• René (10/5): Hervorragend! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. - Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einer sehr stilvollen Einrichtung. Alles ist gepflegt, sauber und stimmig. Die Küche ist mit vielfältigen modernen Geräten ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool hatte frisches Wasser und die Sauna sowie der Garten waren in perfektem Zustand. Es entsprach unseren Erwartungen von den Fotos. Der Eigentümer Román hat uns sehr herzlich mit frischem Obst, Wein und Gebäck empfangen. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat sogar zwischendurch Kuchen vorbeigebracht. Momentan ist eine Baustelle gegenüber des Hauses. Es war jedoch nicht besonders laut. Wir hätten gerne den Kamin benutzt, doch der war während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht einsatzbereit. Die Matratze im zweiten Schlafzimmer könnte zukünftig erneuert werden.
• Piotr (3/5): - UWAGA: Świadome oszustwo i brak prywatności! To nie jest dom na wyłączność! To, co robi właściciel tego obiektu, to zwyczajne oszustwo i celowe wprowadzanie w błąd. Oferta na Booking.com jest kłamliwie opisana jako „Cały obiekt dla Ciebie”, co obiecuje pełną prywatność i dom na wyłączność. W rzeczywistości budynek jest podzielony na trzy oddzielne apartamenty. Właściciel ukrywa ten fakt przed rezerwacją, a szczegółową mapę z podziałem posesji wysyła dopiero tuż przed samym przyjazdem, gdy jest już za późno na zmianę planów. Na dowód przesyłam zdjęcie mapki i wiadomości od właściciela. Efekt? Inni goście chodzą bezpośrednio pod Twoimi oknami salonu oraz sypialni, korzystając z ogrodu oraz jacuzzi, które miało być Twoje. Z salonu roztacza się widok na korytarz sąsiadów (drzwi przeszklone zwykłe domowe – szyba mleczna) – bliskość innych osób i fatalna akustyka całkowicie odbierają poczucie komfortu. Okno sypialni wychodzi wprost na ich balkon. Na tym samym portalu właściciel prowadzi drugą ofertę („Apartamento Vacacional Casa Rural Agua Blanca 2”), w której otwarcie przyznaje, że ogród i tarasy są współdzielone (o czym niestety przeczytałem dopiero robiąc śledztwo po tym niemilym pobycie). Sprzedawanie tego samego miejsca tutaj jako „prywatne” to zwykłe naciąganie. Standard obiektu jest poniżej jakichkolwiek oczekiwań – nie czujesz się tu jak w wynajętym apartamencie, ale jakbyś mieszkał u kogoś obcego w domu i to razem z nim. Brak jakiejkolwiek intymności. Dodatkowe uwagi: Minusy: Dom jest ciemny (wszystkie okna na północ), czuć nieprzyjemne zapachy i jest po prostu brudno. W szafach znajdują się ubrania właściciela (są zamknięte). Jedna sypialnia jest mikroskopijna i mroczna, a łóżka bardzo małe. Plusy: Lokalizacja w mniej turystycznej części wyspy, dość duża powierzchnia domu i duży telewizor w salonie. Podsumowując: Jeśli szukasz prywatności i standardu „cały dom”, omijaj to miejsce z daleka, inaczej zostaniesz oszukany tak jak my.

• Eveline (7/5): - Manches war sehr gut und Anderes weniger gut. Die Lage des großen Schlafzimmers an einer Hauptstraße war ab morgens 6 Uhr sehr laut. Das kleine Schlafzimmer ist sehr eng, das Bett nicht sehr bequem und es hat kaum Tageslicht. Man hört die Nachbarn. Der Fernseher war wegen mangels Batterien nicht funktionstüchtig, da manuell nicht einschaltbar. Ansonsten ist das Haus aber sehr liebevoll ausgestattet und der Vermieter sehr sympathisch.
• Jean-Robert (10/5): Maison et jardin magnifique - Malheureusement, nous avons dû partir dès le lendemain de notre réservation et interrompre nos vacances pour une urgence familiale. Nous avions la partie la plus grande avec le grand salon. L’intérieur est décoré avec goût. L’espace est important. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter du jacuzzi mais il est directement accessible depuis la maison. Il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire à un séjour très confortable. Le petit jardin est vraiment très beau et reposant.

• Miguel Angel (1/5): Partagez votre nuit avec des souris pour 220€ ! - Si vous aimez les souris vous allez adorer votre séjour ! 🐁🐭😱 Nous avons séjourné chez Roman qui fut au début un hôte charmant. Il a accepté que nous soyons 6 (4 adultes, 1 enfant et 1 bébé) pendant le séjour et nous a laissé profiter de son jacuzzi. Cependant, le soir nous avons découverts une souris mangeant notre nourriture dans la cuisine. Román est venu nous apporter instantanément une tapette pour le capturer. Puis, quelques minutes après une deuxième souris a été capturé et au final nous en avons eu 3 sur 2 nuits uniquement avec la fermeture complète des entrées. Nous avons dû jeter nous mêmes les souris. 🤢. Nous avons alors compris que son logement en était infesté quand le lendemain, nous avons effectué le ménage et que des crottes se trouvaient partout et principalement sur la cuisine et dans les coins. Nous avons trouvé cela très malhonnête de la part de l’hôte car nous étions avec un bébé et cela est dangereux en cas de contact avec l’urine ou excrément. Et tout simplement non hygiénique. Nous avons demandé un remboursement à l’hôte qui a bien évidement accepté sous réserve d’un bon commentaire. Ce que nous avons refusé car il hors de question d’induire en erreur d’autres voyageurs. Il a donc refusé de nous rembourser. Voilà comment il tronque ses avis… (voir photo). Nous attendons toujours la preuve de la dératisation qu’il allait soit disant faire ! 😥 Les chambres étaient très humides et de la buée se formait au petit matin. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l’aise dans cette maison et avons été traumatisé jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour, traquant le moindre bruit.
• Miryam (10/5): Maravilloso - La atención de Román, en todo momento se mantenía en comunicación conmigo para asegurarse de que no nos faltaba de nada. La ubicación y que no le faltaba detalle a la casa, en el baño tenía secador y plancha de pelo, a la cocina no le faltaba especias, ni aceite, hay sartenes de todos los tamaños, tostadora, dos tipos de cafetera, etc. Román nos tenía preparada una cesta con fruta variada y un cuenco de cristal con unas rosquillas de bienvenida, en fin…todo en general FANTÁSTICO.

Our daughters particularly loved playing in the garden and looking at the turtles in the small pond. The house is beautifully decorated, helping us feel at home.
