Guest Reviews
- Karlyn (8/5): Brilliant apartment and I will definitely book again! - Location is excellent with a bus at the end of the road to go down to Venice or up to Culver City. Neighbours were very nice. Accessible kitchen with everything you would need, even a water filter and some cans of soda. The only thing is the property is quite hot and without a full AC unit in the main room although there is a floor fan so it was ok. Also, I felt an additional lock on the door would be beneficial for safety.
- FNU (7/5): cozy place - the place is quite clean even though the fan is not cleaned, and the place close to the bus halte, in overall, this place is cozy to stay in. the place has no airconditioner only fan, it very hot when it summer, If we want to open the door because the air in the room is hot, it feels unsafe, because many people pass by, especially men and teenagers

- April (3/5): Poor value for money - The location was good for getting to Santa Monica and DTLA The host was rude, the facilities were not clean. The apartment building was run down, and the value for money was not there. Upstairs neighbors were very loud at 3 am every night as well.
- Angelique (8/5): Just like home - Great location, easy parking, apartment had all the amenities to feel like home. I would definitely stay again.

- Michael (9/5): Superb - The location was great and easily accessible. No elevator...had to move several bags up the stairs.
- Наташа (10/5): A peaceful, magical stay that felt like home and filled our days with joy. - I stayed here with my 8-year-old child, and everything was absolutely perfect for us. The apartment was very clean, peaceful, and comfortable. We especially loved the beautiful, spotless kitchen where we could cook our meals just like at home. In the evenings, we would sit on the chair outside, enjoying the stars and the view of the palm trees — it felt magical. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. There was absolutely nothing to dislike. It exceeded all my expectations.
- Michael (9/5): The apartment was great. I really enjoyed staying there and would stay again - Location. Comfortable bed. Proximity to metro lines. Sometimes, the door code didn't work properly.
- Ed (3/5): NOT worth the COST or the trouble! - It looked nothing like the pictures. But was comfortable. No parking! Loud road construction all day. Neighbors loud all night. Had to have the windows open because of the heat, no A/C. I was there solo, $175 cleaning fee to wash sheets and a towel! I never leave a mess. As for the property owner, I had prepaid for the entire 3 day stay, yet if I didn’t confirm immediately, my stay would be CANCELLED. I had PREPAID IN FULL! When I did arrive, and tried to use the “flat screen tv” it wasn’t hooked to anything. So I called the owner…no answer. Texted…no answer. Emailed…no answer. Over an hour later she did finally call. I had to ASK for the WiFi information. It was not available anywhere in the unit. And was told that’s how the tv works, through WiFi.
After that bump, I asked about the parking it said it had. Apparently she had NO idea of the road construction , which was where I was supposed to park. So she said just park in the alley. The other residents said I would get a ticket if I parked there.
