- Christopher (4/5): - The key is a ten minute walk from the property. We assumed it would be next door. Our Uber dropped us to the door from the airport with two suitcases and a laptop. It was cold and raining. I then had to walk with my luggage, as there is nowhere to leave it, ten minutes down the road, collect the key and walk another ten minutes back. There needs to be a way a customer can enter a code to get into the lobby, and then collect the key from inside the building. Alternatively, it needs to be within a few minutes of the accommodation.
The fob key then didn't work, so we were locked out of the building with our Uber Eats meal going cold. We got a neighbor to let us in after 30 mins. The host did send someone to change the Fob within the hour.
At the end of the stay, you again have to walk 10 - 15 minutes down St Kilda Road to return the key to a 7 Eleven.

- Trevor (7/5): Nice - but didn't live up to my expectations. - Great location for a visit to Melbourne. Nothing particularly lavish about this little two bedder.
Could do with some TLC and a deep clean.
