- Madeleine (5/5): Comfortable but house and garden could do with better maintenance - Large living areas No PowerPoint next to bed in 3rd bedroom
Dangerous portable step between living areas
No key in first lock box
Blind in front bedroom room didn’t work
Only 1 wine glass in cupboard (we purchased 2 more for house)

- Ryan (9/5): - Large house for lots of people. It has everything you could need for a short or long stay with a couple of families. Shower pressure was a little low, and there is no clothes dryer.

- Deborah (8/5): The whole stay was Great for the location just around the corner from the hospital, the hose is Big, heaps of room there - The location was Great, size of the property was Great, out door seating was Great, easy check in. There was only the 2 power points in the bedroom, one was being used by aircon & other was a power pack & had to buy extension cord for the other side of the bed, & was only one bedside table, only 2 rooms had aircon so had to use the front 2 rooms & that was fine but the bedroom to the right as you walked in was set up with bunk bed, we did have problems with the internet.
- Travis (9/5): Superb -
- Khatija (10/5): Exceptional -
- Curlwak (9/5): Superb -
- Jill (10/5): Great family place to stay. Plenty of room inside and out. Would use again. - It was close to everything, liked the large bathroom. Plenty of living space for the five adults. Glad they had a full bottle of gas for bbq as Broken Hill had major power outages. Owner came round to see if we were okay and if we needed anything. Even got us bag of ice to keep medicines we used cold. Plenty of kitchen utensils and well set up . Great place to stay. Only thing was the step down from bedrooms, lounge to dining , bathroom, kitchen area.
- Philip (8/5): Very good -
- Jacinta (8/5): Apart from the minor issues would definitely return to stay here again. - Comfortable beds, plenty of room, homely, great to come back at end of day and relax, Sensor light out front of property not working, front wire door not locking, step down into dining room wasn’t secured and invisible during the night - needed to leave light on to navigate the step. Back door unable to be unlocked.
- Oshea (10/5): We loved Broken Hill and the Cottage suited us fine. - Its heritage character and room layout and when we had an issue with the lights the owner was easy to contact, very friendly and promptly rectified the problem . Would highly recommend the property Outside security light stopped working
- Geoff (8/5): Very good - No internet on the first night. No microwave dishes for use in the microwave.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - Good place

Just like a home away from home with everything you require
Close to shops and restaurants
Lovely heating to keep us all warm Pillows were a little hard
- Sandra (8/5): A nice cosy “home away from home” i - Clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds. Good location. Plenty of space…good sized rooms. Only thing that could be improved is the shower. We bought a bath mat as the tiles are quite slippery.
- Elizabeth (7/5): Good -
- Veronica (9/5): Very comfortable and homely - Comfortable and close to everything but quiet at night All good
- Lewis (10/5): It was great. Only down fall was the typical Broken Hill power outages (out for hours) but that is out of the control of - Very tidy and comfortable Nothing

- Iris (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous house!! Everything you need is in the house! Lovely and clean. Very quiet location.
Would definitely recommend. There wasn't any negatives about this property
- Pressler (8/5): Fantastic accomodation, close to town centre . - Lovely spacious accommodation, plenty of aircoolers to keep place comfortable for all.The kitchen was very well equipped We didn’t like the rock hard pillows. And also the step from lounge to dining room was a bit dangerous, hence father in law in late 80s lost his footing .
- Kevin (8/5): Very good - A/C is each room, kitchen well equipped Mould around shower cubical
- Aleksandar (9/5): Superb -
- Ian (8/5): Good value. - We had use of the whole house and the usual household facilities, within two minute drive of the town centre, all for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, there was an ant problem at the time we visited, which was being combated with ant traps. The shower and grouting were somewhat tired, and I should imagine they will be the next thing in the bathroom to be renovated.
- Gail (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kris (9/5): Perfect place for us to stay - The house has everything, the beds are comfy, plenty of room for all of us. Nothing
- Anonymous (6/5): Comfortable but needs improvement. - Clean and comfortable. Lack of privacy. 3 blinds did not function. Back doors don’t key lock. Front door the lock is loose and ready to fall off.
- Blandford (8/5): Very good - Clean, spacious, good location, very comfortable beds, good heating throughout No saucepans, wine glasses or oven roast dish.
Needed more dinner plates ect to last through breakfast to dinner so as not to have to use dishwasher after every meal with 1/2 loads

- Janice (7/5): Good -

- Libby (10/5): The owners of Broken Hill Inn made this stay easy and comfortable. The house was amazing for the price, clean and comfor - Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there. Plenty of blankets and heaters to stay warm. It was clean and comfortable, centrally located. I have no negatives about this property.
- Emma (9/5): We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again. - Great location and very spacious! The kids also enjoyed having an area to play in the back yard. It needs some softer pillows, they were all very hard.
- Marlayne (9/5): Great cottage in the heart of Broken Hill with everything you could need - Had everything you need - dishwasher, heating, washing machine Needs some more hooks in the bathroom for towels but that’s it!
- Anonymous (10/5): was perfect for what we were after . - it met our needs and was exactly what we were looking for! entrance was slanty - bathroom sink location was a bit odd -
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, had everything we needed. Shower base needs to be replaced
- Val (10/5): Excellent chance to spend time as an extended family. - Well presented and homely. The owner had put effort in to meet visitors needs
- Michael (9/5): Superb - roomy, clean, comfortable no reading lamps!
- Rosie (7/5): Good - Location and facilities were good. House was clean and roomy. Great shower, washing machine and air conditioners. Very easy house to holiday in. There were ants everywhere. You couldn’t leave anything on the kitchen bench. The ants were all over the bathroom bench too.
The bbq was good, except there were no bbq utensils to cook on the bbq or clean it with.
There was coffee but the open bag was left in the cupboard, so it wasn’t great.
The mattresses in 2 of the 3 rooms were terrible. I ended up moving one from the bunk onto the floor because I couldn’t sleep on the one in my room.
- Belinda (9/5): Lovely cottage, great location. - Lovely house in a great location close to the main part of town. Easy key pick up and good communication from owners. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Would stay there again.
- Matt (10/5): Exceptional - Home away from home. very well equipped, comfortable and convenient.
Owner was extremely helpful.
