• Dora (10/5): Prekrasan smjestaj na izvrsnoj lokaciji. Idealno za 6 osoba. - Odlicna lokacija, prostrano, cisto. Jedna kupaonica je bila malo slabije ociscena. Aparat za kavu bez kave.
• shalva (10/5): - Страшно не понравилось получение ключа. Все слишком осложнено. Механические ключи в одном экземпляре,приходилось друг друга ждать чтобы воидти в номер. А по поводу электронных ключей отдельная история которую даже не хочется рассказывать,хочу поскорее забыть.
• Dhillon (6/5): Not very satisfactory. - Good size. Good location Check in procedure is awful. Too complicated. Only one set of keys. Unacceptable if it’s a group of friends. The washing machine needed to be fixed by an engineer, so I wasted more than hour waiting. The bath plug, and one of the wash basins plug is faulty. There is a bad smell of drains in the twin bedded room’s bathroom.

• Emma (10/5): Excellent! - Spacious, bright, very quiet bedrooms, very clean and modern. The mattresses were very hard. The water in the showers turned cold if they were all in use.
• Clayton (9/5): Great value at an unbelievable location! - Locations was mazing and the size of the apartment was exceptional for our family. Hot water seemed to run our quickly for a 3 bedroom apartment with 6 people. Beds were great but the pillows were horrible.
• Lauren (10/5): I came to Madrid to celebrate my 40th birthday with close friends. I couldn’t have been happier with the apartment. Beau - The property was decorated beautifully and it was huge, I went with a group of girlfriends and it was so nice to have an en-suite to every room so we could all do our hair and make up. It was a really central location close to all the things we wanted to see and do Everything was perfect! The only tiny thing I’d say is that the mattress in the master bedroom is a little too thin and hard but that’s probably just my personal preference
• Shabnam (7/5): Good - The location and size of the apartment was great. First of all, when we arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working and it took hours to get in contact with them and fix. You can only message them through booking.com and a different person answers you back every time. They rent a lot of apartments, so care and attention are very minimal. We then noticed ants in the apartment walking everywhere. They said they would send someone to clean tomorrow. We left the apartment in the morning and returned at night and it was not cleaned. When I messaged them they said they had a problem with the housekeeper and never offered to send another one. I had originally asked for luggage racks so my suitcases are not on the floor with the ants. They said they ran out. Overall, the attention and care we received was minimal. This being the last location we stayed in Spain, it was the worst in regards to host and being attentive to our needs. I would not stay here again.
