• Joel (10/5): A perfect location for a weekend stay. - The location of the property is perfect for a weekend stay. There were no issues during our stay. The property was clean, and accommodative for all guests. The host was very polite, friendly, and very responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area and I will definitely be booking again in the future!

También decir que nos cambiaron el apartamento elegido en la reserva por otro más alejado del centro, que era igual pero un kilómetro más lejos.

• Eva (3/5): Verblijf goed host minder goed - Voor aankomst kregen we te horen dat de accomodatie niet meteen beschikbaar zou zijn bij aankomst. Vervolgens een locatie gekregen om onze bagage te zetten, zodat we Brussel in konden zonder koffers. Na niks gehoord te hebben over wanneer we ons appartement in konden de host gebeld. Die liet ons weten dat we niet in ons appartement konden en moesten blijven in het appartement waar de bagage lag of om zelf een alternatieve locatie te zoeken. We zijn akkoord gegaan met het appartement waar de bagage lag, mits we de dag erna een locatie zouden krijgen die dichter bij het centrum lag. De locatie waar we op dat moment waren was 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum. De dag erna niks gehoord totdat we zelf belden naar de host. De host vertelde ons toen dat we geen alternatieve locatie meer zouden krijgen. Later contact opgenomen met booking, omdat de host niet reageerde. Vervolgens een boos appje van de host, omdat we booking hadden gebeld. Al met al. De alternatieve locatie was goed, maar lag te ver van het centrum en in een wijk met veel zwervers. Niet zo veilig voor 5 jongen meiden. Verder was het contact heel slecht. Weinig en super late reactie. Hele dag gewacht op reactie en pas om 19u reactie gekregen. Ook werd het contact persoon minder vriendelijk toen wij bookinng.com hadden gebeld.

• Vitor (6/5): Excessive noise ruined what could have been a perfect stay - Very good TV, being close to everything Unfortunately, as other reviews say and I didn't pay attention, there is a constant noise of sirens on the street. Which wouldn't be so bad if you were in the room next to the bathroom, but the neighbor upstairs also makes noise. If it weren't for that it would have been fine, but I couldn't sleep well, they should invest in soundproofing. The shower could also be better.

• Arshad (4/5): I have travelled around 45 countries and I can say that it is on top for my worst experience . The host did not spend mo - The location was good with respect to tourist attraction. The host was kind. - Location was on Main Road so a lot of traffic all the time. - Hospital nearby so a lot ambulances almost round the clock . - Beds were very uncomfortable and no proper bedding .
• Maia (8/5): good value for money - Good value for money. Location is easily accessible and near to the city centre. In the apartment, everything was as in the photos. It was not very straightforward to collect the keys upon arrival but the host kindly sent someone to help us access the property.
• Leah (8/5): Good but loud location - Great location, secure, clean, lots of space Facilities didn’t match what was online- it’s paid laundry downstairs which you have to find on your own. No iron, no air conditioning. It is also located on a busy street, so there are constant sirens and noise.

• Philcoxy (8/5): Decent Apartment - Good location 5 mins walk from main pedestrian area. Large apartment with nice balcony. Not too many facilities within the apartment. There were enough kitchen things, but no where to hang clothes, no iron or hairdryer etc... carpark was great, but we only just managed to fit our large SUV in!

• Nikolay (2/5): Very poor - Nice location in City Center, 260m from an underground station, near a shopping street. Nice view from the living room. The street is very busy, with a lot of cars at any time of the day or night, and quite noisy. Upon arrival, the apartment had a strong smell of smoking, the owner was aware but did not react to this. The decor is spartan, the most basic, not very comfortable beds and pillows, no hangers and wardrobes, no soap and shower gel. Weak light in all rooms. Also, the price does not include towels, we had to ask the owner to bring us towels, wait for them until the evening and pay for towels separately. Poor communication with the owner, after several requests to send a receipt for payment, the owner did not send it.
• Fabian (10/5): Exceptional - Central location and near tram station. Hosts were nice and helpful. Due to the location, there was some noise in the night (police cars + ambulances), especially closer to the windows.
• Billy (3/5): Overall I felt that they were trying to squeeze every dime to increase their profit on the stay. I am cooperating with - Good security. Would recommend for a group of adults (boys trip/girls trip) What you would expect for staying in the city. Loud sirens every 5 min so definitely not a family friendly apartment. Luckily my children are older, but if I had younger children they would definitely be woken up. Prostitutes on every corner as soon as you exit the complex. Even though it was safe screams of children on other floors was heard through the walls. NOT PET FRIENDLY! The only reason I booked this stay was because the ad stated “ Pets are allowed. No extra charge” but the hosts proceeded to charge me €60 upon check in for my two dogs. I arrived very late and had no choice but to pay or be denied stay. Arriving in a foreign country with a family, at late hours and in a seemingly sketchy area I felt I had no choice. I explained to the hosts what their ad stated and they were willing to return the pet fee but charge me the entire stay and for me to look elsewhere for lodging. They updated their policy after I checked in to reflect “No Pets” and then again to reflect “Pets allowed on request. Charges may apply”. I found parking on the street as soon as I arrived but the host offered me his private parking at a €20 euro/day charge. If reserved prior to check in it will be €15/day. I would recommend doing so to save the additional €5 a day charge. Once you arrive and are able to see the surrounding area, it is evident that you would elect to use their parking for the increased charge. I felt that they priced their apartment at a lower cost opposed to others in the area, so they can make additional income off of parking, pet fees and to lure individuals like me with a big family in. Food left in the fridge from previous tenants and used water on the stove in kettle. They claimed to have a cleaning company come prepare the apartment, but upon check in I could see they were carrying down cleaning supplies as if they were the ones conducting the cleaning. Sheets dirty and Wi-Fi no existent.
