• ALISON (10/5): - Great location. Very close to city centre & short walk to beach. Easy access to other parts of coast by public transport. House had all we needed. Not huge but clean & modern. Kitchen was a bit tight. Not a lot of room to move with a few people.

• Robyn (10/5): It was a lovely, comfortable stay - The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great that there was a bathroom for each of the bedrooms . It was extremely wet when we were there so it was wonderful to have a garage. Nothing thanks
• Meg (9/5): Perfect place and location for a relaxing stay and to enjoy everything Thirroul and the region has to offer. - Lovely compact town house in fantastically convenient and very private and quiet location. It was perfect for our group of two couples and a friend. Three bathrooms, which was really appreciated. Everything was absolutely clean and there was generous provisioning, well equipped for in house dining and excellent outdoor spaces on both levels. The only thing was that the upstairs bedrooms had no air conditioning, which was not clear on the property info. This normally wouldn’t have been an issue, but it was a heatwave over the weekend and thus a harbinger of what kind of weather we can increasingly expect. There were fans in every room, but they couldn’t cool in these conditions.
• Cameron (10/5): A great stay and value for money! 5m walk to Thirroul shops so a very convenient location - A very good stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, definitely a great find. Loved the coffee machine and living area. Would definitely consider coming back here in the future!

• Debra (7/5): - Location was excellent. Comfy beds. Modern apartment No air conditioning upstairs which on the warm days we had was quite uncomfortable even with overhead fans. The door lock was also tricky to close.

• Mitchell (8/5): Great location, comfortable stay & great host - Fantastic location, great facilities and nice homely touches. Ulrike was great with communication and made check-in very smooth Was quite hot upstairs- ceiling fans did help however only small louvre windows to open. The balcony doors did not have fly screens, so couldn’t keep them open throughout the night to help cool it down. I believe they were on back order from Ulrike’s message. We only figured out after our stay there is a pole to open the very high louvre windows to help the hot air escape. Something for future guests to be aware of.

• - (10/5): A perfect seaside getaway — clean, comfortable, and relaxing with the sound of the ocean just steps - We had a wonderful 4-day holiday at this beach house with my husband and our friends (a couple with two children). Communication with the owner was smooth and easy from the start. The house was exceptionally clean — truly hotel standard — and very comfortable. Its location is fantastic; we could hear the soothing sound of the ocean from the terrace, which made our stay even more relaxing. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend this house to families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful coastal getaway.
• Belinda (9/5): See above - 14/4/25 THANK-YOU! We had a lovely stay and this beautiful home made It so easy. We started our getaway seeing some bands at the Anita’s Theatrre. This little town has so much to offer. We enjoyed supporting local Businesses. especially Franks wild years record shop and bar just down the road. Great coffee and breakfast at BLACKBiRD and HONEST DONS GREAT FOOD at BOVIDA too! A quick trip on tue train to Bulli is well worth it for an afternoon at RESIN Local Brewery which is the old train station Guest House building Beautiful walks to the beach and Thirroul salt Pool It was so great to kick back and relax in this lovely home! • Ajay (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay and would use again when visiting the area. - Lovely Townhouse, nice patio, nice kitchen, well-lit rooms. Ideal size for a family. Easy walking distance to great cafes, shops and good restaurants. Good facilities in the Townhouse. I would certainly book it again. Could do with a bit better clean-up.
• Teresa (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great & we had a large group which suited having the 2 townhouses. Unfortunately & at no fault of the owners storm damage had made it uncomfortable for 1 of the bedrooms & those guests. Anyway a fabulous weekend enjoyed by the whole family.

• Gavin (1/5): Disappointed! - Great position! This was a stay for my daughter wedding. Unfortunately when we arrived no bins had been emptied in the house. There were no  small mats for the showers, no windows or door openings to get fresh air in to the bedroom, the a/ c unit is noisy and  ineffective. Found  jewellery on bedroom floor.  Windows need cleaning inside and outside. Dusty behind curtains. Very disappointed, considering the price we had to pay. Unfortunately no offer of partial refund.
• Brian (8/5): A very enjoyable stay - would do it again (and again). - The location was excellent and very quite. A quick walk to the beach or shops. All instructions (eg, coffee machine) were clear and placed conveniently. The townhouse was modern and fresh with all conveniences. As a bonus the lounges were very comfy :) The balcony and outdoor areas were a little dirty/sandy and need to be cleaned before use. There were no BBQ tongs.

• Raisele (10/5): Exceptional - It was the best . Perfect to stay for a short trip . We were there for a wedding at the Panaroma House, and it was the ideal place to stay. Close to the shopping centre, the train station, beach and the house were beautiful. We did enjoy our stay. Nothing.
• Sally (2/5): Shocking lack of maintenance spoilt stay - The location Shower blocked, 2nd balcony not available with door locked so no ventilation. Bath didn’t drain, ant infestation in kitchen, top of fridge not working properly had to buy ice but food spoilage and waste, had to buy toilet paper as no spares and ones on holder three quarters finished, overhead fans upstairs not sufficient to cool rooms. Host apologised but took no action to remediate problems and did not advise in advance of locked door in bedroom and no access to ventilation. At $500 a night it was more than disappointing.

Lovely Bathrooms, 3 toilets, smart tv, a/c downstairs, balcony’s off 2 bedrooms, secure car garage Due to very hot weather an a/c upstairs in bedrooms would have been an extra luxury-ceiling fans were good though. Internal step to garage caught me off guard as there is a small drop off - maybe a sign on door would be handy. Primary school across road if staying outside school holidays.

• Katherine (8/5): Comfortable stay in a great location. - Location was superb - close to the beach and the village. Beds were comfy. Verandahs off two of the bedrooms afforded extra private space. Loved the big bath in the main bathroom. A few maintenance and housekeeping issues. Tap ihandle in the kitchen kept coming off. The glass table in loungeroom had very wobbly legs. Attention to detail not very good by the cleaners.

• Newstead (7/5): Great location - Great location Ceiling fans didn’t work in 2 of 3 bedrooms, auto garage door didn’t work, toilet seat broken in main bathroom, waist high weeds in the driveway garden, screen sliding door to front bedroom not secure and fell off during a windy night
• Rachel (10/5): Perfect accommodation location for a wedding at Panorama House. - Comfortable, clean, close to shops & cafes, onsite parking. Front door key pad was a bit difficult to use.

Such a large area for family and friend to each have their own room and a nice lounge area to entertain and relax. Loved everything.

• Neil (7/5): We enjoyed our stay with family it was only some very minor issues. - Appointed amenities and facilities Some areas not clean, under sink was a leak not cleaned and smelt also pan is rusted from the leak. Wasp nest in back yard and my son was stung on the eye.

• Lee (10/5): Comfortable, clean, great location - everything you need and more. - The townhouse was lovely and spacious, very clean, had a fantastic bar b q and patio, beautiful bathrooms and the location was excellent - walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants and club. I would most definitely recommend Townhouses by the beach in Thirroul. It was all fabulous !!

• Fale (10/5): Absolutey perfect, will definitely be returning. - It was such a beautiful neat and tidy property! it was a very simple process with clear instructions for everything around the house which made our stay that much more relaxing. The location was perfect, so close to the shops and beach.
• Mark (9/5): A very centrally located property - This property is located between the railway and the beach. The beach, the ocean pool, the railway station and Thirroul shopping centre are all located within about 5 minutes walk. It's reasonably quiet and it's well fitted out. This isn't a negative, but a factor to be considered. 17A faces west and so the living areas are hot in the afternoon. 17B faces east and the living areas are cooler. Depending on your time of year, this could affect your choice.
