• Aleksandra (9/5): I highly recommend it. - Apartment is simply perfect for staying a few days in Napoli. Located in the Centro Storico, clean and equiped with everything you need. Great contact with Nicola who was available at any time by WA, nice and helpful. When you need for breakfast not only sweet products you can buy anything you like and use the fridge.
• Robert (8/5): Great location, good host, make sure you got the room you are looking at. - The location is great! Just right outside the historic center about 1 block, same the ZTL starts. Very easy access to all of the places in Naples you’d want to visit. Overall a very clean and well kept place. The host is good and accommodating. This was my first use of booking.com and I did not realize that all the pictures I was seeing was for the “larger” apartment. I made a request and the price came back as increased which I didn’t mind paying, but when I arrived I realized it was for the smaller room which is… just not nearly as nice. I would have chosen different accommodations. But it’s too late the day of arrival. I understand electricity is expensive in Italy but the whole contraption that turns off ALL the power in the unit is very cumbersome. You can’t even take out the trash without having to turn the power off for the whole place. Or have one person go to the store and take a key. Additionally since there is no power and the bathroom in the small unit does not have a window, there is no way to get the wetness out of the room if you shower and leave. The bathroom stinks of mold and it’s seen on the grout work and shower stall, it then takes over the entire living area of the apartment. My sinuses were going crazy the whole stay and had to leave the bedroom windows open. I have been to two other places so far in southern Italy on this trip and this was the only one with this power device or smell of mold, the others just simply make you insert a key to use the AC but not shut off the power to the entire place.

• Wobke (9/5): Uitstekend verblijf in het centrum van Napels - De locatie was uitstekend het appartement ligt in een mooie wijk. De host was zeer behulpzaam en was goed te bereiken. Appartement was schoon. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement. Centraal gelegen 10 minuten wandelen van het centraal station en 20 minuten wandelen naar de ferry's. Iets comfortabeler stoelen in de keuken.

• Anna (10/5): - L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto, comodo, spazioso e molto pulito. La posizione è perfetta, a un minuto da Spaccanapoli e un minuto dalla fermata della metro. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima e super disponibile, sia nel darci informazioni utili sulla città, sia nell’accertarsi che non ci fossero problemi. Tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo!

• Melania (9/5): Consigliato! ☺️ - Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e funzionale! La posizione è ideale, vicina alla fermata metro e in pieno centro storico. L'ambiente si climatizza facilmente ed è silenzioso, nonostante la grande finestra che affaccia sulla strada principale. Bellissimo il soppalco! Nicola è simpatico e alla mano, disponibile per ogni esigenza e per consigli su luoghi da visitare e posti in cui mangiare. Siamo stati bene ☺️ Da aggiungere qualche dotazione per la cucina e migliorabile il servizio di colazione. Con qualche piccola accortezza, sarebbe tutto perfetto!

• Andrzej (10/5): Fifth time in Naples and every time we are positively surprised - We happily started our stay on Valentine's Day and Nicola and Zina Linda welcomed us with a bottle of prosecco. It was great welcome. The pastries offered, as an Italian breakfast tasted delicious every morning. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring the old town and the proximity of the metro and public transport allows you to explore the near and far area. Despite being located in a busy area, the apartment is quiet and cozy. The access system used (as in many places in Italy) with 2 codes, 4 locks and 2 chips and a 10 cent coin ensures full secuirity. Nicoa is responsive and answer immediately to minor requests. Thank you Nicola On humid days, the gravity ventilation may be faulty and you may need to support it by mechanical ventilation in the bathroom.
• Connor (10/5): A highlight of our trip - We had a lovely time in Naples. Linda was kind and helpful during check-in, providing us with great local tips and recommendations, and was always quick to reply to messages. The apartment is very modern and well equipped. Very glad we stayed here.
