Отличное расположение, все интересное в пешеходной доступности, персонал очень душевный и заботливый. Помогают организовать любую экскурсию или транспорт. На ресепшен всегда горячий чай и вода.

• Oksana (1/5): - Ничего Не было такого, что бы могло понравиться. Мы настолько грязного отвратительного места еще не встречали. Противно было там находиться - пыль, пучки волос на полу, на кровати, в ванной, все липкое, грязное, постельное белье грязное (не меняли после предыдущих жильцов). И это при том, что нам дали номер Люкс (боюсь представить, что же тогда в экономе😬). Завтрак - это вообще отдельная история - битая посуда, полнейшая антисанитария, на кухне, из которой все выносят, помойная яма, посуда и столы грязные. Ладно то, что отель старый, разрушенный в плане отсутствия ремонта, к этому вопросов нет, поскольку цена соответствующая, но грязь - это перебор.

Уборка каждый день, все чисто. ⭐️Можно в любое время подняться на открытую террасу — насладиться видом на город и Босфор. ⭐️ Если нужно, есть завтраки. Неплохие. ⭐️ Отдельно хочется отметить персонал. С любой проблемой можно обратиться к сотрудникам на ресепшн, они обязательно помогут. Например, расскажут как лучше добраться до места, посоветуют, где пообедать, помогут с трансфером или сим-картой, если нужно. Да и просто поднимут настроение и всегда спросят как у вас дела. Некоторые ребята хорошо говорят по-русски. 📍Отель находится в шаговой доступности от главных достопримечательностей исторического центра Стамбула: Айя Софии, Голубой мечети, дворца Топкапы, площади Султанахмет и парка Гюльхане. До остановки общественного транспорта тоже буквально 5-10 минут. А если прогуляться еще немного, можно дойти до пристани Эминёню и уплыть на пароме куда угодно. Или добраться до Сиркеджи и сесть на линию метро Мармарай.

Самый лучший район это Фатих, и гостиница Арт Сити. Хорошо слышно намаз, всем кто читают намаз повезло, можете даже в мечеть сходить и читать свой 5 ти кратный намаз. Рядом есть все что вам понадобиться, трамвай, кофе, и море. Еще можно заказать доставку еды через ресепшн, бесплатная доставка, очень вкусно и быстро. работает 24/7 Все понравилось

Администраторы совершенно невнимательны..в номере эконом-класса все так -их ответ такой. Радость от годовщины моей свадьбы омрачилась.

Хочу отметить высокий уровень сервиса. При заселении мне повысили категорию номера без доплаты и включили завтрак, что очень сильно порадовало)) Очень приветливый персонал. Особенно приятно удивило то, что большинство сотрудников свободно говорят по-русски, что делает общение максимально комфортным для русскоязычных гостей. Терраса - отдельная любовь, вид шикарный

• Muhammad Taufiq (10/5): Great Budget Stay Near Sultanahmet - The hotel is located near Sultanahmet Mosque and Hagia Sophia, though the road leading there is a bit steep. I always go to Mosque during Fajr prayer. The staff are wonderful, truly excellent with pure hearts, always trying their best to help. The room is average, but for this price range, it’s honestly one of the best budget hotels you can find. The only thing to note is that the hotel sits on a small hill, so you’ll need to walk uphill a little. But hey, that’s part of travelling, right? But when it comes to eldery, you should keep this as one of condition.

Досить середній готель, але за свої кошти може бути. Треба замінити подушки, та зробити косметичний ремонт. Через близькість моря і надмірну вологість, а також враховуючи що це стара частина міста-дуже посередній ремонт та якість меблів і обладнання. Немає чайника в номері.

