The owner was really hospitable, always available and ready to help. You feel more than welcomed. The neighborhood is quiet, as is the building. I recommend it 10/10!

• Vladimir (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help and make sure I felt comfortable. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was good — not far from bus stops (10 min walking) and the city center (20-30 min walking). Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nicosia!
• Forbin (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything in the flat, especially the balcony. The host Mr Gregoris was very welcoming and ready to help in case of any issues. I will surely book this flat again when I come to Cyprus. I don't think there was anything I didn't like. Maybe just the shower space was small, but that's because I am a big dude lol.

• Bechem (10/5): Exceptional place and excellent host thanks Mr Gregoris !! - I’m short of words 😊it was worth the money and time ,the apartment was extremely clean ,well equipped with all kitchen utensils,I made my own food in minutes,apartment is situated in a strategic location with all amenities close to it ,big balcony full of fresh air ,no sun shading into the room ,you could sleep till 2pm thinking it was still night ,good place to relax ,no noisy neighbours.If you need somewhere to cool your head in tranquility go here it’s a 10/10 ✨💎

The Wi-Fi is very good, and the television with Netflix, prime video, and YouTube is new and works well. Recommend. We liked everything about the property, and given its size and location it is a good value.

• James (9/5): Superb - This was a great stay - the owner has thought of just about everything, and communicated very well about checking in etc. It's a small but very well-equipped and comfortable apartment in what felt like a pleasant and safe part of town. Value was incredibly good at the time of booking. The location is perfectly fine, but be aware that it's a decent walk (25-30 mins) from the centre, and local public transport is not exactly great. This could be a dealbreaker for some.

Easy designated parking for the rental car underneath the building. About 25 mins walk to the centre so it's quiet at night which is what we wanted. Nothing to mention

Apartment is comfortable, clean, has all facilities, there was even water for ironing :), big balcony, parking space, more towels...etc. The landowner is very kind, very hospitable, responds quickly to messages and is always available, true Greek hospitality ! I will definitely choose this accommodation again and will be happy to recommend it to others. It's a real pleasure to stay in this kind of accommodation. • Tomasz (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very kind and the apartment was great. Have everything you need in place, you can use the kitchen to cook something, washing machine if you need to. Also the TV has access to Netflix and you can manipulate the TV placement easily watching it from living room, bedroom or even the balcony. The city center is a bit far, but if you like walking or you are planning to drive a car it's not a problem at all. -

I could easily live there for a long period of time. There is even a (brand new) laundry machine. The area is quiet and the host was very nice and always available to help!
