• Andrea (8/5): Séjour très agréable et proche du centre, je recommande vivement ! - La distance du métro et donc du centre ville de Londres était grandement appréciable. Bien situé proche de supermarchés et restauration rapide! Le logement est proche de tout, tout en étant dans une rue très calme ! Le voisinage (autres locataires des autres appartements) n’ont malheureusement pas été respectueux (commande type ubereats a quasi 2h du matin, brouhaha pas possible et livreur ayant sonné chez nous; la troisième nuit des personnes sont restées fumer et discuter devant la fenêtre jusqu’à une heure très avancée de la nuit également), ils le prenaient pas en compte la demande de l’hôte d’être silencieux et discrets entre 22h et 8h du matin.
• Maggie (8/5): Great value for money and some appreciated extras to make your stay better. - Location is great and a bit off main traffic road so noise isn’t an issue. Good facilities and added extras in the room such as a washing machine, fridge, kettle with tea and coffee. Not a didn’t like but the shower is tight especially if you are of larger stature
• Ngoc Quynh (9/5): - The location is good in terms of convenience. The bus stop, mini markets, supermarkets, restaurants are nearby. It is a safe neighborhood in general. You can also walk a bit (around 15 mins) to find the subway station (tube) to go to the London center faster. During my stay, my host was responsive and very friendly. The apartment on the ground floor has everything I need (as described) from small kitchen, washer, heater, TV to a private restroom. But it's a bit smaller than I imagined. Good if you go outside quite often. It would be more comfortable to have larger space (the host has many apartments with different sizes) if you stay at home quite often.

• Molly (8/5): - Property was well suited to our needs for a short stay and was well equipped with everything that was needed. The shower door was broken but the host contacted us prior to our stay and came up with a solution which was dealt with hastily! I wouldn’t say I didn’t like anything but would suggest having a fan or a way to open the property window more (whilst still being safe) as it got very hot

• Coe (10/5): Good experience and helpful man - A nice and affordable location in London. Host was extremely helpful and was accommodating to multiple request me and my girlfriend had. Kitchen worked very well and was used a lot during are stay. Quite location Shower and bathroom is very small, and shower was at times too hot.

• Zbigniew (6/5): - Lokalizacja - blisko metro i autobusy. Ponadto blisko sklepy Obiekt wymaga drobnego remontu - grzyb w łazience, popękane ściany i płytki. Bardzo mało przestrzeni. Niewielka ilość szamponu i żelu pod prysznic.

Il bagno sembrava quello degli aerei. Durante la vacanza abbiamo avuto un problema e il propietario,gentilissimo, ci ha cambiato la stanza. La seconda stanza era pulita e il bagno era definibile tale.
• Lorena (8/5): Excelente para parejas viajeras que busquen economía - La ubicación está genial. A 10 minutos del metro de Archway a 3 paradas de candem town y con muy buena conexión con líneas del centro. El apartamento está genial para una pareja. Los implementos de cocina, la cocina, lavadora, baño y mobiliario es nuevo. Hay un Aldi muy cerca de la parada de metro que te permite comprar y ahorrar bastante en comidas, nosotros desayunábamos y cenábamos en el apartamento. El anfitrión es muy servicial y resuelve los problemas o dudas que puedas tener al instante. Lo único que mejoraría sería el colchón. Es de muelles y está ya un poco hundido, lo que hacía un poco incómodo dormir. Pero te acostumbras. Por último, hay un poco de grietas en el techo pero es entendible puesto que las estructuras de las casas de esa zona son ya viejas.

• Ayesha (8/5): Best for budgeting travellers - The location was fabulous! Close to 2 tube stations with loads of grocery and food options. Complete value for money if you're on a budget. The space is smaller than you might expect, two people can manage within the space.

