Ubicación muy buena cerca de Marbella, la comunicación con el personal, muy atentos , el check in nos lo facilitaron muchísimo. Volvería sin lugar a dudas Ponen poco gel y shampoo

- Jan (10/5): - We had fantastic stay! There is no problem to park a car inside the private garage, place is very clear and there is everything you need to spend great holidays.
- Roisin (6/5): A functional apartment with some handy features like secure parking, shutters, and great check-in instructions, but let - Dedicated underground parking space with elevator access directly to the apartment door – felt safe and very convenient.
Clear self check-in and check-out process with excellent instructions and videos provided via WhatsApp.
Shutters on all windows – perfect for keeping the sun out in the morning.
Pool area was quiet, clean, and surrounded by grass with umbrellas.
Kitchen was a good size for simple meals and breakfasts.
Beach within a short 4-minute walk, with good sunbed rentals at Chiringuito Triana Marbella (€8.50 per bed per day).
A few nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. Parking space itself was very tight, and street parking, while free, could get busy.
Only one shower towel and one hand towel provided per person – no beach or pool towels.
No sun loungers at the pool, which made it hard to relax there for long periods.
Air conditioning was temperamental and stopped working mid-stay, with no fix before departure.
Oven didn’t work and some kitchen pans were poor quality.
The area is very residential – no nearby shops or cafés for a morning coffee, and supermarket is about a 20-minute walk (a car is almost essential).

- Anna (8/5): Nice neighborhood! - The owner is doing great job, providing all required information about the flat and the neighborhood in an organized manner and being available for all requests and questions. Check-in and check-out process was really smooth.
The flat was very clean and looked exactly like in the pictures.
It takes about 8 minutes of walk to get to the beach and the dunes, which are nice and relaxing area.
We couldn't use the pool as it was closed off season so I can't comment on that part. Equipment provided in the flat was very basic, it would increase the comfort of guests greatly if some more investment is made in the future (better quality of kitchen equipment, extension cord/more sockets, big cups and glasses, a "starter pack" like a bottle of drinking water, a bit of coffee and tea, some basic spices - there is no shop around so literally the first thing you need to do is to drive to shop to get everything you need).
It's a great benefit that the flat comes with the dedicated parking spot in the underground garage but please mind that using it can be challenging for an inexperienced driver - the access is very narrow and requires multiple turns so the whole parking process may be annoying in case you want to use your car a lot during the day.
