• Maryam (7/5): - The staff were very friendly. They helped us with the check-in very easily. It was a comfortable stay, and it was near the sea. The smell in the room. And There was no proper fireplace, as I had expected, but they helped us make a fire at the grill area.

• Peter (9/5): - Het personeel was buitengewoon behulpzaam, bijvoorbeeld bij het vinden van een betere kamer, het regelen van een taxi en bij het diner waar we een goede aanbeveling kregen betreffende een heerlijk visgerecht. De omgeving was nu wat troosteloos maar als het seizoen echt begonnen is zal dat waarschijnlijk wel anders zijn.

• Maureen (9/5): Hotel staff made our stay enjoyable! - Breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and considerate. The location was OK. In general, Lake Sevan is a mishmash of nice properties and run down places. It was unclear where you could and could not walk along the beach.

• Jörg (7/5): Gut gelegenes Resort am Sewansee - Das Garden Inn Resort Sevan liegt ein wenig versteckt und genau das ist zunächst sein großer Reiz. Keine zwei Minuten zu Fuß, und man steht staunend am wunderbaren Sewansee. Allein diese Lage ist eigentlich schon ein Versprechen. Und tatsächlich: Die Anlage hat grundsätzlich alles, was eine perfekte Unterkunft ausmachen könnte. Viel Platz, Ruhe, Natur ringsum. Auch das Personal trägt seinen Teil dazu bei; ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer bemüht, Probleme ernst zu nehmen und Lösungen zu finden. Man fühlt sich willkommen, und das ist viel wert. Leider blieb es bei uns nicht ganz beim Versprechen. Die Bungalows sind zwar sehr geräumig und bieten reichlich Platz, wirken aber insgesamt etwas nüchtern. Es fehlt an Charme, an kleinen Details, an Gemütlichkeit, kurz: an dem Gefühl, wirklich anzukommen und bleiben zu wollen. Dazu kamen einige ganz praktische Schwierigkeiten. So funktionierte am Herd lediglich eine Platte, der Safe ließ sich nicht öffnen und die Zimmertür nur mit einigem Kraftaufwand schließen. Das sind keine Dramen, aber viele kleine Dinge, die den Aufenthalt unnötig erschweren. Das Zimmer war beim Einzug zwar sauber, wurde jedoch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht noch einmal gereinigt. Das größte Manko aber war die Kälte. Der Heizkörper ist schlicht unterdimensioniert, und im September wird es nachts am Sewansee bereits richtig kalt. Unangenehm kalt, so sehr, dass Gemütlichkeit kaum entstehen konnte, egal wie sehr man sie gesucht hat. Ein echter Lichtblick war hingegen das Frühstück. Wirklich hervorragend, liebevoll zubereitet und ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Nach einer kalten Nacht war es fast so etwas wie Trost und ein sehr guter dazu. Fazit: Ein Resort mit fantastischer Lage und großem Potenzial, freundlichem Personal und einem großartigen Frühstück. Wenn an Ausstattung, Funktionalität und Wärme noch nachgebessert wird, kann das Garden Inn Resort zu einem wirklich besonderen Ort werden. So bleibt noch viel Platz nach oben.

• Natalia (4/5): Не поехала бы второй раз. - Замечательный юноша Артур. Хороший завтрак. И отличное расположение. Все остальное - в сезон наверное нормально, но сейчас было ужасно. Фактически там невозможно жить в несезон, потому что кафельный пол - просто ледяной, в номере приходилось ходить в теплых уличных кроссовках либо сидеть на кровати, стулья тоже ледяные. Теплый пол технически был, но не включался, полотенцесушитель- тоже не включался. Стены грязные, в пятнах, стол и посуда не очень чистые, шторы в пятнах- неприятно. Полотенца настолько застиранные и жесткие что невозможно пользоваться. Очень не хватает нормально указателя при съезде с трассы, таксисты не могут найти если не знают.

• Diana (10/5): - Всё понравилось ) останавливались на сутки для посещения Севанаванка и прогулки возле озера) Само озеро Севан находится в пару минут ходьбы от отеля. Очень уютно сделан зал для трапезы :) это такой милый шатёр, в меню есть, что выбрать, рекомендую рыбу сиг и пасту карбонара! Суп (он же каша) Хариса - очень вкусно! Сладости все понравились ) Обслуживание отличное, Артур помогал и в зале и в номер прибегал помочь нам с феном. Номер не претендует на роскошь, но всё есть, спать было удобно, единственное, шумит бойлер, мы его на ночь отключали, но отопление тоже отключится, это надо понимать )

We didn't have hot water and had to ask the manager to fix it 4 times (in the evening, in the morning, after breakfast, after lunch). Then they finally fixed it and I asked if we could get the free breakfast for the troubles and were promised that. In the morning we found out that the manager of the manager declined the free breakfast so we had to speak to the manager of the manager to get at least that. During that morning EVERYTHING stopped working, even the toilet didn't flush due to the generator failure. The fact that they didn't even have the warm breakfast or coffee when they declined to pay for it is ridiculous. Especially for the price that we paid for the big room.

