Guest Reviews
- Sandy Ang (8/5): Comfortable space in an excellent location for exploring areas south of sydney - i was on an active holiday to visit royal, heathcote, budderoo national park and coast areas of kiama and shellharbour. Tree Tops studio was perfectly located. it takes less than 5mins by car to get onto the main road / highway avoiding suburban traffic.
the host was friendly and welcoming - greeting me when i arrived and before i departed. any requests were very quickly met.
although the studio is adjoins the main property, i had complete privacy. it was also very quiet and had lovely sunset views from the balcony. in fact there is a peaceful walk from the property along still creek all the way to the woronora river which i enjoyed very much.
i appreciated the fully equiped kitchen which allowed me to self-cater all my meals. having a washing machine is super convenient. the studio was a sun-trap in the afternoons making it nice and warm in autumn. at night there were blankets and duvets as well as portable heater when it gets too chilly. it's a short steep walk from my designated parking spot in front of the property to the studio. not an issue for me but take note if you have mobility problems.
- Anna (9/5): - I admired the the location in a quiet neighborhood, yet walking distance from public transport, and convenient for parking a car. The apartment has well equipped kitchen and bathroom, with very obliging and accommodating proprietors who are willing to assist their guests.

- Szilárd (10/5): Kedves, rugalmas tulajdonos. - Jól felszerelt, kompakt szálláshely Tömegközlekedés 15 perc séta. Autóval ideális.
- Genrykh (10/5): A welcoming and comfortable stay with great value for money. - We really enjoyed our stay. Steven and Ana are friendly and welcoming hosts who greeted us personally. The apartment feels nicely separated from the main house, with its own entrance and small terrace.
The apartment doesn’t feel cramped and is well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed to cook proper meals, including an oven, microwave, and full kitchenware, plus a washing machine. You should definitely check out the “golden” DVD collection, which added a nostalgic touch. The bathroom was clean and comfortable; hot water takes a short moment to start, but nothing inconvenient.
The neighbourhood is very peaceful, with birds in the morning, though the apartment stays quiet when doors are closed. By car, it takes about an hour to reach the Sydney Opera House, with most of the time - driving through Sydney streets, and there are plenty of food shops within a 15-minute drive.
Overall, this place offers great value for money, especially for travelers with a car who appreciate peace and privacy. Nothing to mention.

- Robert (8/5): - Good location Steep driveway to unit plus too many stairs
- Mark (10/5): - Great place and very friendly host. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet so you can relax. Will definitely recommend to stay here if you're looking for something different (besides hotels).
- Claire Greenhalgh (6/5): Many little things made it not great. - Spacious, tranquil location, friendly host. Unfortunately, quite a few things. Water pressure was almost non-existent, like a dribble and the small window in the bathroom had no blind at all, yup, no cover at all and not frosted either!! The heating provided was not suitable for winter, the room was freezing overnight. The couches were not comfortable at all. The property was at the top of many stairs and the light at night only came on when you were down 5 steps in the dark. The fridge made a lot of loud noises at night.
- Anna (10/5): Excellent location for a single person or a couple who do not mind walking or have a car. - A cosy and comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood, close to great jogging / biking paths.
The host is very hospitable and easy to get in touch with.
Private entrance and private terrace, good for remote work or reading.
Very well equipped kitchen, all necessary soaps and detergents available, including washing powder for the washing machine! Air-conditioning working well, but rarely needed in February.
Woolworths shopping center in walking distance (15 min pleasant walk), bus stop in walking distance (10min) and sufficient space in the street to park a car. Might get a bit cold in the winter time, with air-conditioning as a sole means of heating.
In the summer it was very comfortable.

- Tea (10/5): Friendly and wholesome stay - I had a great stay at Tree Tops, the hosts are super nice and accommodating, the area is a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. I travelled for work and had everything I needed. There was no salt, pepper, cooking oil, detergent etc in the apartment, but I left some behind so hopefully it's there for the next person!
- Leonnie (10/5): Relaxing, clean & serene. - My daughter and I felt safe and secure in a calm and tranquil environment. Host was lovely.
Studio was clean and bright and smelled lovely.
Thank you for caring for us. Hot water in shower was tricky to get right.
