• Monika (8/5): - Изключително добра локация, всичко е на 10 -15 минути пеша. Много добре организирана комуникация със собственика преди пристигането,всичко подробно обяснено в имейл, не се наложи да се свързваме за абсолютно нищо. Паркингът е голямо предимство. Господинът ,който обслужваше паркинга беше изключително любезен и търпелив. Малко е занемарено на фона на снимките. Осветлението е изключително слабо,някои крушки не светеха изобщо и не беше отлично почистено, в кухнята лепнеше по някои шкафове.

• Alexander (5/5): - Das Apartment ist in einem schlechten Zustand, das Bad ist sehr schlecht. Die Photos sind geschickt gemacht, die Realität ist negativ. Ein echter Pluspunkt ist der Parkplatz, weil parken in Sofia schwierig ist.

• Katarina (7/5): Sofia apartment - The accommodation is in an excellent location, which is a big advantage, and it also offers free parking, which is truly valuable in Sofia. The apartment is very well equipped – a coffee machine, coffee capsules, and basic kitchen essentials were provided upon arrival, leaving a very positive first impression. However, when it comes to cleanliness, there is room for improvement. The towels were not at the expected standard, and there was a noticeable sense of humidity in the apartment. Nevertheless, communication with the host was very good, quick, and professional.
• Janko (9/5): Very cozy and central - Excellent location, right in the city center. There was parking available a couple of minutes away. The flat was cozy and clean. There were all utensils needed for eating in and possibly cooking. Communication with the host was easy. There are 2 electric heaters, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, and also the AC was heating nicely. The bathroom was very narrow and it often smelled bad. The bed made cracking sounds on any movement

• Mimetoiv (9/5): - Отлично местоположение. Уютно и удобно. Наоколо има множество магазини, ресторанти, кафенета.... Осигуреният охраняем паркинг е изключителен бонус към апартамента. С удоволствие бихме отседнали отново. Трябва да се обърне малко внимание на детайлите по почистването. В банята нямаше зареден сапун в диспенсера.

• Nicholas Calthrop (10/5): All round excellent. - Location safe and central. Assistance from owners. Parking near and safe for ladies to walk to the hotel at night. Note: Safe Parking nearby with attendant who needs keys to car to faciltate parking. Newly refurbished flat in central location. Good clean new furnishings in traditional style. Shop nearby and no dark alleys to get to hotel. Not cheap but Good value, and will return.

Можете спокойно да оставите автомобила си. Апартаментът е по-просторен, отколкото изглежда на снимките. В близост имате няколко опции за кафе, магазини, хапване. Не знам дали в района за тази цена, може да намерите тези удобства. Доста добро място като цяло. Подът не беше много чист, както и банята. Но домакинът прояви разбиране и реагира, за да се оправят нещата. Случват се грешки, важното е реакцията и запазването на добрия тон.

• Beata (2/5): - Lokalizacja Brudna kuchnia, brudnka pralka, brudny ekspres do kawy, brudne talerze, brudny blat kuchenny i podłoga. W łazience brak mydła, w kuchni brak płynu do naczyń. Były tylko 4 torebki herbaty. łóżko nie nadawało się do spania - deski stelaża były wyłamane. Trzeba było spać na sofie. Ręczniki i pościel czyste, ale bardzo stare i sprane. Były też pewne problemyz parkingiem (udalo się je załatwić z pomoca gospodarza)

Actually, I cannot say there is something that I didn't like, because everything was just in its place.Everything was perfect, at least for me.The experience with this apartment was amazing.

• Cera1402 (7/5): Bine - Locația este centrala, zonă liniștită. Patul confortabil. Este ok pentru a sta o zi, două.. Baia este foarte strâmtă..Abia reușești să stai pe WC, iar chiuveta este mică și incomodă.

• Monika (9/5): - Dobrá lokalita, blízko do centra, bezplatné strážené parkovanie, pekný byt, dobre vybavený, bezkontaktný check in a chceck out. Mohlo tam byt čistejšie, po predchádzajúcich hosťoch tam ostali vlasy v sprche, jedlo v dreze a kapsula v kávovare, zišlo by sa umyť okná. Byt je trochu tmavý, nakoľko je na prízemí.

• Teodora (10/5): Excellent - The location is excellent, very close to NDK and to Vitosha boulevard, on a side street with plenty of shops and cafes in the area and lots of nice houses and trees. The apartment itself is more spacious than I expected, with all the facilities one may require for a vacation and very cozy. Wifi also available. The area is very quiet at night, as it is not a main street. Everything was clean and welcoming. Bonus points for the parking, as it is extremely difficult to find parking in the center area and it is usually time limited. Extra bonus points for being pet friendly :) Next time I am in Sofia, I will definitely choose to stay here, if available. N/A :)
• Yoan-aleksandar (9/5): Superb - Great location and the neighbourhood was quiet, the apartment was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if I have to be back in Sofia. Especially with the free parking. Slightly dark and if you keep the windows open you hear people on the street.
• Alain (10/5): Perfect central place in Sofia - First of all the communication with Mihail was very efficient, he communicates all details well before arriving, even sending pictures of the house to recognise it in the street. The secure parking is very close to the accomodation and is a real advantage if you travelling by car. The appartment is perfect, warm and quite. Not so important but it would be nice to have a few hooks on the wall in the bathroom.

• Moonacre (9/5): Superb - The communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is in a convenient location and suitable for our overnight stay. It was well-equipped and comfortable. The sofa could do with a clean. There is a small gap in the wall between the living room and bedroom that you can see through if you are concerned about privacy. Curtains would be nice in the living area side window as the light enters at night. There is a parking space in a nearby small car park. It is a short walk, and not outside of the apartment. If you have a lot of heavy luggage you may want to pull the car up outside of the apartment entrance drop it off and then go and park. This is not the host's fault at all, but I will make you aware that the parking attendant was not there in the 24-hour secure parking area. We waited for around 10 minutes and another user told us to leave the keys inside the security cabin. Of course, we were not going to do that as anyone could have taken them. The cabin was not locked. The security man turned up eventually and he was very rude and obnoxious. My daughter is fluent in Bulgarian and he was aggressive with her. Also note, that cars can be blocked in by other vehicles and this is most likely why they want you to leave a key so that they can be moved when others want to get out. We did tell the security man that we would be leaving very early hours of the morning and he was not in the office when we left. Luckily no one was parked in front of our car. I think he needs to get another job where he does not have to deal with the public. As I said it is not at all the host's fault.

• Nektarios (5/5): Not as good as expected. - Communication with the owner was good. He was always helpful and available. Both for the very late check-in that we asked as well as for the one hour later check out. Parking close by was a good help. The house was neglected. Mold on the walls, cables exposed on the wall of the leaving room, torn curtains, no window shutters and the curtains didn't block the sunlight. It was definitely smaller than indicated at booking.com and it was not at the first floor, it was on the ground floor. Short and small bathroom. Needs definitely a good renovation. Not recommended for a 4 person family. To small. Just the parking and the location is not a reason for such a price.

The apartment itself is small but nicely decorated and even though the central location was very quiet on Saturday evening. We only didn’t like the limited natural light that enters in the flat. Also the shower in the bathroom could be positioned a bit higher. Apart from that it was an excellent stay!
