- Rick (8/5): A decent, reasonably priced apartment though a 20 minute walk from main area of Malaga - Our apartment was in a nice building with elevator. The dining/living room was spacious; large glass table and a couch and chair, large patio doors onto a balcony. There is a Corte Ingles right down the block and several bakeries and coffee shops. We enjoyed staying here for the most part, but a few dislikes. This apartment is not located in a very expensive neighborhood, so it is in a more "popular" quarter of Malaga. The building faces a large wall surrounding a school and the wall is covered in graffiti. You have to walk about 20 minutes through a neighborhood to get to the main part of Malaga, but it is a safe walk. No worries. There is a fee for parking and the parking garage is not very easy to maneuver if you have a large rental car like an SUV as we had. But it can be done, though a smaller car is more suitable.

- John (9/5): Quiet neighbourhood, close to Historic City center, cafe's, groceries, transportation; Pleasant host - The apartment building is located in the city, a short walk to the historic city center and the farmer's market. The neighbourhood is quiet in the evening for sleeping. The Mercadona grocery store is a 2 minute walk from the apartment building and there are many cafe's within walking distance. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat was clean and had a balcony with table & chairs for sitting/dining. I prepared and cooked a lot of meals in the kitchen during our months' stay. There is a small area off the kitchen for the washing machine; we used it quite often during our stay. San Andres & La Malagueta beach are approximately 2Km, in opposite directions, from the flat. The main train station (Maria Zambrano) is 1Km from the flat where you can get the high-speed train to Madrid, Seville, Cordoba etc. or the regular "commuter" train West to Torremolinos & other beach areas. We communicated with the host via the message service on the Booking.com app and the response time was quick (of course during business hours). The host is attentive, pleasant, and understanding.

We had a really good time there. It was great value for its price. The air conditional was kind of hard to figure out. It wasreally cold in one room, and kinda hot in an other.

Lovely balcony for four.
Kitchen great for four nights self catering, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc
Showers(two) were brilliant ,hot, kept temp even ( rare in Spain!) and provided shampoo/conditioner if forgotten.
Location easy for walk into old town, 15 mins stroll.
Short walk from train station 10 mins. Nothing major we had a comfortable, enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend and return.
Couple of minor items,
Garlic press would have been useful and more than one pot towel.

- Katherine (4/5): Disappointing location - The apartment was very clean and practical and was about a 20- 30 minutes walk from the main attractions of Malaga.It was easy to get to from the airport and the staff and communications were excellent. The apartment looked directly onto blocks of flats, run down graffiti covered buildings and boarded up houses.The nearby roads had no nice bars, cafes, or anywhere nice to eat unless you wanted to go into Malaga each time.
It was quite a run down area which was , obviously, not disclosed on the booking site. We felt disappointed and the balcony was unusual to sit on as it looked onto such an unsightly view !
