• Jennifer (8/5): Perfect place to stay in Sevilla. - The pink apartment is beautiful, as pictured, with a wonderful view. Well-equipped. Very conveniently located to see the sights. New and clean. It is in a very busy location. Sound-proofing is excellent but no match for heavy construction sounds in the early morning (6 am). Apartment is located in building housing Betis soccer club so loud partying and excitement one night. That said, construction across the street seems to be wrapping up and being there during a league championship is rare.

Since we arrived with a baby, the host helped us with parking, which was very nice of him. The apartment was exceptional, cozy, and new. Cleanliness was important to us, and this one was definitely clean, which we found really great. The location is perfect; everything is within walking distance. Although the apartment is located on a busy street, it wasn't loud, and we could sleep well. The owner also gave us many recommendations and was available at all times. -

• Remy (10/5): Perfect. - Everything. Seville is a beautiful city within Andalucia region which is equally beautiful. This immaculate and superb flat is located in the most central and pleasant location of Seville. Walking distance (less than 15 mins) you will find "Las setas", el Corte Ingles, bookstores, supermarkets, rental cars, the river, walking paths, churches, shops, buses (including hop on/off) bars, restaurants, The cathedral, beautiful squares and streets and I can go on and on until tomorrow that it is embarrassing. Just see it by yourself. Our host, Andres is a fantastic person who is representing Andalucia and Seville people very well and as you would expect from this lovely part of Spain : Welcoming/hospitable, warm, kind, available and generous. Ask for tips and you won't be disappointed. Mark my words. Nothing can be disliked in and outside of this renting. Straight simple and truthful based on facts and life experiences.

I was worried since there weren’t many reviews, but it’s just cause the place is brand new, aka super clean and nice. Would highly recommend to any friends headed to Sevilla.
