• Lara (7/5): Grossteils sehr zufrieden - Das meiste hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Aussicht vom Balkon, Lift, Platz in der Wohnung optimal genutzt, wirklich sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang zur Begrüssung, vorab Nachrichten und extra Service betreffend Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren sauber, Wohnung war allgemein sehr sauber, es gab Kaffee, Tee und eine Flasche Wasser, Ausstattung wie Balkonkissen, Regenschirme, Sonnenmarquise und Reiseführer. Schlechter Geruch im Badezimmer vom Abfluss, Wasser in der Dusche schwach und länger kalt, keine Geschirrtücher oder Schwämme in der Küche gewesen, viel Geräusche in der Umgebung von den Strassen was aber normal für die belebte Stadt ist

• Jan (7/5): Super beliggenhed og serviceminded vært, men lidt slidt lejlighed. - Beliggenhed og terrasse og serviceniveau fra den venlige vært. Der blev svaret hurtigt og imødekommende på henvendelser. Der blev bragt vinglas og ekstra sovetæpper. Lejlighed generelt lidt slidt. Sovesofa og 2 personers sofa ukomfortabel. Tekøkken slidt og lidt noget skrammel.

• gi_r2015 (9/5): poetico, confortevole e molto romano! - accoglienza dell'host, tutte le informazioni gentilmente lasciate per chi vuol girare la città, con mappe, guide e suggerimenti, arredamento, il senso di una casa vera, la posizione, quella finestra con vista, bellissimo. unico punto migliorabile, per completezza, ma che non toglie il giudizio positivo: dal bagno , immagino dai tubi, arriva un odore che andrebbe forse gestito in qualche modo. Aprendo e facendo corrente migliora ma all'arrivo e se la casa resta chiusa un po'troppo percepibile

• Todor (7/5): Great view!! - View was 10/10 no argument. Location was also great and central with a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. Host was good and responsive as well. The smell of sewage in the bathroom and the general cleanliness of the flat was not great. Definitely needs to be improved to enhance the experience of the flat.
• Olena (9/5): The best view in Rome - The view is amazing, and the apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The host let us do an early check-in, which was super helpful! Everything was clean and cozy! We are happy with our choice It would be nice to have 2 pairs of keys.

• Cynthia (6/5): Not worth the money - Great location Apartment was much smaller than described. Kitchen was not very usable, no dish towels, etc. Cutlery was in a drawer at floor level. Sitting area was raken up by the sofa bed, that we could not put up during the day. To get the full view you have to climb very steep stairs to the roof, and the one side is open (no railing). Check in was to be at 130. On arrival, I was told not until 300. Extremely overpriced for the value.
• Alexandra (10/5): The highlight of our stay in Rome! - We are very excited we stayed in this apartment! It exceeded our expectations: it was very large, had all the facilities we needed: staff for the bathroom, kitchen, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, freezer, kitchen utensils, pots, everything we needed to make it our home for our stay in Rome. A comfortable double bed, two comfortable sofas, two verandas including garden furniture, a large tv and omg…THE VIEW!!!!The view of Rome was the highlight not only of this apartment but of our whole stay in Rome! We enjoyed the city view of all the major attractions: Vittoriano, Pantheon, Navona, Gianicolo, San Pietro…I will definitely come back to stay here!

• Jana (10/5): Great clean flat in a wonderful location near the Spanish Steps! -  it was very clean and centrally located in a great area near the Spanish Steps . The staff was wonderful, helping us all along with getting situated and giving us great ideas the first day there’s a great deck outside that looks out over Rome. The place is very small, but adequate and a great value. Joe and Sergio were available and greeted us and also helped when we left!  parking is difficult to find that of course that’s being in Rome and has nothing to do with the location of a flat.
• Kelly (9/5): when in Rome …… - location was great. typical Roman appt. top floor with lift. no hassle checking in. the view from the terrace and from the roof top is awesome. it’s why we booked and we weren’t disappointed. all facilities and equipment anyone would need for a stay in rome. couple or small young family would love this. cleaning could be a little better. we had to ask for new bedding and would have liked it all changed but only the quilt cover was changed. would have been really nice for there to have been some pods for the coffee machine too. otherwise you end up buying a full box and leaving loads. however the cafe just outside was pretty good, the staff friendly and a lovely place to have breakfast or a cheeky spritz on the way out in the evening. all in all not enough to put us off the whole experience and we’ll be looking to stay here again next time we’re in rome.

• Theo (5/5): Okay - The apartment is central to most things which is great. There was no heating or hot water for the first night of our stay. After traveling around all day it would have been nice to enjoy a hot shower but the boiler was broken. they tried to fix the issue but unfortunately it wasn’t resolve until in the after noon the next day. was offered a refund of that night but still haven’t received anything.
