Ivana Ribeiro (1/5): Cuidado, golpe, não reservem esse lugar!! - Não gostei de NADA Esse lugar não tem nenhum respeito com os hóspedes, cheguei no local à noite, fiquei 1 hora sozinha na rua tentando ligar e ninguém me atendia, até o número que está no aplicativo está errado, tive que procurar outro lugar e não tive suporte nenhum deles, muito pelo contrário, sempre debochando, respondendo com mentiras e criando provas falsas para o booking não cancelar a reserva, inventaram que eu me hospedei e que foi apenas um problema com o ar-condicionado, depois falaram que se confundiram, mas que eu fui embora pq a recepcionista tinha pedido pra esperar, pois iria no supermercado, sendo que não existiu isso em nenhum momento, a casa estava fechada como consta na foto, cada vez com uma história mais louca, sem nenhum pingo de respeito com as pessoas, em nenhum momento pediram desculpas e quiseram resolver o problema. GOLPE puro!!!!! não reservem esse lugar.
