- tianjiao (7/5): Great location and value for money for a short stay - Location is right across TRX and main Bukit Bintang area is just behind the hotel. Within walking distance to eateries and shopping areas. Only 10mins walk to Aeroline pick up/drop off point. Room is big with lots of walking space and facilities are working well. Value for money. There is a bar right below the hotel with very loud music playing into the night. But the sound proofing is pretty good so it wasn't a big problem unless you got a room facing the streets. Construction is ongoing in the day time which is slightly disturbing. The hotel provided drinking water in a glass bottle, but I noticed the stopper was mouldy, so I didn't drink it. The TV was quite hard to programme.

- ZHU (10/5): 很好 会推荐给朋友的 - 酒店位置特别好，前台热情，还有安保人员看见你会提前帮你开门😊马路对面就是一个超大的商场，附近有新峰肉骨茶还有阿喜肉骨茶，酒店华人老板推荐了阿喜肉骨茶，果然不错，我跟同伴都觉得比新峰的浓郁而且没那么咸一点，还有一家煎蕊也很好吃，在对面商场里面的 402的洗手盆下水很慢，应该需要拆出来清理一下，估计是堵了

- Dr. Nurazlin (4/5): Sorry, but we won't repeat this hotel and won't recommend it to our family and friends. - The safety- guard always check when we come back to the hotel to make sure we are the guests of the hotel or not 1. Pillow- too flat. I couldn't sleep properly for 2 nights and had to buy a new pillow 2. We requested for extra pillow & blanket but didn't manage to get it (during booking) 3. We requested for someone to clean/make over room when we were out, but it was not done 4. We parked our car temporarily in front of the hotel on 18.1.2026 as there were people doing construction job at nearby building and were blocking the road to. We even told the hotel staff but sadly, we were summoned by PDRM and no one informed us on this! So disappointing! We haven't pay for it, though....

- Nawaf (3/5): Not recommended especially if you’re hygienic - Location near mall and stores Security in reception on duty Vending machine in reception for quick snacks This was the most dirty hotel room I ever experienced in my life, the carpet and walls are full of insects, the wardrobe is extremely dusty, the air conditioning is full of mold and insects and the bathrooms are extremely dirty, towels are yellow and shower floor / wall greasy bed furniture full of hair and mites. I stayed in this property as it’s cheap for a rest of few hours, however I regretted shortly due to how dirty it was

- Kuin Hong (10/5): A great short stay in KL. - Location near to TRX is the plus point and consideration when making this booking. Just cross a road and walk 100 meters, you will arrived at the entrance. The room is clean and nice to stay in. Easy to access to near by food stall. Staff are friendly. None.

WILL VISIT AGAIN! - i love that is VERY VERY NEAR TRX, like a 1-2 minute walking distance, to pavilion abt 5-10 mins via road side, would recommend to adults only, the walkways ard the hotel and streets were not stroller friendly. - Phoebe (8/5): Worth my money. - Everything is nice. I went here with a friend and the location is good too as you can easily find food and convenient store nearby. Walking distance to Berjaya Times Square and we did walk to lalaport as well. Will go stay here again soon if opportunity arise. ☺️ but so far I onlystays here for 1/half night as I check out early due to my flight. So far there's nothing that I dislike and complaint. Maybe If I stayed abit more longer there I might give a feeback about it. So far it is very comfy and nice.

So it's begin every 9am to 6pm Mon-Sat and we can't even rest a little bit with this noise.