• Inessa (6/5): идеально чтобы остановиться на пару дней, для длительного пребывания может быть не совсем комфортно - в целом понравилось расположение - относительно недалеко от центра, при этом улица очень тихая. В комнате было абсолютно все необходимое, хороший интернет, достаточно функциональная кухня к сожалению, хорошая слышимость из соседних комнат, площадь комнаты очень маленькая

• Erin (9/5): Fernando communicated so well with us throughout our stay. The place was nice and clean and had a lovely fragrance smell - I loved the space of the bedroom and kitchen area. There’s a good breakfast spot by the window as well. The bed could’ve been a little more comfortable and the shower could’ve been bigger, as it is quite a small space.

• Comfort (1/5): Bad experience - The accommodation was a ripe off. The rooms are extremely small. You can’t bend in the bathroom, the room I was allocated had the furnace. The hall way smells leading to the rooms. Terrible place to stay with the amount being charge, I won’t encourage anyone to book this apartment
• Tytti (7/5): Poor indoor air quality, inadequate ventilation, and unpleasant odors – would not stay again. - Location. Although the compact size of the studio was not an issue since we were aware of it beforehand, I regret to say that I would not choose to stay here again. There is a crack in the ceiling, and it appears there might be some moisture-related damage since the indoor air quality is very poor; nothing dries, and the air remains quite stuffy even though we kept the window open. While there is a kitchen, we only cooked once because the entire room filled with smoke and steam due to poor ventilation, suggesting the kitchen isn't really designed for actual cooking. I personally experienced discomfort from the poor indoor air quality. Additionally, there was a strong smell of cannabis in the hallway at times, and we are non-smokers. The studio is on the ground floor, so you can hear all the comings and goings of other residents quite clearly, with doors slamming frequently.

• Chelsea (4/5): Good communication with host, very small room, noisy room. - It was clean, and communication with host was good, and check in was smooth. Interior was new and stylish. To start the communication with this host was great, and check in and check out was very smooth. It was very accessible to the bus and train stops. The room is extremely small, we feel it is only suited for a couple to stay for 1-2 nights max, or more suited for a solo traveler to stay longer. Very minimal room to cook. The bathroom is also extremely small. The room is also on the ground level at the front of the building, on road level. Hence it was extremely loud, with cars and people passing down the street all night, and every time other guests entered the main door, you would hear it slam, and the hallway light would turn on, lighting up the room. As two young females we did not feel particularly safe staying in this area.
• Monika (8/5): Cosy place, value for money. - Great , helpful , friendly host. Cosy little place with everything you need ( do bring your own hairdryer though if use one ). Capsule coffee maker was a nice addition. Quite close to local transport. Fantastic burger place and Bella Italia with the cheapest delicious pizza near by. Slightly small, but not a problem.
• Aishwarya (8/5): Great stay, would recommend! - The location was great. The keys were easy to collect, and the room had a kitchenette and cooking utensils, a TV, towels, and comfortable pillows. The room had ample privacy and was easily accessible. The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling which was dripping.

• Za (4/5): Clean and good host. But cramped room and water leak issue. - The room was clean, location is easily accessible, and check in was smooth. The host was responsive and understanding. Unfortunately a pipe in the bathroom roof was leaking. This caused our bathroom floor to be wet and uncomfortable to use. Bed was squeaky and mattress was collapsing on one side. Room was cramped and we had trouble accessing our luggage while being able to walk around the room. Would have been nice if the square footage was mentioned on the listing.
• Anai (10/5): Good value for money in a good calm location - There were very clean, stylish (I called it zebra-style :)) and comfortable (even if there was a little of space - but you see this info when you make booking and I expected that). In the studio there was all needed staff to prepare breakfast and dinner, also there were tea bags, coffee, sugar - which is very nice :) easy way to get to the property and to get the keys :) good and calm location, close to supermarkets, metro station and bus stations, 30 min of walk to Emirates Stadium, 2 h to the center by foot which is also comfortable if you like walking a lot. Everything was OK and small recommendation if you need: you could place some flowers in the yard (I mean in the yard which you see from the window) or smth interesting (for example, a bench) as there is a real potential in that place :)))
• Boris (9/5): Superb - It is entirely new, and this is very good. Didn't find a lot of such objects in that area — good price/quality ratio. The host, Fernando, is amiable and very helpful with my requests. The shower might be bigger)) But this is biased)