• Veronica (8/5): The rooms need to be repaired. - Position is very close to the main objectives. During 4 days of staying only once was cleaned the room. The room is very small and needs to be repaired.
• Ori_axr (3/5): Simply Disappointment and Filth - he hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood, not far from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and other key landmarks of Istanbul. There are plenty of options for dining and shopping near the hotel, as well as tram stops. The view from the hotel room was nice. We had booked luxury rooms with a sea view, but we arrived to find rooms smaller than dormitories and, on top of that, dirty. A luxury room should not have holes in the walls, swollen damp plaster, hair stuck to the floor, and terrace furniture covered in cat fur, making it impossible to sit on. It was simply disgusting. The bathroom was extremely small, so much so that the toilet paper had to be placed on the sink, where it constantly fell in. Room service was virtually nonexistent, and breakfast was terrible—cold, served by unfriendly staff who seemed more interested in feeding the cats waiting on the terrace outside the dining area. There were no knives in the cutlery, and the plates were dirty. This was simply revolting.
• Nikola (3/5): Disappointed by the service by both hotel and Booking.com - The hotel's location is decent as it is near touristic areas and public transport as well. The description of the hotel says that "private parking" is included while upon arrival they claim that this is not true and there's a tiny parking beside the street with an old guy running it and saying that it costs 15 EUR per night! Seems like a scam but they take advantage of tourists as people are desparate after driving multiple hours. The hotel is rather old and not maintained and cleaned well.

• Zekiye (4/5): Stay here if you must - The staff here were lovely and the best thing about this accommodation. They helped us organise travel to the airport and gave us cay when we arrived. The hotel itself was abit chaotic. We specifically booked a room with a balconey but apparently none of those rooms were available so we were given a different room with a sea view window and told that we could smoke in the room given that we didn't have the balconey. The room was not ready when we arrived for check in at 1pm, and when we were eventually led to the room, there was electrical work still being done as there was a mess of wires and tools inside. We had to go down and up winding stairwells to get to our room, and the stairs did not feel safe. The soundproofing in the room was terrible, the toilet didn't have a lid on the cistern, and there was open wiring in the bathroom. All power and internet went out at midnight and turned back on in the morning. I'm not sure if this is a regular occurrence, but it was quite inconvenient for us trying to charge devices before a long flight. Would not stay here again.
• Napapensiri (3/5): Loud and old - Seriously reconsider staying at this place. Always check Google Maps reviews as well, not only Booking. The good reviews on Booking possibly come from being pushed directly after the "experience" to give a good review. The room was old which is not a problem, even the little bit moldy shower and dirty pillows and sheets (inside) can be handled, crappy wifi was to be expected, but the biggest problems with the rooms is a) the walls and door are paper thin and b) you cannot choose your neighbours - which will in most likelihood be some ruzzians (sorry it was just obviously clear to hear) which come home from drinking late night, first head to the rooftop while shouting around in the staircase and then continue to shout around in the rooms as well as keep on moving between rooms while of course slamming the cheap doors all the time. Might not be the exact same "experience" we had which you would "enjoy" here, but fret not, at least the minaret calls at 05:30 will wake you up definitely. I warned you. Positive apart from the cheap price are the quite friendly guys at the reception who will give you good information about e.g. a good restaurant or other stuff and do not try to rip you off. That however is not enough for a good experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they truly treated us like queens and supported us with everything we needed. The location is perfect: walking distance to all the main attractions and well connected by public transport. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and offers a stunning view of a mosque nearby — a great spot to relax after a day exploring the city. We felt right at home and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you for everything!

• Yifan (10/5): Exceptional - The view from the rooftop is great. They upgraded my room and the staff was also very kind and told me a lot of information. If I go to Istanbul again, I will choose this hotel again.

• András (10/5): Exceptional - Reshad was on the reception when we arrived. Funny guy who befriended us soon. He offered us a free breakfast and we could choose our room. On top of that he offered us a night boat tour much cheaper then in the city the guides. The room was okay, nothing fancy nothing bad. There coud be a few on the wall to hang the jacket, but we could put it into the wardrobe.
• Anne (10/5): Super central, really quiet at night, friendly staff - At arrival we were welcomed warmly. We got offered tea and a seat, while the check-in was arranged. We got a free upgrade from a basic room to a room with ocean view, which was really nice. The room was nice and clean, the beds comfortable, and at night it was completely quiet, which was absolutely amazing. Also the location of the hotel is really nice, super close to some main tourist attractions, and plenty of lovely restaurants, at about 5 minutes walking from a tram station. The surrounding area is quite hilly and steep, so if you cannot walk as easily, maybe that is something to take into account. For us, this was luckily not a problem.

I love this stay in Istanbul.

• Zeynal (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, especially Toghrul and Emre (guys in the reception) were very helpful with all of my questions, and guided me in planning my day in Istanbul. Room was big and comfy with an air conditioner, tv, fridge, and great view (they gave me also an iron). The hotel is very near to the center, walking to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia took just 3-4 minutes.
