- Udo (4/5): Bilder wecken falsche Erwartung - Die Fotos Die Realität. Instandhaltung und Unterhalt werden wohl nicht so genau genommen. Rollos waren kaputt. Die Wohnung war verqualmt Die Coach war üsselig.

- Sebastian (6/5): Grundsätzlich ist es eine gute zentrale Lage, aber wie schon gesagt sehr laut. Zu Fuß circa 10 Minuten bis zur Stadt. Da - Soweit ganz gut, das Treppenhaus war extrem laut auf vorne vor der Haustüre war immer wieder Krach die Türen wurden geknallt.. Das Waschbecken hat nicht richtig abgelaufen, der Vermieter wollte das beheben aber ich habe die Zeit nicht gefunden, ihn reinzulassen. Toilette hat auch ab und zu nicht richtig funktioniert. Der Ofen hat sich immer wieder von alleine beziehungsweise die Herdplatte immer wieder alleine ausgeschaltet
- Joerg (8/5): Ein Traum über den Dächern von Düren - Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Perfekte Sonnenaufgänge und Blick in die Eifel. Großer halbrunder Balkon über den Dächern von Düren.
- Tristan (3/5): Shoddy, dirty, penthouse with passive aggressive messages from host before we even arrived. - Dirty, broken window shades, insufficient heating (all turned off when we arrived, did not noticeable heat up in upper floor until we left even when turned to maximum).
- STEFAN (7/5): - Spacious apartment with good kitchen and large bed. The apartment is a bit worn out. The sofa in the lounge is old and has a lot of stains. The blinds in the bedroom are haphazardly fixed to cover the irregular window shape. For unknown reasons the shower is elevated and requires a large step to get in. Some bathroom mats would be helpful as the tiles become slippery when stepping down out of the shower. Kitchen could do with a microwave and toaster. The apartment is at some distance from the center of town.
- Sonja (1/5): - Wir sind nach 2 Stunden wieder ausgezogen. Die Wohnung war unzumutbar. Alles es würde zu lange dauern es aufzuzählen.
