Joanne (7/5): Simple hotel, but spectacular view. - The view, the view, the view. If you really want to make the most of the pyramids and get a feeling of ancient Egypt, this part of Giza is the place to stay. Breakfast on the rooftop looking out at the pyramids was probably the highlight of our trip. We arrived late the night before, so to find this view as our first real view of Egypt was wonderful. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The room was clean and comfortable, with a kettle. There are trips on offer, which would be good for anyone wanting to organise a trip. The hotel is 5mins easy walking distance from the Giza ticket office, which gets you into the pyramid plateau near the Sphinx - very convenient. The bathroom was small and the shower didn't work well. But there was hot water. We booked a room with a balcony, which didn't exist. I think they regard the roof terrace as the balcony, so don't expect one in your room.

maria (1/5): SCAMMERS! TIMO! - Scammers!! I got in touch with the owner, ahmed, at 10 am to ask for the location. I arrive there at 13:00 pm, call him three times because it was not clear the location and the taxi driver didnt want to leave me alone. He doesnt pick up the phone. Finally we find a hotel called aida ( there are two, so i end up in the other one, the one in the building of aida perfume) and at 19:00 pm i ask ahmed for wifi and he asks me for pics of my room to tells me i am in the wrong hotel, after not having news from here the whole day and also when i got in touch with the number of aida hotel in booking the number belongs to the other hotel and so that is why i ended up in “ the wrong aida hotel “ . He Never called back. And worst of all, i dont know how but i will get in touch with booking , he managed to put a fake review on my name, so i guess the good rate is because he does it. TOTALLY SCAMMERS! dont go there. It is not my first time in egypt, i know some people in guiza already and when i told them about the incident they explained me they know this guy and that he has one hotel called aida but when it is full he sends you to other places. however, the other aida hotel, the one i finally stayed, it was really clean and really helpfull staff, so my stay was good at the end, thanks god! scammers! I will post pictures of the conversation so you can recognise the number and no more people will be scammed

Nosotros reservamos para un Hotel y fuimos llevaba a otro de pésima ubicación por las mismas directivas del Hotel. nos fuimos solo nosotros varios personas se quejaron de lo mismo. Esperamos que BOOKING nos dé una respuesta en cuanto a esto.

Miguel (5/5): Passable - I would like to exalt the willingness of the hospitality guy, the location and the nearest with the outside and old entrance of the pyramids. The price is good but the room was not sufficiently clean, specially the bathroom. But the most disappointed thing was the service in the restaurant, when we ordered something they did not have it, and how is it possible that a piece of watermelon cost 8€, for sure it is Cairo unfortunately is common this kind of modality, but does not make any sense.

Sara (5/5): Please train the night shift receptionist to be nice with guests - The view and cleanliness The night shift reception man was very tuff and not respectful.he is not helping and very aggressive. Even when we need help he is refusing with no respect manner . I am totally disappointed for his actions and how treat the guests .it was bad experience with him .the others are all good and they are all the time ready for help .
