• Victor (9/5): - Amazing location and a lovely apartment featuring a unique front-facing balcony, just one row back from the waterfront. The area is peaceful yet conveniently located, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. The bed is very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. We didn’t use the kitchen during our stay since we were only there for one night. However, if you’re planning a longer stay and prefer to cook your own meals, the kitchen amenities could be improved. They felt somewhat outdated and would benefit from an upgrade. You may also need to purchase some basic items yourself depending on your needs.

• Elena (9/5): - Muy cómodo. Tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Fue un detalle que nos dejaran unas cápsulas de café y agua de cortesía. Todo estuvo bien. El baño un poco pequeño pero suficiente para nosotros.

• Nadine (8/5): Im Januar zu verlassen, sonst wars gut - Die Lage war sehr schön, direkt in 2 Minuten am Strand, Das Apartment war sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Das Auto konnte direkt vor dem Appartment geparkt werden. Im Januar ist der Ort wie ausgestorben, ich bin nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise dort gewesen. Nachts waren Leute auf der Strasse, ich hab mich nicht richtig sicher gefühlt als Alleinreisende Frau. Einmal hat mein Hund laut angeschlagen unmittelbar vor unserer Tür Lärm war und es hörte sich an wie Tritte gegen ein Gitter. Im Sommer ist es wahrscheinlich dort wesentlich angenehmer

• TEMPLIN (9/5): - I'm an American journalist doing a series of articles on cycling in Spain for several magazines, and this was one of my nicer stops. Great for cyclists with the front patio area (also nice to be able to spread out if with larger groups). Pictures in listing are accurate. Everything worked as it should including a smart tv for casting from cell to tv. Washing machine moves around a little when on spin cycle but functional. Bed was comfortable. Full size refrigerator. No last minute surprise charges like being asked to pay for towels or linen (are you kidding me!). Everything clean. Easy to find apartment and get keys I thought I'd poke fun at those that have to nit-pick every blem in a place they stay - expecting a $500 resort hotel room for under $100 - I actually prefer all the amenities in a home like this more so than a fancy 5 star hotel room . The attached pictures show a couple things that had no effect on my enjoying my stay but seem to be the kind of thing that throw some into a bad mood . If minor details like corrosion on a shower handle or a few wall dents bother you I suggest booking an expensive hotel room where you might be able to justify the attitude and expectations. Don't book here then rage on feedback after stay.

• Mette (10/5): - Good communication with the owner, easy to find, clean and well equipped place, parking on the street right in front of the apartment. After driving through France where you have to pay for everything (bedlinen, towels, pets), it's a joy to reach Spain. Always nice and welcoming, free bedlinen, free towels, free pets and even fresh bottles of water for us in the fridge. We felt very welcome in this apartment ❤️

When we arrived in the evening there was no hot water and it was cold in the apartment - although it has boiler and air conditioning, but unfortuantely no one thought of turning them on, thus we had to wait over an hour to warm the water and apartment a bit. The wifi did not work. The double bad was covered with plastic and was too small for two. The apartment had some weird unpleasand smell. It was very loud during the night, as the road passes under bedroom window and the windows don't isolate the noise. The bathroom is tiny and it is quite a challange to wash you face ...

• Bernhard (9/5): Good apartment for a couple with kids or pets. I would recommend it to a friend. - It’s a clean and apartment! There were very noisy people in the street after midnight and they were loud enough to be heard inside the bedroom. (it has nothing to do with the apartment itself)
