- Bjarne (1/5): Värdelöst - Personen som drev boendet svarade inte på förfrågan om när vi kunde anlända. Vi frågade om det gick att komma mellan 17 och 18. Vi körde dit och på plats fanns ingen som tog emot. Det föreföll som att det redan var någon annan som bodde där då vi kunde se tillhörigheter i rummet genom ett fönster. Vi stannade en timme utanför och ringde angivet nummer upprepade tillfällen utan framgång. Bara röstbrevlåda. Det slutade med att vi fick hitta annat boende….
- Stuart (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS !!!! - Nothing The fact it wasn't available, and we only found out when we were sitting outside after a two and half hour drive to get there.
- Wiktoria (1/5): It was a nightmare – the apartment was dirty, unprepared, and completely unfit for use. - We arrived at the property only to find it in a disgusting and unsafe condition. It was clearly not cleaned after the previous guests:
The bedsheets were dirty, with what appeared to be blood stains.
Used towels were thrown around the room, unwashed and crumpled.
Trash and personal belongings of previous guests were left behind.
The toilet was broken, full of urine, and completely unusable.
Even worse – there was no running water, making it impossible to wash, flush, or clean anything.
The apartment was completely uninhabitable, both in terms of hygiene and basic functionality. It posed a serious health and safety risk, and we were genuinely afraid for our well-being staying in such filthy conditions.
Despite contacting Booking.com, we were told to wait up to 4 hours for the host to respond – during which time we had nowhere to go, no alternative solution, and no assistance. No one from the property contacted us, and we were left completely on our own.
We eventually had to book a new place ourselves, losing time, energy, and money – all because this listing did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and safety.
This property should not be available for booking. It’s a disgrace and an awful experience that no one should have to go through. Our stay was a nightmare – the apartment was filthy and unfit for use, and worst of all, we were left completely on our own: no refund, no alternative accommodation, and no real help despite waiting over 6 hours in a foreign country while support agents kept hanging up on us.
- Ieva (4/5): Disappointing - Appartment is big, with 3 bathrooms. Location close to public transport. There was no hot water for both nights we were there. Appartment was not clean, the towels and bed sheets were not changed. We needed to change ourselves, at least clean ones were available.
- Asmelash (10/5): Exceptional - The house was clean and nice. I’m not sure why it’s rated so low for cleanliness on Booking.com. However, there was no hot water for showering, etc. We didn’t contact the owner about it, as a cold shower seemed fine given the warm weather. The owner was so rude that he/she does not respond to text messages. Shame that there was no parking space available.
- Danniel (1/5): Appalling. - Location was good. Turned up at 3 and the apartment had not been cleaned so we could not settle there. We had driven 5 hours and had to go and see wicked in the west end without being showered.
Apartment was cleaned when we got back at 12am.
One of the door jobs on the bedroom fell off and one of the kids was stuck in the room at one point.
There was no hot water in the apartment. I contacted the host but got no reply.
There was bizarre no coking noises coming from the aircon in the middle en suite bathroom.
There was mould all over the tiles in the bathrooms and a wire stick out of one of the walls taped up which looked dangerous.
There was only one bowl and two mugs in the apartment.
There was no ironing bored.
One of the en-suite toilets did not have a seat.
To top it all off I got someone’s toe nail stuck in my foot.

Beds were firm but that is personal preference.

- Melinda (8/5): Very good - Good location. easy access to the Tube, to the store and even a library nearby.
Its complete with dish washer and washing machine is really helpful. And this house should be known as the house wit the most power socket. I kid you not. You need never fear not having a place to plug in your device. The host even provided us with some basic groceries.
We travelled as a whole family and we were so thankful it has 3 bathrooms. which i tink is a rarity.
My daughter lost some gadgets upon us checking out and host was kind enuf to help find it and send back to us. Thank you so much. I think some signage outside and inside would be nice to welcome and ease us to the place and there are some basics that was under supplied.
Some area of the house is poorly lit. i feel they can do better.
1 set back is despite a very equipt kitchen, it does not provide a proper dining table.

Good wifi connection in the apartment. A lot. Firstly, the property manager was not nice. I texted him how to get in the apartment day before our stay, I was ignored. Next day texted via sms, still was ignored. when stepping to the plane I called him - no response. So, I thought I was scammed and started looking for a backup plan to stay, because we were scared to stay in London with a child without a roof over our heads. But manager texted us how to get in few hours before our visit..
Read comments below all the negatives are true! toilets are comedy in this apartment. One fully working, but without light, another working with a light, but without a seat, the third wasn’t working at all.
TV not working, but was not a problem for us, we used youtube on TV.
Not enough towels for all people.
Very dusty, smelly and not clean apartment.
Pillows felt like you’re sleeping on a brick.
It would be great apartment to stay, if it would be kept clean and broken stuff would be fixed and manager of the property would show just a little bit of kindness.

The layout of the apartment was good.
The heating was good. Only one of the three showers was usable. Seat missing from one toilet. Only one cereal bowl. TV and toaster didn't work. Only two bath towels for 3 people.

- Matthew (4/5): Great potential but not well maintained - needs a little more effort. - Apartment was a good size and location relative to shops and local tube station is very good. There were certainly plenty of electrical sockets and towels provided. 3 en suite rooms is true, however, the front double rooms ensuite had a slow draining bath that brought water and a horrible smell into the bathroom as the water drained and had a broken toilet seat (Seat part missing). There was a shower avaialbe in this bathroom but no shower curtain. The single room ensuites toilet did not flush. and the last hope of a toilet in the rear bedroom which worked fine did not have a working light. This made for fun trying to work out which bathroom to use. 1 fully working bathroom would have been better than 3 part working.
The bed in the front bedroom was the hardiest bed I have ever slept on. There was no movement on the matress when sitting or laying down. This was the same for the single bedroom.
A little bit of TLC and this would be an amazing option for people to stay at when visiting London.
I had to also chase for information on route to London to make sure we could access the property. Our checkin was already later than a normal check in but had to message for how to access.

The place didn’t look at all like the photos that were advertised. In a word it was dismal, dank, filthy and disgusting. I left immediately and had to stay in a nearby Travelodge. I think I should get a full refund.
