Falta de comunicação do staff, cheguei as 19h na acomodação ô check-in era às 15h, era 17h e não me mandaram as instruções de entrada no apartamento, quando mandaram, me enviaram incompleto. Cheguei na acomodação e não tinha como entrar, entrei em contato com o staff e não fui atendido, minha sorte que encontrei um morador do prédio que me ajudou a entrar. O staff foi me responder já era 23h, muita falta de profissionalismo. E infelizmente também quando entrei na acomodação a geladeira não funcionava, fiquei 3 dias sem geladeira até chegar a geladeira que compraram.

• Volga (8/5): Mükemmel konum, Temiz, yeterli mekan! - The size is suitable for 2 people, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. The cleanliness is quite good. The location is perfect. You can easily reach everywhere by public transportation. You can take bus number 492 to all tourist attractions and get off right in front of your door on the way back. There are food and drink places as well as a grocery store on the main street. All of them are within walking distance. It's easy to reach from the airport. Unfortunately, our stay was greatly affected by the neighbor playing computer games and shouting,screaming,laughing until 2 AM. For most of the 15 days, except for a few nights, it didn’t stop. Our landlord tried to warn him but he only stopped the day he was warned,.Generally we’re not very sensitive to noise, we are city people but even when we were exhausted and fell asleep, we would wake up suddenly from their loud shouts. I’m not sure if he is the permanent tenant or if it just happened to us, but it was very frustrating. Because of the noise, our landlord only charged us 50 euros for the city tax, and they covered the remaining 70 euros as a gesture. We appreciate it. We just wish we hadn’t had to experience such an issue. Only problem with the space; there was an issue with hot water; sometimes it was cold and sometimes it was hot. It was impossible to take a shower with continuous hot water.
