O quarto que fiquei, o pior que já fui em Aparecida, muito mofo, sem ventilação natural e luz natural, muito sujo, não fazem a limpeza do quarto, e eu fiquei duas noites, não tem roupa de cama suficiente e nem tinha toalha de banho disponível, não solicitei à parte. Muitos funcionários bons e outros um pouco antipáticos. Quarto pequeno, mas o problema era a sujeira, o mofo, a falta de ventilação e luz natural. E também não tem uma recepção agradável para sentar, tomar um café e etc.

- Cristiane Aparecida (9/5): - Atendimento ótimo ,otimo atendimento funcionários . So que nao ficamos no monte belos. Nos enviaram no mae ternura . Da cama ruim, banheiro também ruim.
- Diácono André (1/5): Realmente não gostei sem sintonia com site e não reservaram quarto - Café da manhã é bom.Não e luxuoso mas serve bem. Ao chegar não tinham feito a reserva conforme site após dizer e provar que deram um quarto mais não um quarto triplo conforme reservado tinha uma unica cama. Após mais uma vez falar sobre isso oferecerão um quarto para cada porém o que eu fiquei não condizia com o que eu reservei para ficar.
- FABIANA (6/5): - Localização privilegiada com fácil acesso tanto à basílica antiga quanto ao santuário. Para um dia de estadia foi tranquilo e favorável. É mesmo para passar a noite. Não tem área de recepção como outros hotéis da cidade. Café da manhã não é no próprio hotel mas em outro hotel da rede. E tivemos um problema de não conseguir estacionamento do hotel, por chegarmos à noite, que é em outro local e por isso não podia mais ser levado.
