• Anne (1/5): Extremely disappointed by unprofessional behaviour of the host - Nothing Our booking was canceled by the host on the morning of our stay via text message. We were already on our way there. It was a long weekend and everything else was booked out. We then had to stay in a youth hostel in a shared dorm with 4 bunk beds far away from the city centre. The property was already prepaid by us and was past the cancellation allowed from us. We have not yet received our money back or any further communication/ compensation. This is unacceptable from the host. As guest we have to follow cancellation rules and the host should not be allowed to do that without offering alternatives

• Enisa (10/5): Very comfortable and stylish apartment - Everything was as described in the ad. The instructions for keys and parking were great. Near lots of cafes and restaurants. The bed is super comfortable. Highly recommend it.

• Leefamily (9/5): Centrally located oasis in easy walk to all facilities and amenities. - The apartment is located near many great restaurants, cafes, a bottle shop and the Haigh Park markets. Very easy walk to the city center but no need with just about everything you need at your doorstep. Parking instructions were very easy to follow. Huge bonus from us was the filled ice cube trays. The table leg fell off LOL. Nothing major.
