• Suzanne (7/5): Great spot for a girls getaway weekend - Lovely views; good size for 4 people; good facilities Stove top and oven were greasy and dirty on arrival. One of the beds had some hairs through it. Otherwise everything else was clean

• Akshay (1/5): Actually we didn't stay( Although booked for three nights ) - Nothing, as such. Nothing was as stunning as advertised on the Booking.com website. Collecting keys was the only easy bit. We didn't stay in the property and left in a few hours. Booked another property for three nights and shifted. There was a musty smell in the property (maybe fungus in the carpet or curtains), which was very unhygienic. We started feeling a bit sick and nauseous. Didn't get any refund either.
• Jill (9/5): Lovely home in a great location - Great location. The house was lovely and clean and well equipped The bed in the fourth bedroom was not very good. You need to put a proper single bed in there. Everything else was great
• Brett (5/5): Was disappointed in the kitchen facilities and how dirty the bathrooms were - Not much really find somewhere better to stay No Aircon no ceiling fans the driveway has stones in it extremely hard on your feet. There was dirty dishes left in the oven. The microwave was dirty. Both bathrooms were dirty. I could go on but I’ll leave it there.

• Karen (8/5): 4 bedroom comfortable house with view to Coast. - Good partial view of Gold Coast below, quiet street, family size house, 4 bedrooms, big lounge room, fire place, on site parking. Huge shower head in the ensuite. Nice outdoor area with table and chairs out the front. Plenty of dishwasher tablets and tea bags. Front yard use only, cabin in the back yard occupied by tenant, fry pans need replacing, fridge leaked water on the floor, towels were small and paper thin with some stains on them. Washing was left in the dryer. Clean but not sparkling. No under cover parking, shared the driveway with tenants. Pillows were either very hard or very soft. Dishwashing detergent needed replacing. No BBQ in the front outdoor area.

Having a large family would have been nice for it to be working.

We enjoyed our stay. Great accommodation however, there was no heating other than the fire place. We were freezing at night as it was winter on Mt. Tamborine. Would be fine any other season. The cleaner must have forgotten to throw away a bunch of hair left in the ensuite shower wall. The floor and microwave was not clean. Other than that everything else was nice and clean.

Hairy razor left in ensuite shower recess, hair in shower drain of main bathroom, some kitchen facilities like the air fryer didn’t look like they’d been cleaned. Bathroom/ensuite bins hadn’t been emptied. Had to search the house for toilet paper (roll in ensuite was nearly empty and no replacement rolls were visible.
