• Yulien (3/5): Good Location, Not Suitable for Longer Stays - Location and heating We enjoyed the location of the apartment, which was very convenient for exploring Madrid. However, there were a number of issues that impacted our stay. The space itself was much smaller than expected for a two-week stay. Picking up the keys in central Madrid was inconvenient, and having only one key for four adults made coming and going separately difficult. For a longer stay, we expected basic services like regular cleaning, but none was offered. The air conditioning did not work properly, and despite multiple attempts to contact the host and the AI texting system, we never received a solution or follow-up. Several practical details were lacking: there were too few towels for four people, no wifi access in the bedroom, and only three chairs at the kitchen island, which were too tall and uncomfortable for regular use. The living room rug was noticeably dirty. Additionally, we experienced loud banging noises every morning with no explanation. Overall, while the location was excellent, the lack of responsiveness from the host and several basic comfort issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

• ADRIAN (5/5): - Ubicación y comodidad La atención si necesitas alguna cosa, estás vendido. Para que te cojan el teléfono pueden pasar horas o días. Y otra cosa negativa que para recoger las llaves tienes que irte a 30minutos a por ellas. Deberían de plantearse la opción de cajetín o algo más de fácil acceso.
• Tomás (1/5): - Reservei o apartamento às 17 da tarde, estive desde então até às 21 a ligar para a empresa para ir buscar as chaves e ninguém atendeu. Acabei por ter a reserva cancelada e ter de procurar outro sítio para ficar. Empresa nada profissional.

• Bruna (6/5): Limpeza e conforto deixaram muito a desejar - Localização boa, espaços dos quartos e banheiros bons. Lençol estava sujo com cabelos e não foi trocado quando solicitado e banheiro da suíte voltada o cheiro, faltou cobertas também.
