• Nicole (10/5): - Sehr ruhige Wohnung, die alles hatte, was wir für 6 Tage in Dresden brauchten. Da wir mit dem Fahrrad kamen, schätzten wir die Abstellmöglichkeit neben dem Eingang.
• Jaime (9/5): Cómodo y tranquilo! Muy Bien! - Muy tranquilo, limpio, completísimo, bonito y muy cómodo, zona verde y de mucho aparcamiento, a 5 minutos de la parada del tranvía y en 10 minutos estas en el centro, supermercados a 10´andando. Volvería sin dudar. Falta un ascensor!!

Het appartement van Julius is een aanbeveling. - Het is een ruim, mooi en schoon appartement met alles erop en eraan. ligbad, grote sproeikop douche, grote tv met vele goede zenders, supermarkt (REWE) dicht in de buurt, balkon met zitje, fijne keuken
