• Gaétan (1/5): The worse compagny to use, they dont stand by their name. - Could not access the appartment since I did not have the room number. Call the Phone number for help nobody answer or call me back. They did not even reinburse me,very bad services.

• Jaime (9/5): - The location was great, close to shops, bus stops and restaurants. Only about 20 mins to the bus and train stations and 30 mins from Vieux Quebec. The space was very nice with all the furniture, kitchen stuff, bathroom toiletries we needed. The apt was very clean and new. It was super comfortable. We had difficulty checking in because the apartment number was not obvious in the instructions. We had to call twice for help and eventually someone called us with the apt number. It should have been a single call.
• Valerie (7/5): Confo et pratique - Super bien situé plein de commerces de bon goût à proximité ! C’est agréable de pouvoir se faire à manger. On a aussi bien dormi les matelas étaient confortables. Boulangerie épicerie pharmacie super bon resto et buvette à moins de 15 minutes de marche. Si vous êtes du côté du boulevard évidement c’est bruyant de plus on entend les autres appartements, mais amenez vous des bouchons d’oreilles pour la nuit et ça va. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos car ce n’était pas le même mobilier quand on est arrivé. J’ai du payer 50$ de plus pour avoir accès au condo plus tôt. Je voulais organiser les lits (on était trois) mais cela a pris 2h avant d’avoir une réponse pour savoir où était la literie donc j’ai payé ce montant pour rien. Il n’y a pas dans le logement de cartable avec l’info tout ce passe sur le lien d’enregistrement.

Logement bien équipé ( machine à laver, sèche linge, lave vaisselle) Les dosettes de café, le thé et de quoi faire un chocolat chaud était disponible dés nôtre arrivée . Merci pour cette petite douceur. Juste un bémol : le bruit du boulevard la nuit qui est au pied de l'immeuble.
• Christine (4/5): Overall experience very disappointing at best, and parking exasperating! - The kitchen and bathroom were fairly well equipped, including a few teabags, soap, towels, and linens. The bedroom was nice enough. Pleasant surprise to have a sofa in addition to sofa bed in living room. Staff responded fairly promptly, and at least tried to help with our parking difficulties. Building entrance is on a busy street, and hard to stop even briefly to drop luggage. Apartment door unlocking was glitchy, and required an awkward two-handed motion. The living room was haphazardly furnished, and the kitchen and dining furniture were not as good as in the picture. Microwave oven was a bit dirty. My travel companion smelled stale cigarette smoke upon entering the apartment, and did not feel safe in the property as a whole! Would have liked blackout drapes in the living room, since it was also a sleeping area. Overall an awkward, and not a very comfortable space. Parking garage cramped to the point of feeling dangerous, and directions to the parking space inadequate. (We never found it.) We should have been warned about the construction surrounding the building. With the bizarre maze of one-way streets, even getting to the parking entrance was extremely frustrating, and time consuming! With that too, a warning would have been helpful! Another thing that created unnecessary confusion was the ambiguity surrounding the name of the property. I found this out when I called for help about finding the garage door. I gave what I thought was the correct name of the property, and the person didn't know where I was talking about. It it The Halo, The Halo by BnbCopilote, or the Kamelion?? Doesn't help when you're under stress, tired, in a strange location, and in the rain! This is also not an area with too many even casual eating places, although there are a couple. There's a pizza place across from the building, and a bakery a few streets away. Otherwise shopping for any variety of food will need to be done further away.
• LUCIE (7/5): Well equipped apartment in Quebec. - Apartment well equipped. Bed is comfortable. Area is nice and close to small shops. If apartment located on street side, can be a little noisy.

• Rachel (9/5): Au top malgré les travaux dans la rue - L’appartement est bien équipé. Personnel réactif. On a eu un problème avec l’eau chaude en arrivant et il a été solutionné rapidement. Travaux en cours lors de notre séjour donc énormément de bruit sous nos fenêtres.
