• Giorgoskapa (9/5): Όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα - Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο ,ευρύχωρο και όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή γιατί είχε κοντά το τραμ και μπορούσες να μετακινηθεις προς το κέντρο της πόλης και επίσης είχε κάποια εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ ευγενικοί και απαντούσαν άμεσα. Η απόσταση από το κέντρο δεν ήταν τόσο κοντά με τα πόδια . Κάναμε περίπου μισή ώρα περπάτημα. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε ευελιξία στο να κάνουμε νωρίτερα check in ή στο check out και να αφήσουμε κάπου τις αποσκευές μας πριν το check in και μετά το check out.

• alimucaj (10/5): Excellent Apartment Near Everything You Need - The apartment is very functional, the bed is comfortable, and the TV is adjustable. In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need. The only things I would suggest adding are disposable slippers and a cloth for cleaning the floor. Everything else is perfect. The location is excellent just a 1-minute walk from Rennweg station. There are also two great supermarkets nearby, Lidl and Billa. The staff is very communicative, and you really feel at home. I highly recommend it.
• Vladislav (10/5): Шикарные апартаменты для короткого и длительного проживания. - Очень хорошее расположение: 15 минут пешком от центрального вокзала. Апартаменты находятся в хорошем доме, которые выполнен в австрийском стиле. Квартира большая, просторная. Есть всё необходимое, в том числе средства гигиены и даже капсулы для стирки. Вся техника рабочая о очень качественная. Очень удобные кровати. Есть красивая и комфортная терраса с пепельницей. До центра Вены идти 10-15 минут пешком. Рядом с квартирой есть много магазинов и ресторанов, которые работают допоздна. Всё понравилось

• Krista (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean, equipped with modern kitchen and bathroom, and blackout curtains. I also liked that generally all the equipment was good and not crappy, such as proper hair dryer, washing machine and a heater for drying towels. Check-in and check-out was easy, fast responses and clear instructions. Location wise perfect because you get there directly by train from the airport and you could also walk until the city center or take one tram. Close by are all the shops you need but a bit further away is also a bigger shopping center Wien Mitte. I would go there again! :) The balcony was a nice addition and I love how it was so green and you could hear birds chirping in the morning but we ended up not using it so much as it was very close to the other balconies. Would’ve loved to have some bigger plant etc. to not feel so close to the neighboring balconies.

• Amy (9/5): Everything you want and need - The house had everything you would need for long or short stay. The location was great just a few stops away from centre and really spacious and airy with all the facilities you would need. Checkin was so easy. Great stay all round! Nothing!

I highly appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped (sometimes you get in apartments one pan and one plate with no chance of preparing anything). good location close to public transport. Unusual check-in/out times: 15:00/10:00 which is quite late and early
• Doneva (1/5): Bad experience - Great location, great apparent. We had a very interesting situation and the staff just didn’t handle it at all. Going back to the apartment one of the days the front door of the building was broken and we couldn’t get in from the outside. We called the property number to ask for help and they said there is nothing they can do, they will send someone the next day. This was just ridiculous! Basically they left us on the street. The next day I massaged the property in booking and they were like we didn’t know about this sorry……

• Vladislav (10/5): The stay was great! I recommend it! - Everything was great. The property was clean and comfortable looks like in the photos. It’s very close to the Vienna main station and 2 min to the Rennweg station where you have access to a lot of public transports that allows you to get to all main destinations and also to the airport. It’s a good choice for a couple.Also across the accommodation is a restaurant with the best pizza I ever tried Pizzeria Puzzuoli. Check in is at 15:00 and the check out at 10:00 If you want to do the check in 2h earlier you have to to pay 30 EUR

• Danbi (10/5): Great location and friendly staff, easy to check in. Highly recommended! - Very clean, quick communication, almost all utensils equipped. Quiet neighborhood, great location next to Belvedere palace and Vienna central T. Didn’t have laundry detergent but wasn’t critical. Shampoo and body cleanser are there but for female guests might have to prepare extra amenities (ie. Facial cleansers, hair treatments)

• Pavla (9/5): Spacious, clean, and accessible apartment - Spacious and nice place, well equipped kitchen (utensils and basics like salt, oil, coffee, tea) and bathroom, all working well, almost spotless and well prepared apartment, good communication. Rennweg station with trains to the airport around 5 minutes slow walk with huge luggage and trams to reach anywhere in the city even closer. The area felt safe. I can imagine a longer stay at this lovely place. Thank you. I would appreciate an additional blanket for winter nights (but you can regulate the thermostat yourself, so I admit we could have felt warmer if we did not have our inner ecological restraints). I would have evaluated the tidiness with the highest mark, if previous guests did not leave some hair in the bathroom shelf and some stains on two three pieces of dishes, which I had to rewash. But no serious issues for a person with rather high standards. Beside these, it was perfectly clean and comfortable in all aspects.
• Katie (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great. We had asked if it was possible to check in early they informed us they could not promise anything but they would let us know. They sent us a link to a website where we could find storage to leave our bags we used this but the storage place was closed and I ended up getting charged €30. We contacted them again and asked if the room was ready yet, we waited in a cafe across the road for 2 hours before messaging again when they informed us the room was not ready yet but we could leave our bags in the apartment, which they had said previously we could not do. When we got there to leave the bags the apartment was ready, so we had wasted all this time waiting for nothing. The shower also takes 20 minutes for the water to heat up to a mildly warm level.

• Romas (4/5): Disappointment, spoiled the last evening in Vienna - Moderate minimalist interior, good location - near the belvedere and the train station, which is convenient early in the morning to reach the airport Inattentive attitude towards the customer We booked an apartment for one night. It was announced that you can arrive from 15:00. There is no reception here. Arriving at 3:15 p.m. we found untidy apartments. Well, everything happens, maybe something didn't work - we informed about the situation in several e-mails directly to the agency's customer department (from where we got the instructions on how to get to the rooms) and asked when to expect the rooms to be ready. No reaction. All that was left was to walk around with the things, turning the wheels. We returned more than an hour later to find the same sight. Just by chance, after knocking on some door, we talked to a woman who turned out to be a cleaner, and we received a promise that our rooms would be ready in a good half hour, and her management would inform us about it. They didn't inform us, but after a while we found a ready room. So, walking near the hotel with things on our shoulders, we lost two hours, during which time it got dark, it started to rain and our program in this part of Vienna failed. We have received no explanation from agency DWELL BELL for such negligence, no apology.
