• BORJA (7/5): - La habitacion tenía amplitud, la cama bien. Se escuchaba mucho la puerta principal de acceso a las habitaciones. Y sobre ducha el agua faltaba algo de presión y el sumidero no tragaba bien.

Leider war die Matratze katastrophal, so extrem weich/durchgelegen dass ich keine weitere Nacht nach der ersten darauf hätte schlafen wollen und können. Das Zimmer (Einzelzimmer), das ich bekam, war nicht abgebildet auf den Fotos hier (sehr klein, mit schmalem Bett für 1 Person), sodass ich eine andere Vorstellung vom Zimmer hatte.

• Tamiris (10/5): Voltaria nessa hospedagem - Local silencioso e tem elevador; quarto espaçoso; cama, edredom e travesseiros confortáveis; serviço de quarto diário (limpeza e reposição de amenities); água, café solúvel e chá disponíveis e à vontade na cozinha compartilhada. Localização boa - perto da estação de trem e do metrô, tem mercadinhos, restaurantes e cafés na rua; tem um ponto de ônibus (usei várias vezes a linha 492). O Sr. Albertcassy foi muito atencioso, me tirou dúvidas e mandou várias informações úteis, ele também me permitiu deixar as malas no hotel antes do check in. Parabéns pelo serviço. Obs: fotos do quarto no check out por isso está desarrumado. Box do banheiro é pequeno, mesmo sendo apertado, eu voltaria com certeza.

Dodatkowo możliwość skorzystania z mikrofalówki. Super kontakt z właścicielem obiektu, bardzo pomocny i zaangażowany by pobyt w Rzymie był miłym wspomnieniem. We were greeted warmly by Mr. Albertcassy and everything that we needed was explained to us at the beginning.We were also given adaptors (unique to Italy) to borrow and did not have to purchase anything. During our stay, Mr. Albertcassy's customer service was exceptional! He was happy to speak with us and make us coffee in the common area. We have not, as yet, experienced better customer service anywhere we have travelled before because he was genuinely happy to sit with us and offer travel advice and information and was very kind. • YAMANAKA (10/5): La mejor elección en Roma: comodidad y atención increíble - Nos alojamos en Fair Suite Roma Termini y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. Desde el primer momento, el trato fue excelente, pero queremos destacar especialmente a Albertcassy, que estuvo atento en todo momento y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Viajábamos para correr una media maratón y, aunque se nos pasó la hora del check-out, tuvo el detalle de permitirnos ducharnos y dejar las maletas allí hasta nuestra salida. Ese tipo de atención marca completamente la diferencia. El alojamiento es muy acogedor, limpio y cómodo, y la ubicación es perfecta si vienes a hacer turismo por Roma, con todo muy bien conectado. Sin duda, repetiremos cada vez que volvamos. ¡Totalmente recomendable! Un 10 👏

Leider war es gerade spät abends etwas laut. Sowohl von obendrüber als auch draußen. Außerdem ist das Bad renovierungsbedürftig.

• Ingrid (6/5): Prima - De host is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We werden uitgebreid van informatie voorzien. De dag van aankomst konden we de bagage alvast brengen en de dag van vertrek konden we de bagage nog even op locatie laten en later ophalen. De locatie is heel centraal. Dichtbij het treinstation, metrostation en de bushaltes. De staat van de kamer en de schoonmaak van de kamer is oke maar houdt niet over. De tv heeft geen signaal. De douche wordt bloedheet of ijskoud en de regendouche is stuk.

• José (8/5): I migliori alloggi vicino a Termini - Il nostro soggiorno è stato fantastico. Il personale ci ha trattato molto bene, sempre attento alle nostre esigenze. La camera offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e dispone di tutto ciò che ci si può aspettare da un hotel tradizionale: armadio, TV, un tavolino dove appoggiare le proprie cose… Inoltre, si trova molto vicino alla stazione Termini.

