• Ian (7/5): Beautiful apartment but noisy - The flat is very well designed and v clean . Beds v comfortable and owner very responsive - we had a problem with the hob and a solution was offered quickly . Great shower Whilst the windows are double glazed we still experienced a lot of noise in the front 2 bedrooms which over look a main street . Church bells rung on the hour and there was a lot of noise from people out until late . It was a festival so maybe it would be quieter at other times although there are a lot of festivals in Seville !! Depends how sensitive you are to noise . Roller blinds did not cut out the light from the street lights outside .

Las camas, las toallas y todo en general resultó muy cómodo. Llevo un mes viajando por Europa y, sinceramente, este ha sido de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado. El servicio fue de primera y me sentí realmente a gusto. Totalmente recomendado. La hora de salida pero nos dieron facilidades para guardar el equipaje!! Entonces lo resolvieron Gracias
• Tarina (9/5): Modern apartment, perfect location - The location was perfect, very close to the Cathedral and within walking distance of all we had planned to see. We had very hot weather and the air-conditioning worked well. The apartment was quiet at night with a large TV and comfortable lounge. The beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were small double beds.

Jose Maria was an excellent host, providing lots of useful information prior to our stay about the local area, restaurants etc. Great communication & very helpful with all requests. The apartment is really nicely done, very comfortable & clean, bright with lots of space.

There are tons of restaurants and cafes around the area. The apartment is very modern, specious and comfortable. The host was super nice. He was very responsive to our needs and was very helpful. This is definitely the place to stay in Seville
