplems with neighbors, with noise isolation. The apartment has a very big problem with draining water in the shower(( No one window has no good view.
