Pas de rideaux occultants dans le salon. Canapé lit horrible pour le dos, heureusement que j'avais pris mon matelas pneumatique

• Menekse (7/5): - Die Lage war unbeschreiblich schön Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermittler war bei Hilfeanforderung unhöflich. Anweisungen wurden unklar oder gar nicht gemacht. Kaffeemaschine funktioniert nicht, wurde darauf nicht eingegangen. Antwort war "stecken sie es ein und dann funktioniert es". Letzte Nacht gab es einen Sicherungskurzschluss in der Küche, wei Herde zusammen waren Überbelastung. Konnte ich bei der Sicherung selber wieder einschalten, danach funktioniert Kühlschrank und Internet nicht, traute mich dann gar nicht mehr zu fragen😄

• Valbone (6/5): - Die Lage und die Wohnung ist sehr gross! Das Badezimner ist auch gut eingerichtet! Es hat viel Staub, Kaffemaschine hat nicht funktioniert und in den Schlaffzimner hat keine Türen!

As 9h20 do dia da reserva e me comunicado um estranho problema com q canalização e que o apartamento não me podia será entregue! Depois de 400 kilometros e 5h de estrada com o meu filho. A chegar a estadia vejo a mensagem estávamos naquele momento sem estadia para dormir e passar as nossas tão programadas férias da Páscoa ! Cancelem a conta desta pessoa para que mais ninguém passe o que nós passamos. Após isso disse-nos para encontrar outra solução com o ebookin paguei 350 francos e a última da hora não encontrava nada abaixo dos 800/1000 francos o ebooking só me dava supostamente 160 francos retornamos a casa no mesmo dia exaustos e até hoje o reembolso dos 160 francos não foram dados. Nunca mais mantenham se longe deste alojamento ! A única pessoa simpática era o hauwart senhor Leonardo, encanto de pessoa disse-nos que não estava informado de nenhum problema de canalização perguntou me qual era o número do quarto pq aquilo era um hotel antigo e que tinha sido vendido a várias pessoas que depois alugavam. Foi aí que me apercebi nem número de quarto eu recebi não me foi dada a oportunidade de ver sequer o apartamento para mim isto é uma burla autêntica!
• Valentyna (1/5): No staff, poor conditions, not recommended - The surrounding nature is beautiful and the location is quite nice. However, public transport is very limited — buses run only once per hour, so getting to the nearest shop or anywhere else without a car can be inconvenient. Overall, apart from the scenery, there were no real positives about the stay. Very disappointing experience. No staff on-site at all — no reception, no assistance. It took us about 30 minutes to find and access the room, which was very stressful, especially with four children. The apartment was dirty (hair, dust, leftover items), the oven was unusable, and there was no hot water. We received only 3 blankets and 1 set of bed linen for 6 people. The blankets were dirty with hair, some were torn, and there were no proper bed sheets on the mattresses. We also couldn’t have coffee in the morning, as the coffee machine was broken — so don’t expect coffee or any service, as there is no staff available. The host ignored messages or responded dismissively and did not resolve any issues. Would not recommend.

• Solfanelli (6/5): Struttura ok, mancavano posate e lavastoviglie insufficiente, riscaldamento da rivedere e anche la pulizia, se ci sono s - Molto spaziosa La Lavastoviglie non puliva bene i piatti, al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessun tipo di posata per mangiare/cucinare, coperte insufficienti Riscaldamento funzionante solo in bagno durante la notte, nelle camere faceva più freddo, puzza di fumo fortissima nel corridoio prima di entrare nella casa

• Laura (8/5): Alles in allem ein schöner, kurzweiliger Aufenthalt. - Geräumige, saubere Wohnung. Grosser Fernseher und bequemes Bett. Schöne Lage, direkt am See. Die Wohnung ist dunkel ohne dass, das Licht eingeschaltet ist. Die Glas-Schiebe-Türe fürs WC ermöglicht wenig Privatsphäre, man kann hindurchsehen und die Schiebetüre geht nicht richtig zu. Das Gebäude macht den Anschein als ob die Zeit in den 70er-Jahren stehen geblieben ist.

• Mistak (6/5): - Bissone.bad Review: The apartment looked like in the pictures, but it’s a pity there was no lake view and no balcony. The absence of a TV was also disappointing, and the internet stopped working almost immediately. There was a “spa” sign on the door, which caused other guests to mistakenly disturb our peace and quiet. The kitchen had no cutlery or basic utensils at all. Overall, the place was quite dusty, and the air conditioning worked very poorly for a space of that size. Definitely a “no” from us!
• Mihai (8/5): Clean and great location - The location is amazing, direct access to the pool and the lake. Private and secure parking. The sofa was not confortable. We are two adults and two kids and tge apartment is maximum for two adults.

• Behr (5/5): - Die lage war gut direkt am see. Die Wohnung hatte keine Türen an den Zimmer, eine schlechte Küchen Ausstattung, KeinFernseher, Keine Spiele. Der Wasserkocher war innen Schwarz der Backofen Dreckig sowie die Küche selber auch.

