- Kaupo (4/5): Conveniently situated but not absolutely luxuriously furnished… - Location was walking distance from train and tube station - The couch - it was … how would I describe… un-sleep-able, old and worn out (additional cover mattress, provided by apartment, did not do any good either). - Wifi - was unstable, signal was only bedroom/kitchen area, did not reach living room, TV did not work without network… this never got solved during the stay. - Kitchen oven and stove - these had no electricity (that got fixed on 2nd day!) furniture was worn out and partially damaged.

- Adriano (7/5): Meglio non darlo - Appartamento carino, ma manca la cura dei particolari. Indirizzo indicato non corrisponde a quello reale. Si trova in uno stretto vicolo chiuso fra due palazzi dove sono collocati i cassonetti raccolta rifiuti proprio a un metro dalla porta di ingresso.vicolo sporco e maleodorante ad uso ubriaconi Le finestre che non si potevano aprire se non per pochi centimetri non consentiva di aereggiare l ambiente .e che comunque da un lato davano su un muro, circa 2 metriMancanze già segnalate in recensioni precedenti ancora evidenti tipo piantana con porta lampade a ci ciondolo senza lampadina. Ma la cosa più grave è che nell annunciò è indicato Wadsworth high street una bella strada e poi ti ritrovi in uno stretto e puzzolente vicolo a fondo chuso ad uso orinatoio . L'indirizzo esatto viene indicato solo a prenotazione avvenuta sicuramente per impedire la streetview con Google. Come possiamo definire questo atteggiamento? Peccato perché appartamento in altro contesto avrei dato un 8
- Sanjay (1/5): Ruined my holidays stay, host and property management are least bothered to resolve the matter. Lesson learned better to - Location for local commute is good. Property is not how it looks in pictures, many wear and tear issues, seepage issues, no bath, false pictures of bath whereas bath tub is not connected with any taps.
- Karins (7/5): Good - The apartment is comfortable and centrally located. Locating the property on the first day was confusing. Also the front door located in very close proximity of large rubbish bins is off putting.
- Zenaida (8/5): Easy transport access - Conveniently located, we have great access to everything The place was not ready at 1530 and the cleaner just started the cleaning while we're there. Also, a cleaning charge of £95 was included but we had to discard our rubbish after our stay. As suggested, a damage fee of £35 was paid (non refundable) which is not good for people like us who always treat a rental like our own home and would never intentionally cause damage to a property. Also, no bed sheets and towels provided for the third person on the guest list. Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, but I would suggest that you be reasonable with your charges and not impose renters to be the one to empty the rubbish considering the fees applied for cleaning.
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment, spacious and clean. The bef was so comfortable I could’ve spent the whole day in it. I chose this location because I needed to attend work-related stuff nearby. It is still relatively close to the city - the bus takes you from right in front of the place to east putney tube station! Definitely recommend this amazing apartment!!
