• Margaret (10/5): Rating 20 out of 10 if possible...Exceptional property and host - Everything...Lovely apartment ideally located on Placa San Antoni with Marina views, 2 mins walk from Els Magazinos Street food area & tons of other restaurants & bars. Our host Sergio was wonderful. So responsive to my questions before arrival, met us at the apartment on arrival & helpfully explained everything about the equipment in the property. He also responded immediately when we had an issue with WiFi drop & had it sorted out in minutes. He also permitted us to remain at the apartment until late afternoon as our flight home was late. I highly recommend this property & this host, we will certainly be returning many times I'd give it a score 20 out of 10 if that was possible Absolutely nothing
• Johan (9/5): Wonderschoon overnachten in centrum Denia - Bijzonder sfeervol appartement in het gezellige centrum met uitzicht op de haven. Heerlijk bed en dekbed. App van alle gemakken voorzien. Er viel niets tegen.

• Dawn (10/5): 10/10 for a perfect stay in Denia - Everything. Location is great. Lovely view of the marina. Handy for restaurants and bars. 5 minute walk to the main boulevard. 5 minute walk to the beach. Excellent AC. Fantastic hosts. Apartment has been finished to a high spec. Spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again. Nothing. Though a couple of deckchairs to take to the beach would have been handy. Not a negative for us, but just for others to be aware. The stairs to the first floor apartment are narrow and a little steep. Maybe an issue if you have mobility issues.

• Julia (10/5): Repetiremos! - Todo perfecto. La zona es increíble, aunque se escucha algo de ruido por las noches, merece la pena 100%. Es súper céntrico, tienes todo cerca y tanto Sergio como Johana fueron súper simpáticos. Quizás pondría unas almohadas más duras, pero eso es cuestión de gustos..

• Salvatore (10/5): Siamo venuti via da Denia con la promessa di tornare … che dire di più !!!! - Arredata con gusto, con ogni confort lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata, ecc..ecc… stupenda posizione nella movida di denia a due passi dal mare, ci ha accolti Sergio molto disponibile entusiasta della sua casa e del suo paese, e dobbiamo effettivamente dire che ne ha tutte le ragioni.. vacanza fantastica ci torneremo!!! Nulla
• Julie (10/5): Fantastic apparment, great location, bright , airy and central😀 - Central location was fantastic . Beautifully restored. Perfect for a couple. Lovely view of harbour. Host was great. As it’s central you are in a busy area , so with windows open you can hear the buzz of the place , which was lovely ! It goes quiet about 11 but if you want an earlier night the windows are amazing and if you close them the noise disappears …perfect 😀 It is on 1st floor , and stairs are a tiny bit steep, but does have handles either side . No issue for most , only mentioning for anyone that might have a mobility issue.

Está situado al lado de una plaza llena de terrazas pero con las ventanas cerradas no oyes nada. El anfitrión muy amable y proporciona información muy útil para las vacaciones.

• Robert (10/5): Fab apartment in a good location - The quality of the furniture and kitchen goods were excellent. It was easy to use everything and the bed , kitchen , sitting room and bathroom were of high quality. The location is great as well in the square- but not noisy . Sergio is a very nice host and was swift and reliable as well as helpful . We loved the property.

They really went above and beyond for us, an older couple, and we very much appreciate their kindness. The location is great with marina and sea view and just a few steps from good places to eat.
• Giles (9/5): Easy acccess to beach and all the many restaurants and bars in the area. - Well presented, comfortable, and excellent location. Owner was friendly and helpful. Good hi speed WiFi and very efficient air con. Parking bays were very close and free but never space. Unless parking further off there is a parking you have to pay for by the marina.

• Jackie (10/5): I was very happy with the apartment and would recommend it. - The apartment is lovely, location is excellent and Sergio was a perfect host, he even bought 2 mugs as I wanted a decent cup of tea and the coffee cups were fairly small. It is charming and has everything needed for a great holiday.
