• Ingrid (5/5): Sub par for the price. - Good location on the esplanade but that’s about it. It’s uncomfortably small, can’t fit 2 people on the couch or walk past each other without brushing shoulders. The terrace area was dirty and uncleaned. There was no mention that the whole building is covered in exterior scaffold due to major building rectification works, my 6 foot partner had to bend to walk up the entry and into the foyer. The scaffold has been strapped with pool noodles. The staff at belle property had no idea about the property name and then after a while directed me to their outside letterbox to find my own key even though their office was manned.. See above.
• Nathan (2/5): Very poor - Close to the beach Very disappointed with this location and the lack of advice from real estate agent that the unit was under major renovations with scaffolding around the entire complex along with curtains not fitting the entire windows and door facing the sun. We received advice 1 hour before check in when given check in details, nothing when we booked or even advised on the booking site. Very poor and wouldn’t recommend this company.

• Robyn (8/5): Nice little apartment - pity about the complicated bookin procedure with property company - Very small but comfortable fairly new apartment - very well equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. Close to beach, cafes and shops. Property managed by real estate company who tried to impose booking conditions in addition to and not listed in Booking.com website. This made checkin procedure ridiculously complicated - ie requested ID photo and “security deposit” two weeks prior to arrival, had to pick up key at different location in locked box, not given code for key box until well after arrival time, text explaining how to access apartment and parking was not sent to me until,3 hrs after checkin.
• Carol (8/5): Very comfortable with a magnificent view over the town and harbour. - The keys were not near the property and the lock box was very low down with a tiny combination, hard to see The parking was a level below the lift so carrying stuff up and down was a bit difficult The microwave was under bench and the half dishwasher was floor level. I had a bad back at the time so all these things were a bit of a problem.

Room was very small but comfortable. communication with hosts is a - The location is great, very close to the beach, easy to walk to local cafes and restaurants. It was a bit annoying to get to the parking spot, it is in an apartment so it’s understandable. We had to go gown quite a few times to get to our spot and it’s also a tight squeeze for a large SUV.
• Ann-maree (7/5): Good - Location was great Keys were some distance from the property and had to be returned by 10 which was effectively a 9.30. Parking ambiguous, but ok
• Naomi (8/5): Pleasant but would be extremely better if the lock box for the apartment was at the apartment! - Location, location, location! Towels were poor quality and need to be updated. The key is held a long distance from the location which makes access challenging for travellers on foot.

This was a lov - everything was new, very comfortable and functional the instruction for entry were not clear enough. there are two entrances and two banks of lifts. The door buzzer only works in building a. This was not made clear making entry frustrating.
