• Nerea Arcos Baroja (8/5): - Las instalaciones eran muy nuevas y estaba bien decorado. La habitación da a la calle de fiesta y se hacía difícil dormir, además de hacer mucho calor en esa habitación. Estaba mal aislado y cuando la gente sube por las escaleras se escucha.

• Tania (3/5): Goteras y atención pésima - Está muy bien ubicado y está muy bonito puesto. El viernes al llover comenzamos a tener goteras en el piso, cayendo estas incluso sobre la cuna de un bebé de 3 meses. Avisamos con vídeos y una llamada al equipo y toda su respuesta ha sido un lo siento ya lo vamos a mirar y ni una llamada de vuelta. Hemos tenido que dormir 3 personas en dos camas todo el fin de semana+una cuna en la misma habitación porque en la habitación grande no se podía dormir. Además, por la noche se escucha muchísimo el ruido de la gente de fiesta en la calle

Pas de verres à pied pour le vin (en fait si, 2, une flûte à champagne et une coupe à dessert!). Réglage des velux compliqué, pas de notice.

• Vicente Abraham (10/5): - La ubicación es inmejorable, tienes un parking justo en la puerta y nos costó 20€ al día. Muy céntrico y el apartamento muy moderno y con todo lo necesario. Lo único para el 10/10 sería que hubiera estado bien tener algunas cosas básicas como aceite, cápsulas de café... Esos detalles, por el resto todo bien.
• Narcis (4/5): Ubicacion excelente, descanso imposible - La ubicación y la decoración del piso, moderno y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en família. Las vistas a la Plaza del Castillo excepcionales. El ruido por las noches en la habitación de la parte trasera, que da a una calle estrecha con bares. Imposible dormir hasta las 2-3h de la madrugada, cuando los bares cierran, las ventanas no aislaban nada. Es decepcionante que un piso tan bien ubicado y bonito tenga una insonorización tan lamentable. Hace que la estancia en el piso en general sea mala, ya que no permite descansar como es debido. Cuando viajo me gusta aprovechar el tiempo, levantarme temprano y ir a dormir temprano también, para estar bien para el día siguiente. Este viaje no pudo ser así, ya que el descanso por la noche fue imposible. Una pena.

• Elisa (9/5): - Situato in pieno centro a pamplona , da plaza castillo si diramano tutte le vie del centro storico . l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e doccia spaziosa. si trova al piano ammezzato ed essendo tra i vicoli del centro non e' molto luminoso ma ha due finestre nulla, forse unica pecca non erano presenti le cialde del caffe e le tazze per il caffe americano, ma ci sono un sacco di market a 5min a piedi

• Annett (10/5): - Das Haus liegt inmitten von allem: historische Altstadt, Cafés, Pincho Bars. Wir hatten das Appartement im Erdgeschoß, mit Fenstern zur hinteren Straße. Der Zugang war gut organisiert und die Kommunikation war schnell und sehr freundlich.

Mucho ruido en la habitación, abstenerse personas sensibles. - La ubicación perfecta, el apartamento está bien, la recogida de llaves también fácil y bien informado. -La calefacción no funcionaba, los mandos de las paredes no tenían pilas, tardaron 24 horas en venir a arreglarlo, tras insistir mucho. Luego, no calentaba.. necesitaba horas y no nos informaron de ello, cada vez te atiende una persona diferente en el chat. -Faltaba un tenedor, pagamos para 4 personas pero solo había 3, lo arreglaron a las 24 horas. -La habitación principal es muy muy muy muy ruidosa, los bares están abajo, y no nos informaron, para llevar tapones por ejemplo. -La entrada a las 16:00 y salida 11:00, me parece desproporcionado. -Ni una sola palabra en euskera, es una falta de respeto al idioma local.

• VIRGINIA (6/5): - Apartamento totalmente reformado con muy buenas calidades y buen gusto, en pleno centro histórico de pamplona Al estár en el centro hace muchísimo ruido para dormir, está insonorizado pero dada de cantidad de gente que hay en la calle se oye muchísimo, así que si no tienes problemas para dormir es ideal por lo céntrico y bonito que es. El sofá cama muy mal colchón, tienen cafetera Nespresso y nos dejaron 3 cápsulas de dolce gusto, jaja...te exigen un cheking a las 16 horas, y un check out a las 10:55, es decir pagas una noche y no te dejan ni 24 horas. Vamos un poco abusivo. Por lo demás todo correcto

• Beraza (8/5): Fantastic location right on Plaza Castillo - The location couldn't have been better as it is right on Plaza Castillo in the heart of Casco Antiguo! The bed was really comfortable, which was so nice after a long day out walking and exploring. The kitchen had the basic essentials we needed to make a light breakfast. The only downside was there was no airflow and the unit was stuffy. At night we couldn't open the windows and enjoy the cool night air as the apartment is right on a very fun but noisy street. There is a ventilation system and a thermostat so we were hoping to at least run the unit in fan mode to move the air and cool the room a bit, but we were told the unit didn't have AC / air available. It seems this feature really needs to be turned on for guests, even if they don't allow the AC and just the ventilation. The only other minor thing is that it would be great to have bedside reading lamps. Besides that, we had a great stay!

The location was extremely noisy in the later part of the week and at the weekend. It felt as if we were sleeping above a nightclub. The noise from the hallway came all the way through the apartment. We had 3 or 4 very sleepless nights. The bed was also very firm, clean but firm.
