• Luis Angel (10/5): Unas vistas geniales - El apartamento en general y las vistas al mar Poco que decir... la luz de la cocina no me funcionó, tendrán que revisarla... pero como es una cocina abierta al salón no era necesaria y además el apartamento era súper luminoso gracias al enorme ventanal
• Alix (9/5): Nice stay with great view - Flat was lovely, very clean, with everything you need. The salty swimming pool was great and the view was amazing. Many restaurants around and close to the beach. Easy access to the flat with the instructions on whatsapp just before entering the place. The baby cot was a bit more expensive than said on booking. You have to pay a security deposit few days before entering the flat which is not the most convenient.

Right at the beginning, the agency asked us to pay €100 via PayPa - • The apartment is spacious • Plenty of storage space • The layout has potential Unfortunately, none of this can be appreciated due to the number of serious issues during the stay. • Requirement to pay a €100 cash deposit off-platform, otherwise keys would not be handed over (not stated on Booking) • Surroundings do not match the photos – old buildings, squatts • Insufficient supplies for 14 days: 1 roll of toilet paper, a few dishwasher capsules, 1 kitchen towel, no trash bags, 1 towel per person etc. • Check-in issues • Very poor communication from the agency, guests were blamed, ignoring • Drain issues: bad smell, clogged, we had to clean them ourselves - clearly not maintained for a long time • Hot water issues: often not available at all, no compensation provided
• Amit (8/5): Nice apartment. Not far from Santa Cruz - Beautiful panoramic view of sunrise. Very well equipped and maintained. Comfortable to stay with family. Kids room gets very hot. There’s no air conditioning in the apartment. We had to rely on fans to ventilate. And if we leave windows open then noise from passing vehicles is quite disturbing. We didn’t sleep well. The walls are quite thin. We can hear every other neighbor coming and going.

ABZOCKE MÖGLICH!! - Der Ort ist wunderschön, sehr ruhig und das Apartment hat alles und die Lage ist extrem toll, 3min an den Strand, vom Balkon und Fenster sieht und hört man dass Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr Gross und geräumig, das Bett bequem und in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Keine Partys. Einkauf gut möglich, mehrere Supermärkte. Das Personal ist eine Katastrophe. Trotz der tollen Lage und gutem Appartmemt, würde ich jedem davon abraten zu buchen. Wir mussten alles mehrfach nachfragen: Wie kommen wir ins Haus, was ist der Code vom Schlüssel und das wichtigste: wann erhalte ich mein Depot zurück. Mir wurde gesagt nach 5 tagen. Dann am 1.juli als ich am 2.7 aggressive nachfrage wurde das geld am selben Tag!! Ausgewisen und sie lügten dazu noch frecherweise, die schuld liege bei der Bank. Sie reagieren total belanglos und hätte ich nicht mehrmahls nachgefrgt, ich hätte mein Geld nicht zurückbekommen. Als ob Sie es darauf anlegen, dass man es gar nicht erst bemerkt.Man erhält nur Antworten wenn nachgefragt wird und darauf hinweist. Es gibt keinerlei bemühungen vom Vermiter, die infos im voraus zukommen zu lassen oder wie in meinem Fall, mittzuteilen das es schwirigkeiten bei der Rückzahlung gibt. Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig und die Sauberkeit vom Appartment ist grenzwertig. Fensterputzen wäre toll und auch das Bad müsste mal richtig durchgereingt werden. Es hat unsere ganze erholung sehr geschmälert und es ist einfach kein ausgebildetetes Personal, dass sich mit Dienstleistungen auskennt!!
• Antonio (10/5): Super stay at Susurros. - Property was very clean. Had been recently renovated . Excellent shower facilities. Only draw back was the settee was very low style which we struggled to use.
• Maciej (9/5): Stunning modern design in a quiet neighbourhood with hypnotising ocean views - * Spectacular interior design of the apartment + amazing atmospheric lighting system * Spectacular and hypnotizing views over the ocean and beautiful sounds of the waves * If you are going on a holiday and looking for a quiet area with beach walks, this is the area for you * Sometimes smell from the sewage system in the bathroom * A more generous amount of shower gel and shampoo would be good * An additional beach towel or beach mattress per person would be good

• Kirsi (9/5): Stunning location, very nice apartment. - The views are really amazing and the apartment was very comfortable and clean. We liked to location, there are many restaurants close by, it was also nice to be so close to the beach. I would have wished that I would have know earlier that you need to pay the deposit. Also would be good that guest would be informed better when the deposit is returned.

• Matthew (9/5): Great host, lovely location, good food and nice apartment with a wonderful view - The location of the apartment is great, with a fantastic view of the sea. Brilliant for those that like a quieter getaway. There are also plenty of places to eat and shop near the apartment. The apartment itself was very tastefully decorated, will take some inspiration from there for sure! Also the locals are quite friendly and polite. There is no direct bus to the apartment from the Tenerife South airport, however you can get one from Santa Cruz bus station, which has a direct bus from the airport, so it's not too bad. Also be mindful if you struggle with mobility as there are hill everywhere!
• Debra (9/5): Superb - There is a lot to like about this unit! The great location, the fabulous ocean view, the modern furnishings, the sun deck, the salt water swimming pools with lounge chairs, the washing machine, everything clean and nice and new. Only minor complaints about management. The check-in information needed more written details. We could not locate the lockbox to get our key. We had to be helped by people passing by and by the cleaner in order to find it. The photo that was sent did not help us. Also, the beds had no top sheet, only a duvet. It was too hot to use the duvet, yet too cold for nothing to cover up with. We requested a top sheet and it took 3 days and many messages to receive it. The queen bed had no mattress pad, and we were given only 1 roll of toilet paper for a week long stay. Minor things that could be easily fixed.
