• Jakub (8/5): - Kontakt bezproblemowy. Klucze odebrane ze skrytki. Na miejscu blisko autobusu, sklepy blisko, obiekty sportowe blisko, 10-12 minut spacerem na plażę. Apartament przestronny. Posiada też pralkę, więc spokojnie można brać mało rzeczy na wyjazd. Basen osiedlowy na miejscu. Czasem słychać sąsiadów za ścianą, ale generalnie cichy blok bez większych hałasów. Dziwny system zarządzania energią w apartamencie przez co nie zawsze kontakty działały. Trzeba było poklikać różne kombinacje, by działały gniazdka, ale to niewielki problem.

• Nadezda (3/5): Gestresst ,nicht ausgeschlafen und unzufrieden. - Guten Tag Damen und Herren , wir vollen uns auf diesen Weg beschweren. Bei unsere Aufenthalt in der Energia de Teneriffa Sur: Jeden morgen hat von Nachbarschaften Wohnung Stunden lang einen Wecker geklingelt. Wir haben uns aufmerksam die Besitzerin gemacht ,uns würde zu gesagt das Problem klären aber der Wecker hat weiter geklingelt,das hat sehr massiv gestört, wir waren uns nur beschäftigt klinget morgen oder können wir uns in Ruhe ausschlafen,bei zweite Nachrichten an der Vermittlerin haben kein Antwort bekommen. Wir haben sie angesprochen bei diese ständige Lärm uns Erstattung leisten. Sie hat uns ignoriert und dann nach ein paar Tage hat uns gute Heimreise gewünscht.??? In der Küche, Bad und auf dem Balkon war Kakerlaken. Wir machen jedes Jahr Urlaub auf Kanarischen Inseln aber immer in Hotels. Wir werden Keinem die Fewo empfehlen. Unsere nächste Reise findet statt in Hotel. Können wir uns für eine Entschädigung zu sagen. Wir hoffen uns auf eine Positive Rückmeldung . Vielen Dank. Wenn sie benötigen Nachweise für den Lärm . • Gerard (1/5): A DISASTER ~ €200 a night for filth and broken facilities. AVOID! - Location Do not be fooled by the pictures in the ad. For nearly €200 a night, we expected a clean experience. Instead, we got a health hazard. ​Appalling Hygiene: We arrived at 3:30 PM (30 mins after check-in) and the cleaner was still there. Even after they "finished," the place was disgusting. The floors weren't mopped, there were clumps of hair by the sink and inside it, and the bathroom bin was full of used makeup brushes and rubbish from previous guests. The bath mat was clearly unchanged. ​Property Condition: The kitchen bin looked like it had never been cleaned. On the balcony, we found a box full of rubbish and a dirty brush left behind. The door frame above one bedroom is literally missing-the apartment looks nothing like the photos. ​Broken Plumbing: The shower is BAD. The normal head isn't attached properly and keeps falling, spraying water everywhere. The "rain" head is also broken; the connected pipe sprays water all over the bathroom when turned on. ​No Pool Access: Despite paying for a property with a pool, the door remained locked for our entire stay. The cleaner, and other residents had no idea how to open it. We were promised a solution that never came. ​Impossible to Sleep: The walls are paper-thin. Neighbors shout and run around until 3 AM. When asked to be quiet, they were aggressive and shouted in our faces that "they live there." Their dog barks constantly until the early hours. Furthermore, a neighbor’s alarm goes off at 8 AM for 20 minutes straight—it sounds like it’s inside your own head. ​They came back to "re-clean," but it was still not up to a basic standard. For the price paid, this is a total scam. Avoid at all costs.

• Melissa (7/5): - Ottima posizione , appartamento luminoso e pulito.ottimo balconcino. Piscina super!! Ci sono stati dei problemi quindi per 2 giorni abbiamo avuto operai nell appartamento . Il proprietario è molto disponibile e super gentile. I vicini sono molto rumorosi verrete sicuramente svegliati al mattino presto da loro
• Enrique (1/5): - Nada El apartamento tenía chinches en las camas que picaron a mi hijo y reclamamos al anfitrión para que nos cambiara el colchón de la cama donde le picaron las chinches y su respuesta fue enviar al encargado que aspiró los colchones y rocío con spray casero, que no sirvió de nada porque a los dos días le volvieron a picar. Ante tal situación tuvimos que salir de allí lo antes posible pues eran condiciones de insalubridad. Reclamamos a Booking después de llamarlos varias veces con esperas interminables y nos vinieron a decir que negociaramos con el dueño nuestra salida del apartamento sin que Booking asumiera ninguna responsabilidad en el asunto , cosa que no entiendo pues fueron ellos los que cobraron el importe íntegro pero ni en esos casos renuncian a su comisión. Y encima para colmo nos llega un cargo de 90€ que todavía estoy esperando que me lo devuelvan. En conclusión no deberían alquilar ese apartamento hasta que lo desinfecten por completo y eso pasa por cambiar todo el mobiliario, y en cuanto a Booking , decepción total por como actúan ante una situación como esta, nos volveremos a pensar si alquilar con Booking la proxima vez.
• Adam (10/5): Great family holiday! - Great little apartment and great value for money. Host is great and very helpful. We had kids with us so it's about a 20 mins walk up and down the hill to the sea front, doesn't take away from how great of a time we had. No beds at the pool is a bit strange but it was too cold to use anyway, even with wet suits on but the apartment isn't to blame for this. We left our childs blanket behind and tgd host was fantastic in getting it back to us, and that is fantastic customer service in my opinion!
• Gabriela (7/5): Nice sunny pool and great location! - The pool was super nice. The beds super comfy The sofa bed was really uncomfortable
• Patrick (6/5): Okay - The property is nicely located close to the centre of Los Cristianos. Also Raul was very quick to communicate and we had plenty of parking space around the flat. Check in / out experience was great as well. Unfortunately the flat was not extensively cleaned. We also saw a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen. Moreover, despite having an ashtray on the balcony, we were told smoking was not permitted.