• Bart (9/5): Perfect loft on a beautiful location for families! - Beautiful location, private pool, beautiful lake where you can swim, 1 hour drive to Milan, quiet place, large and clean loft with everything you need!! ❤️
• J (5/5): After the huge shock of arrival and confusion, it was fine in the end. I would suggest you inform - There was no breakfast to like ... When we finally got settled after a couple of hours, we liked the view and a refreshing walk for dinner. The second day we used the pool in the evening. Ultimately, we came to apreciate the space but not the lack of privacy between sleeping and living areas. The check-in experience was frustrating, as directions were unclear, the keys were hard to find and NOONE was available to help. The telephone contact number did not work properly, and nobody in the building seemed to know anything. The flat was very hot and stuffy when we finally got there, and ventilation was diffficult. Hence, sleeping was a challenge. The bedding had been well-hidden in cupboards ... lol. It would help if the kitchen had a bottle opener and a corkscrew, as well as more silverware. Finally, parking was difficult, and the automatic gate scratched my van when it started closing as I was exiting the property.
• Anne (8/5): Good apartment at Lago Lugano - with access to pool and lake. - The pool and access to the lake were super cool. We travelled by public transport, so were happy to take the bus just in front of the apartment block. It was helpful that one gets coffee pads & tea bags as well as a small cleaning package at arrival. The cleanliness at the balcony was ok (and some of the cups / plates were also not super clean). The communication before accessing the apartment could be improved - I did not know how to access the apartment until short before the arrival.
• Julian (6/5): Good location but mediocre apartment. - Good location near the lake. Apartment looks very nice. Fast replys from host. Apartment would need a bit of an uptake. Stove is new and works (induction), but there is just a normal frying pan that does not work on the induction stove. Had to use cooking pans for frying burgers. Sauna in the apartment does not work either. And very sad with the view towards the lake that it is bloked. Sleeping sofa has a pretty thin mattress on it and sofa bed is very loud when you move a bit. Apartment complex is pretty noisy / not well isolated. We had a family next door with kids and they were crying the whole time. I guess we were just very unlucky there and the host cannot change that but the rest would be great to change.
• Sj (6/5): Clean, but lack of many things make it uncomfortable - - Very Clean - Spacious area - Have 1 Bathroom + one extra toilet - good location - bedrooms do not have doors, just open space connected to living room - Lack of many important items and it make kitchen almost does not work as well as make the stay uncomfortable from lacking impprtant stuffs - Only provide 2 normal towels + 2 small towels - No utensils (no spoon,fork, spetula, etc), only have cups, plates, pans, pots. - No micriwave, cutting board, knife, etc - No garbage bin and no garbage bag. Also ask us to bring garbage out without instruction on where to throw away garbage. We look around and really cannot find. - No towel on bathroom floor. Very slipery after shower.

• Ingmar (9/5): Great loft, great location, good beds - Fantastic, huge loft. Pool is very nice, as is the lake access. Beds are good, kitchen modern and well stocked. Plenty of towels. A lot bigger than in the pictures actually! Entering the parking and building is a bit confusing. The owner of the loft had sent me a message the same day in the end of the afternoon with instructions. But because of crossing borders and driving a lot I only checked my email after arriving. It used to be a hotel but now it all is privately owned so very specific instructions needed.
• Rozalia (9/5): We will definitley come back. The kids enjoyed it a lot too. - Super that it has a private pool and excess to the lake. Very comfortable sofa and bed , nice room. Although we did not meet the host, she was always helpful. More sack provided for the waste.

• Alcatr26 (9/5): Superb - The location is great, the view from the garden and the swimming pool is amazing! The apartment is very well equipped, big, comfortable and beautiful. The 2 bedrooms are not very private, they don't have a wall and door to separate them completely. Just a wall between them. But the beds are very comfortable, and the bedrooms are big.

• Olesya (7/5): Good - Nice spacious apartment, everything that you need is there (we just missed scissors, haha). Good blackout options for windows. To check in, I had to call the property and go the extra mile. There is something above the door that makes constant noise. The orange sofa bed was not really comfortable to sleep in.
• Brenda (8/5): Stunning lakeside location for a sunny and convenient family stay - The location at the lakeside was amazing. The apartment itself doesn't have much of a view though as located on the side of the building, but the upside was that the balcony was largely in the shade. The apartment was comfortable and decorated nicely. The pool was good for a family, and certainly not too busy, and had enough space, sun beds, and umbrellas for everyone. Easy access to the lake for swimming as well, which was fantastic. The responsiveness of the host for any issue was truly impressive. The kitchenette was small and using more than one burner plate (there were two) caused the fuse to blow all the time, which meant cooking could only be done on one burner plate which was very challenging. The apartment had an air conditioning device, but the outlet had to be placed in the balcony door opening to vent, which was less efficient and meant we let mosquitos in. Regarding the latter: we really think this apartment would benefit from a flyscreen door. Beware of many mosquitos at the pool side too, so be prepared with deterrents. The apartment building is slightly outdated.