• Nadezhda (6/5): Clean cozy place, decent - The room and the hotel territory are really clean, beautiful. You can find places to sit on outside just to chill and relax with a book. The pool looks clean though we did not swim there There was an issue with the heater - it wouldn’t work for some reason and the stuff found out about that when we complained that it’s too cold in the room. I wish they checked its functionality while preparing the room for the guests. The WiFi also did not work though we could connect to it - it just didn’t give any internet access at all. The breakfast is rather limited in options though it cost us 3000 AMD per person.

• Maurits (6/5): Great location, facilities need some work - The staff is very kind and welcoming! Free parking is definitely a plus and the location in general is cool: the peninsula is a sight by itself. It was very cold when we arrived, after some fiddling we got the central heating to work. The fiddling required for hot water in general. The stove did not work, the kettle was old and we were not inclined to use it. The TV had no reception.
• Asia (10/5): Отличное место, рекомендую к посещению даже не в сезон! - В первую очередь в восторге от сотрудника на ресепшене (он же работал в те дни в ресторане) – приятнейший молодой человек, очень комфортно было общаться по всем вопросам, спасибо ему огромное! Территория супер, домики хорошенькие, мы брали делюкс и там было ноль проблем в принципе: очень чистый, уютный, все нужное в наличии, дико удобный матрас и тяжеленькие теплые одеяла, которые особенно не пригодились, тк нам сразу же включили отопление и дом прогрелся мгновенно (поездка была в начале октября в довольно прохладные дни с дождем, но в номере была жара) + еще вид из окна на сад отдельное удовольствие. Ресторан Green Bay при отеле реально лучший на Севане. Мы успели попробовать и завтрак, и несколько разных позиций из основного меню: подача красивая, вкусно было просто все (отдельно отмечу здоровенную порцию форели🫠).
• Pavel (9/5): - Apartmány byly dostačující a čisté. Snídaně byly podávány formou bufetu, dostačující výběr. Vaří tam i obědy a večeře od 11-23.hod byly formou menu. To obsahovalo od polévek po šašlík,kebab,ryby,těstoviny a několik druhů salátů atd. Dá se říct, slušný výběr jídel jak velikostí porcí tak chuťově. Ceny jsou ale poněkud vyšší. Využily jsme též bazén, není velký ale je vyhřívaný a to bylo super. Obchody a restaurace v dostupné vzdálenosti 5-10min. Jezero vzdálené asi 500m Počasí bylo mizerné 13 C déšť polovina září, ale nám to nevadilo, jste prostě na horách...1 900m n.v.

The rooms were a bit old, stains on the table, one of the handles on the window fell off in my hand. Reception was locked when we left at 730am and there was nowhere to put the key.

The green and spacious territory made it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was tasty and varied, a perfect start to the day. But what truly stood out was the staff – kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

• Manit (9/5): - All the staff was very nice and friendly, they always checked if everything was OK so they made me feel like home. The restaurant serves excellent food with many options to choose from, that’s why I had all my dinners there during my stay. It’s a beautiful space and there is always good ambient music playing there. Same with the breakfast, all top notch. The room was nice and I really liked the heated floor in the bathroom. I strongly recommend spending a few days here if you are in the Lake Sevan area! Probably some nightstands in every side of the bed would have been nice so you can place the phone, watch, etc. Free parking lot was OK but probably not big enough for all guests and sometimes it could be difficult to find a spot at certain hours.

• Paravyan (10/5): A relaxing and comfortable stay with friendly staff in a perfect location. - The staff were very friendly and helpful, always providing everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable, the location was calm and peaceful, yet close to the beach and within walking distance to Sevanavank Monastery. The pool was also great, especially with heating, making it enjoyable at any time of the day. The restaurant was also very pleasing, and the food was tasty with reasonable prices. Nothing major, everything met our expectations.

