• Rebecca (1/5): Not great - Could hear all the traffic from our side door and window were definitely not up to code was not on the tracks cockroaches on the balcony I have photo evidence you couldn’t shut the second bedroom door because the best was to big no ventilation in the bathroom no plug for sink in laundry was NOT kid friendly couldn’t get the wifi to work had to use hot spot Location was okay

• Zorica (5/5): Location was the highlight of the apartment - Location was fantastic No AC in living area made it too hot to even sit in it, found myself in bedroom as AC was good in there. Had to pay for second towel for a 7 day stay only 1 towel pp, one hand towel for the 7 days and bathmat when I asked for more they had none. Found dirty towels of previous person in washing machine had to was them so I found there missing towels!! The table on the balcony was rusty and not difficult to buy a new one from K mart!! No fans in bathroom it was terrible with all the steam impossible to dry off even with window open it did nothing. I would not stay there again don’t believe the money we paid for 7 nights came close to being acceptable for the apartment. It needs a revamp and better pillows and bedding. The first bedroom door can’t close as the beds in the way!! You have to move the bed to close the door!! I will say the staff were very friendly and did answer all emails/ messages and when I called very pleasant over the phone, so not fault to them!!

• GROGAN (7/5): - No breakfast included. Amazing position, ocean views, short walk to cafe's and restaurants. Short walk to activities. Excellent! No elevator for upper level making it unsuitable for physically challenged. Very narrow external stairs.

L’hébergement est bien aménagé avec une belle salle de bain, une cuisine bien équipée et la literie est confortable

• Jenny (6/5): Great location but bring your ear plugs for the traffic - The location was great. The kitchen had been updated. There was a garage allocated to the unit. The balcony was great with a lovely view. It was a contactless check in and questions via email were swiftly responded to in business hours.It was a short walk to the esplanade with plenty of cafés. Highly recommend the coffee at Melody's. The traffic noise was terrible as the unit fronted onto a road near a significant turn off. Not the fault of the property but hoons kept blatting their suped up cars and motorbikes up the hill outside. We were in unit 13. The windows didn't open and had some type of perspex clipped onto them (maybe to try to block out the noise?) The floors of the bedroom, bathroom and toilet had not been cleaned. I would suggest finding a different cleaner and properly double glazing the windows.
• Clayton (1/5): Bad - Close to restaurants, a bit of a walk to a beach you can swim at or parks for kids No spa, no lifts, no working air con, the noise from the traffic is horrendous, the street lights light up the whole apartment.
• Julianna (5/5): Pleasant apartment with ocean views in a good location - Great location, ocean views, nice modern apartment Air conditioning did not work at all and was not able to be fixed during our stay. TV in lounge room initially worked then stopped working and could not be fixed during our stay. Quite loud traffic noise.
• Susan (9/5): Accomodation was calm in decor, great view, close to facilities and restaurants. Loved the position - Awesome location, walked 7mins to Coles was close to eateries. It rained the whole week, still very enjoyable with an awesome view.

• Kruysmulder (7/5): Nice time away with my partner. - Nicely refurbished, good appliances and self contained. Loved the coffee machine! Noisy as a consequence of lower quality glazing, sliding door in lounge doesn’t seal (door and frame aren’t square), a LOT of traffic noise on Friday & Saturday nights. Aircon in the master would be great. Hard to get cool air to flow through without running aircon in lounge 24/7. Facilities maintenance happening early on our last morning - hammering, grinding etc.

As per other reviews, the bedrooms do get quite warm because the aircon unit is down the other end of the property. It never bothered us that much however.
• Laura (9/5): We will be back if ever in Mooloolaba again we loved it! - Gorgeous views of the ocean and only a very short walk across the road to the beach, location was amazing one block away from the main esplanade so lots to do and very easy to do it. Clean and modern apartment with a lovely pool A little annoying having to get the pram/belongings up the stairs as there is no lift however wasn’t a huge dealbreaker but might have been handy to know prior to booking and the bedrooms got quiet warm as the only aircon is in the living area

• Samantha (8/5): Loved it - excellent location - great facilities a shame the weather wasnt as good as I had hoped :) - The accommodation was awesome, the instructions were excellent, the apartment was clean and well presented. It would have been great to have a little table inside the lounge, I know not much space but somewhere to eat if you cant eat outside.
• Catherine (6/5): Pleasant - It was a nice apartment overall, good amenities and access to the beach. Close to the esplanade so in walking distance of many cafes/restraunts/shops. Accessing the hotel was easy and parking was fine. The room is a little hard to find at first The pillows were quite uncomfortable, and the hand soap in the bathroom sink had already been used which I found a little gross. There is a LOT of road noise, especially at night time as people seem to love revving their engines along the road outside the bedroom windows.
• Heather (9/5): Excellent accomodation - The accomodation is clean. There are kitchen essential that were really convenient and helpful for our stay. The location is great being beachfront.
• Kristie (6/5): Beautiful beach vibes - The location is brilliant, we outlooked the ocean from our apartment and the shops and restaurants are a super close wee walk down the street. The kitchen and living area is modernized and are light, bright and beautifully sunny. Beds are soft and comfortable. The road noise is terrible, there is no double glazing and so the traffic noise is through the roof. I am a light sleeper so this wasn't ideal for me at all, however it didn't worry the kids or my husband as much. Bathroom could do with a refresh. Car parking is very tight for mid size / larger cars.

• Peter (5/5): Not what we were expecting - Located close to restaurants in Mooloolaba Property wasn't the one I thought I had booked. I booked Beachside Views but ended up in Beachside Views 2 ( I still haven't worked out how this happened) Check in with security questions is a hassle especially as we use Booking.Com regularly so shouldn't be necessary. Complex looks very tired from outside but at least our apartment (no. 13) has recently had a repaint so was reasonable inside although small. It also had a small sheltered balcony with an ocean view. Apartment was on very busy street favored by local hoons for speeding so very noisy. Good news for us was that we met other guests who were a lot less happy with their room !!!!!
• Alison (4/5): Uncomfortable & traumatic - Nicely furnished. Clean. Comfortable beds. Nice view. No disability parking. Garage parking was impossible to use for a normal size car. Had to use street parking & push a wheel chair, which was too wide for the path access so had to leave it in the car. No lift or mention in the promo that there wasn’t one.

• Catriona (7/5): Modern and comfortable. - Modern inside and quite well set up. Nice pool area. Beds were very comfortable. We needed more than one knife for cutting/food prep. Indoor chairs so we could sit around a table are needed. Your couch won't look that clean for long. The noise was an issue but after 7 days we did get used to + it was Aussies so loads of people about.

We were within walking distance of the beach, esplanade, cafes and a supermarket. It faced a busy main road but traffic was quieter of a night. We were able to make use of the air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay.

More than happy thanks. - Great location with fantastic views of the ocean and passing cruise liners. & freighters. Short walking distance to beaches and parklands with barbeques. Dozens of restaurants, bars and shops only a few minutes' walk from comfortable unit. Traffic noise at front of units was high.

All the basics you needed were provided which was really helpful and there was a lovely balcony that we sat out on everyday.