Er was geen ontbijt maar aan de overkant zat een koffiehuis waar je ook een heerlijk ontbijt kon nuttigen. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep ook heel fijn. Van tevoren kregen we allemaal tips. En als er iets was en ik stuurde een appje, dan reageerde hij vrijwel meteen en werden er dingen opgelost. De schoonmaak. Er stonden vuile glazen in de kamer. Maar bij het aangeven hebben we meteen nieuwe glazen gekregen. Ook de doucheslang werkte niet. Dit werd ook gelijk opgelost gelukkig. Wij zouden nooit meer kamer 3 willen omdat deze vlakbij de ingang is. Door een code gaat de deur automatisch open wat best herrie maakt. De mensen deden heel zachtjes maar door die deur werd je dan weer wakker. De kamers kunnen wel een verfbeurt gebruiken, zeker in de badkamer.

• Myriam (8/5): Roma en pareja - La ubicación cerca de la estación de termini es un acierto y estas prácticamente a un paseo de 15/30min del centro. Alberto es súper atento en todo, te recomienda absolutamente de todo para hacer tus días más fáciles. La habitación es muy amplia para 2 personas y te dejan 2 aguas (con gas) de cortesía que es de agradecer y también te dejan algunos amenities en el baño. Siempre haciendo críticas constructivas. Empiezo porque nos tocó la habitación número 1 la primera habitación al lado de la puerta de entrada que en hora punta de la noche y de la mañana (8 am) hay trajín de gente que puede resultar molesto. Pone que las habitaciones son insonorizadas, a los vecinos de al lado no los hemos escuchado, pero andar incluido a los de arriba si…sabemos que esto no depende del propietario pero no está de más saberlo. Lo que sí depende de él, la ducha, la maneta del agua se caía y que saliera el agua caliente era cuestión de paciencia. Las paredes de detrás del inodoro tienen manchas feas, bastante feas. La cama no es incómoda pero las almohadas infumables…como una hoja de papel y la televisión el mando iba cuando quería.

A pochi passi si trova la via Nazionale, piena di negozi e che conduce a piazza Venezia. Abbiamo raggiunto Fontana di Trevi in circa 25 min a piedi. In camera c’è tutto l’occorrente. La comunicazione con l’host è stata impeccabile, sempre disponibile Bagno un po piccolo, senza mensola di appoggio.

Nos recomendó como llegar hasta el hotel, un restaurante donde fuimos a cenar muy cerca del hotel etc. Además pudimos hacer early check-in y a nuestra salida pudimos dejar las maletas allí y pasar a buscarlas más tarde. A pesar de haber hecho ya el check out, Albertcassy siguió en contacto con nosotros y hasta el último momento estuvo pendiente nuestro comfort y de que pudiéramos acabar nuestro viaje lo mejor posible. El agua de la ducha. No salía demasiado caliente.
• Agostina (10/5): Excelente lugar! - La amabilidad de Mr. Albertcassy . Muy amable. Siempre predispuesto. Además el lugar muy bien ubicado incluso para con los medios de transporte, podes ir al Vaticano y al centro y la parada está a media cuadra! Ideal! Además a la noche muy tranquilo también. Súper recomendable !
• Analia (10/5): De construcción antigua. Pero.muy acogedor por dentro y moderno! - Muy cómoda la cama. Excelente ducha. Toallas y ropa de cams divinas!
• Emanuela (8/5): - Struttura carina ed accogliente in posizione vicinissima alla stazione termini e alle fermate di bus e metro Se proprio devo trovare un difetto la doccia aveva poca pressione e il flessibile e l’aggancio del doccino sono da sostituire
• SIMONA (7/5): Buon Soggiorno , con giusto qualcosina da migliorare - Struttura collocata abbastanza bene , a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione termini e vicino a strisce blu ( per chi viaggia in auto ). Personale molto disponibile, ci hanno concesso di lasciare i bagagli lì post check_out e di utilizzare una camera libera dopo , x una rinfrescata veloce Bagno un po’ datato e la camera , per quanto ha mobili moderni , andrebbe curata un po’ di più in generale
• Gaia (8/5): - Struttura accogliente e pulita, ottima accoglienza, personale disponibile che ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out. Posizione vicino alla stazione con possibilità di raggiungere le attrazioni principali in poco tempo. Stanze silenziose seppur su una strada molto trafficata, ottima insonorizzazione.