• Andrey (10/5): - Отдыхали в начале августа большой компанией друзей – 26 человек. Отель понравился всем без исключения. Завтраки и вообще еда в ресторане – недорого и вкусно. Номера чистые и просторные. До пляжа идти 3 минуты. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый – не оставил без внимания ни одну нашу просьбу.

Spazi comuni piacevoli tra cui: piscina, lettini e cuscinoni, tavolini, dondoli e anche una sauna. La colazione è a buffet e ben assortita. Si consiglia di tenere porte e finestre chiuse per evitare invasione di moscerini (a noi è capitato).

• rimsardar (6/5): very close to the public beach, free parking, nice territory, small but nice pool - very friendly and nice staff, allowed us to check out later and stay in the territory for several hours. They also offered us free iced coffee as a sorry for messing up with the beds and linens for the 5th person. we booked for 5 people and asked for an additional bed, and our request was approved. we arrived late, and when we wanted to go to bed, we found out that there is no extra bed, no linens, pillows, anything for the 5th person. my granda had to sleep on the couch, with someone's cover.

• Aramazd (3/5): Много мелких недоочётов. - Бассейн. Плохое качество плиты и интернета. Сломанная крышка от туалета. Нет даже базовых каналов на телевизоре, и из-за плохого качества интернета смотреть нормально не получается. На полотенцах была ржавчина. Дали мало посуды, и не должили даже когда попросили об этом (хотя обещали). В соседнем пляже мелководие и каменисто, так что купаться смогут только очень маленькие дети.

• Anton (7/5): - Прекрасный персонал на ресепшене и в ресторане. Есть парковка, теплый бассейн. Непростиранное бельё, следы биологических жидкостей. Полотенца у бассейна не стираются - женщина просто проходит и складывает их как новые.

Swimming pool is small but nice. The room and the territory was clean. For me it was disappointments as there is no private beach or beachfront location with a view. The description is incorrect. There is public beach in 4 minutes walk and I believe you should pay extra for sun loungers on that beach. There was strong smell of sewerage in the bathroom. The man from reception accidently came to my room 30 minutes before check out without any knocking. It was very uncomfortable. In total I was expecting much more from accommodation and service for 120 usd per night.

• Sviatoslav (7/5): Good, but overpriced - It's a nice, shaded, tree-filled area with calm and relaxing atmosphere. It's a safe environment, good for families with children. The staff is friendly. There is a heated swimming pool and good sauna. The restaurant food is nice. The WiFi was fine. The room was well equipped. I liked the outdoor seating area in the shared garden. The hotel itself does seem quite overpriced. Also, since meals are not included, you could easily spend half the cost of your entire stay by dining at the on-site restaurant. The hotel and restaurant staff can be forgetful at times. For example, they may miss part of an order, fail to provide room service after it has been requested at the front desk, or set up the sauna too late. The insect nets didn't prevent insects from getting through. It's quite inconvenient that there's no socket for the electric kettle at the kitchenette. I would really like to have more hangers and shelves in the bathroom. The showerhead could have used some descaling. It would be great if there were a way to leave the door unlocked, for example, when hanging out outside the room. Currently, the door locks automatically when you close it.

При заселении забыли положить полотенца - пришлось самому идти за ними, так как в номере нет телефона. Утром отключили электричество и воду, генератор при отеле не работает. При вопросе что собираетесь делать - развели руками и сделали глупое лицо.

• LIDIYA (5/5): Приятная территория, вкусная еда…. И запах канализации - + в бассейне отеля теплая вода (теплее, чем в озере), детям там купаться больше понравилось + персонал отзывчивый, помогли нам переехать в 3 часа ночи + вкусная еда в ресторане, прекрасный персонал + домики внутри выглядят лучше, чем снаружи + территория затенена деревьями, в нашем случае это был решающий фактор при выборе отеля - Из стены в ванной выпал полотенцесушитель, торчал электропровод - Прямо под окнам (которые в сад) расположены канализационные люки. Днем, при ветренной погоде запах чувствовался, но не критично. Ночью нам пришлось с двумя спящими детьми переехать в другой дом, потому что окна было не открыть, ужасный запах, спать с закрытыми окнами душно, кондиционеров нет. - Прямо возле дома водопроводный насос, и когда на базе кто-то пользуется водой, в батареях и раковинах это слышно - Пляж близко, но общий, отель не на первой линии, лежаков от отеля нет. Сам пляж с мусором, стеклом, окурками - Компенсация за переезд в двухместный номер (у нас семья 4 человека) из четырехместного, с кроватью раскладушкой и матрасом, который мы взяли из предыдущего , был Арбуз
